I am so frustrated. I have contact FabFitFun on February 25, February 26, March 9th and March 17th. My box that was supposed to be delivered on February 19th has yet to arrive. I was told on February 25th that they would send out the box the next day. Called again on Feb. 26 to verify and they said it was being processed. On March 9th I was told they would release it to be shipped. Now yesterday I am told that it takes 3 weeks for the box to be shipped due to their process. I am so frustrated. No one has been able to give me a reasonable explanation as to why the process takes so long. I finally received an email from someone in Los Angeles not the Philippians, which is where the number that is listed for FabFitFun is answered, and the email that I received from Kaitlin in LA gave me no contact info. for her. I would appreciate a phone call to resolve this. I feel like I want to cancel this subscription!

I referred a friend- received my email for $15 credit. Clicked to redeem – guess what ! DENIED.
I subscribed for a year. Paid for a year up front. I’ve received one box. Have survived 2 sakes which I had to send emails and such due to I was locked out. A flipping mess. And now. Now I’m not able to redeem my $15 for referral!?! Try as I may – not able to ever speak to a human. Unbelievable.

Under my name is CANCELED. Cannot remember my login, so not sure if I have truly been canceled. Very hard to navigate the web site, and although you say you can cancel at anytime, there’s no link to accomplish a cancellation. Please be sure to sent a conformation, and credit back any charge that may have been processed.
