Evine Live was founded in 1990. The original name of the company was ValueVision. The company operates an online and television home shopping network where customers can purchase items they see by calling or by going online to place their order.

The company was sold, in part, to NBC in 2000 and renamed ShopNBC.  It was later reacquired by ValueVision, who renamed the company ShopHQ in 2013.

Today, the ShopHQ network has been renamed Evine Live. The channel is carried on Dish, DirecTV,  AT&T U-verse and Verizon Fios, as well as being found on many local stations and the Roku channel line up. Evine Live is publicly traded on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol: EVLV.

The company provides flower delivery services around the world. Teleflora has offices in 20 countries and more than 3,000 employees. The company also has 15,000 florists who are members.

The company acquired FlowerBuyer.Com in 2013, which was one of the largest wholesale flower-buying services in the world. The company is privately owned by Lynda and Steward Resnick, who purchased it in 1979 for an undisclosed sum.

Love With Food was founded in 2011 by Aihui Ong in Foster City, California. Ong spent one year traveling the world and saw that many people lacked even clean water or decent food. When her friend developed cancer, Ong decided to provide her with a week’s worth of healthy snacks at a time. Love With Food was born.

The company delivers healthy snacks to the home via subscription service. Clients can order more of the snacks they enjoyed the most and receive discounts on their next deliveries. Love With Food also donates one meal to a food bank for every snack box purchased.
