I hired Ulrich Rickeets, to install glass tile in a bathroom subway. The drywall was installed. I needed a professional to do the glass tile. Ulrich tooked it down saying it was installed on the wrong side..I paid for more drywall etc.. Ulrich left spaces between drywall 1/2 – 2 ” then he put mesh tape over spaces. He closed the door, therefore I never said anything to. He asked if he cause early. Ued.I looked at the tile it was a mess ! I called him to ask why. Come get your machine and don’t come back ! II have called Solution Market I. Have received no help. They block pics and tx message. I also overnight a letter to Marco Zappacost etcs. A signature is required. No reply.
I need money to replace 7 boxes of tile that Ulrich ruined. I agreed to his price for his service. No problem $1400.00 , he asked for 400.00 down and 20% until job is finished. Therefore I gave him $280.00 the frist week. Also I.paid for thinset, I would not pay for blade and bit. Those are his tools. I am 72 yrs of age, OI don’t have the time nor money redo what Ulrick purposefully messed. $1346.00 for the tile replacement.
I need your help ! Please U have my complaining what are you going to do ?

Long story short. The Brandon Manager of Dress Barn needs to go back to Management 101. She was rude and obnoxious and when called out for it, tried to turn it around and lie that my husband cussed at her. Anyone that knows him, knows he wouldn’t do that. She had the audacity to get in my face because she didn’t like the fact that I questioned her opening the store after 10:00 a.m. when it should have been open at 10. I only questioned it because she was nasty with my husband when he tried to enter at 10. What a piece of work she is.
