In September 2023, the company raised $85 million in F series funding, increasing its valuation to $2.4 billion.

Gympass is being praised by many as a way of helping employees not only stay healthy but to provide a bridge between work and family life.

In April 2023, the company added MyFitnessPal to its Wellbeing Network.

In March 2023, Gympass noted that 250 million employees checked in using the app.

The company has a combined total of 1,449 locations, including an integrated network of 1,390 rental locations in North America, 13 in Europe, 27 in Australia, and 19 in New Zealand. In North America, the company operates in 49 U.S. states and Puerto Rico and in every Canadian province.
