Junipine Resort was founded in 1984 in Sedona, Arizona. The company operates a townhouse style hotel with creekside cabins. The name is from a rare combination of a juniper tree and a pine tree which grew together to make a single tree, thus named Junipine.

The resort operates 50 two bedroom townhouse or condo style cabins. Each cabin can be turned into a single unit with one bedroom. All cabins have top of the line furnishings,fireplaces, fully furnished kitchens, DVD’s, large screen televisions and wrap around decks. The cabins are very secluded. The two bedroom cabins are 1400 square feet. Some cabins feature hot tubs or Jacuzzi tubs.

Junipine Resort remodeled all cabins in 2004. The resort sits on 12 acres of forest land, with 2.5 acres of shared land on Oak Creek.

A portion of all sales is donated to World Vision and New York Cares, which is dedicated to helping people of color, especially women, create independent lives and businesses.

Figi’s was founded in Marshfield, Wisconsin, by John and Ann Figi in 1944. John was a cheese inspector who wished the entire world could taste Wisconsin cheese. This husband and wife team left flyers and mailed them to 15000 names they got from a phone book. Their first year, they had 43 orders. Having no car, the couple put their packages in a child’s wagon and took them to the post office.

Today, Figi’s is of the largest mail order and online stores of cheese, chocolates, and other gifts. The company is owned by the Mason Company, who acquired it in 2013 for an undisclosed sum. The company also offers packaged gifts, such as spa items, jewelry, collectibles, such as Precious Moments, and dried fruit and meat.

Figi’s was originally named The Wisconsin Cheese Club, but changed it in 1961 to Figi’s. The company operates as a subsidiary of The Charming Shoppes, Inc.

Hunter Safety Systems was founded in 2001 by current CEO John Wydner in Danville, Alabama. Wydner was hunting with his brother and friend when tree stand collapsed, causing Wydner to fall. His life was saved by a few tree branches, but Wydner started to realize that hunters did not wear their harnesses because they were difficult and cumbersome. Wydner set out to make a better harness.

The company sells hunting vests which have harnesses built in, as well as hunting Lifelines, Tree Straps, and other hunting accessories. Today, the company is a leading manufacturer and seller of hunting items and accessories, such as trail markers, bow holders, and warning signs, as well as their infamous safety vest.

Hunter Safety System is still owned and operated by the Wydner family and has headquarters in Danville, Alabama. In 2014, the company introduced a similar hunting vest designed for women.
