Minted was founded in 2007 by current CEO Mariam Naficy in San Francisco, California. After touring numerous countries, Naficy wanted to bring the art of the world and use it in unique ways that did not involve retail. Minted operates an online marketplace of independent artists and designers who sell their products on the website.
The company began by offering stationery and invitations, but by 2012 was offering wall prints, party decor, and pillowcases. More than $90 million has been raised via Crowd Sourcing for expansion of the company, which operates in 60 countries and all 50 states. In 2008, the company began a program called “Design Challenge”, where artists submit their work for a particular project, participants vote, and the winner’s products are sold online.
Minted opened its first pop-up store in San Francisco in the summer of 2016. Headquarters remain in San Francisco, California. Currently, Minted has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.

Do not use this company to order your holidays card! This is my first time using them and it will be my last. Order placed on 12/3/22 and was told it will be delivered on 12/14/22.12/15/22 called Minted customer service asking where is my order, on hold for 45 minutes. Jose came on and promised it will be delivered on 12/16/22.12/16/22 no tracking information, I call Minted again, on hold for another 40 minutes and spoke to Hans. He gave me the same craps Jose did and keep on dancing around my questions. 60 minutes into the call still no answer and when my order will be deliver. Frustrating!

I am in the midst of an absolutely awful experience with this company. Worst part is they are lying to me about my order when aI call customer service. Di not do business with this company. Top dollar for product and absolutely worst ever experience when they need to resolve an issue:

Your customer service is AWFUL!!! Truly, one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had. I would be canceling my order but I spent three hours on it this morning. So, I guess I’ll get the cards, hand write my addresses like I do every single year, and I will NOT be ordering from you guys again, regardless of the quality of the product I receive. I know not everything works perfectly always and I don’t mind having an issue uploading addresses, things happen. But not being able to get help or understand the person on the other end of the phone is INFURIATING. She couldn’t help me AT ALL. Nor could the person I chatted with. That person told me my spreadsheet has commas and blank columns in it when my spreadsheet literally looks IDENTICAL to your template. So, can no one help me figure it out? NO! They can’t. What a waste of valuable time for me.

You are the worst. Seriously awful. Google minted.com reviews. Minted has a 1.3/5 on the better business bureau. Who gets a 1.3?? Congrats on having the worst ratings I have ever seen!

I agree that Minted has the worst customer service. Website clearly states that phone operation is available M-F 6 am-5 pm. I’ve called 5 times between the hours of 7 am and 3 pm. No answer, no place to leave a message. Don’t make me pay extra $34 for rush shipping if you’re not going to ship my order on time.
Christina says
Even with rush shipping you won’t get it on time. Not even close. They are the worst!!

Worst service ever .”Gary” from the “executive team” called and left a message and told me to call back but he didn’t leave a phone number. I want to tell my story but I am not waiting again for 3 hours for customer service to answer. You do not offer any way to reach the company. I too was is a customer service business for 25 years and I have some suggestions that might help.
I can be reached at 626 372XXXX
I would give you a reference number for my
Order but there have been so many for my simple order for Christmas cards that I wouldn’t know which one to give

I have been trying to telephone for over an hour, and can get no answer. I need to order additional stamps ( because all the ones I ordered last year are no longer sufficient postage), and I need them ASAP. I think the postcard ones will be sufficient, but I need advice at once.
How may I speak with someone??? Nancy Gandy
Nancy Gandy says
What does that mean?

I love your designs BUT your website needs a lot of work! Navigating back and forth is cumbersome since you continue to be directed right back to the initial page. Removing a photo from a card (deleting it and then trying to replace it with another) is impossible. NO customer service contact # …the “live chat” was only seen on initial screens…Could not access the live chat as I continued on.
I had to hunt for this email. You really need to think of customers using this site. I could give you lots of pointers. I hung in there but not without a lot of redos…Even the text on the back disappeared when I tried to just change the background color so I had to rewrite the whole thing. Frustrating. Very frustrating.
