Spiceworks Corporate Office

Spiceworks was founded in Austin, Texas, in 2006 by Scott Abel, Jay Hallberg, Greg Kattawar and Francis Sullivan, former co-workers at Motive. They envisioned a social methodology for IT services.

The company focus is on simplifying the process of taking inventory, monitoring networks, and generating reports for IT professionals at small and medium-sized businesses. Software and IT services are free. The company makes money from advertising. There are premium features, however, which are available for purchase, but these are optional.

In 2012, the company opened an office in London for its European customers. Spiceworks has earned numerous awards, including 6 Windows IT ProEditors’ Best and Community Choice Awards. Company headquarters remain in Austin, Texas.

Citgo Corporate Office

Citgo was founded in1910 by Henry Doherty in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. The company began very small and was named Cities Services Company. It provided gas and electricity to small, local, utility companies in the state.

Today, Citgo belongs in part to Petroleos de Venezuela and part to Rosnef, a Russian oil and gas company. Citgo is one of the world’s largest suppliers of gas, lubrication, and electrical services. In 2004, the company had an annual revenue of $32.02 billion and employs approximately 4,000 people in the US. The company has 3 oil refineries in the US and more than 140 facilities across the US. The company offers its own credit card for purchases at their facilities.

The company is a major sponsor of the Bassmaster Fishing Tour, and is also the sponsor of a charity golf tournament benefiting the Muscular Dystrophy Association. In 2016, the company donated half a million dollars to the presidential campaign of Donald Trump.

In November 2021, the company announced that it would be replacing two board members.

Also that same month, the company began new talks with the US government in an attempt to stave off bankruptcy and risk breaking up the company to pay outstanding debts.

Headquartered in the Energy Corridor area of Houston, Texas, it is majority-owned by PDVSA, a state-owned company of the Venezulean government (although due to U.S. sanctions, in 2019, they no longer economically benefit from Citgo).

Adee Plumbing Corporate Office

Adee Plumbing and Heating was founded in Los Angeles, California, in 1949 by Jack Stephan. Stephan began by going door to door offering to do discount plumbing work, but had little luck. Taking a gamble, he put an ad in the yellow pages. Wanting to be listed first, he came up with the name Adee Plumbing. Soon, Stephan had all the work he could handle.

Today, Adee Plumbing is owned and operated by Jack Stephan, Jr. The company still offers plumbing service, heating repair and installation, as well as air duct cleaning, and air conditioning service and installation. In the 1960’s and 70’s, the company ran a popular commercial which asked “Who knows what lurks in your plumbing system? (the answer) Adee Do!” This commercial became so well known that many people thought the name of the company was Adee Do.

Corporate offices are still located in Los Angeles, California. Adee Plumbing has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, as well as a 4.5 star rating on Yelp.

The company invented a cook top range with a fan that brought hot air and grease fumes up into an outside flu in 1961. After this, the company expanded its product line to include many other kitchen appliances including microwave ovens, dishwashers, refrigerators, stoves and stove tops, as well as small appliances, such as blenders and mixers, even outdoor grills.
