I just canceled my membership as I believe you have abandoned 95% of the population to get on the WOKE bandwagon supporting the LGBTQ community which makes up less than 5% of the population and goes against Christian teachings.

I just found out that your company has stopped advertising on The Michael Knowles Show. Apparently you are another company that chooses not to be associated with a program that believes in freedom of speech and the right for everyone to have their own views and opinions. I guess if they do not conform to your socialist views then you will do what you can to diligence them. I will not be purchasing any more of your products

David…they simply pulled their advertising. That is…let me check the rules here…yup it is their right actually. They didn’t stop Michael Knowles from producing his show…in fact I would wager to say they probably didn’t even release a statement against him…just pulled their advertising.
So they have actually upheld the 1st amendment. Imagine that.
Also I am certain you do not know what the word “diligence” means. At best that is a misuse…and you were trying to find words to help make this seem important.
You get to come here and say your piece, be proud that you are likely crying holding your trump 2020 flag saying “but we won”…hey…I relate 2016 was rough…especially knowing that more than 50% of the country voted the other way…I won’t berate you for your loss, in fact ask you to look at the world through another filter. Smile, and realize that hey…the worst of this is that you are going to find another razor company.
I love my Harry’s products and my girlfriend loves how they make me smell.

Harry’s products are superb. However, customer service and help with log-in problems are the WORST I have ever encountered. Harry’s customer service, whether by telephone or e-mail, is rank AMATEURISM. It must be some answering service with stock answers and no knowledge whatsoever of the products, and any knowledge about helping people with technical issues. I believe that Harry’s is primarily interested in acquiring new customers rather than keeping existing ones satisfied.
If you are thinking about joining Harry’s. DON’T.

Your comments are Harry’s customer service and entirely too tame. I tried to log in, and was told that my e-mail or password was invalid. BOTH WERE CORRECT. I called customer service, and they suggested that I change my password and they were sending me a link to do so. It never arrived. I called again about five hours later, and another link was to be sent to me to change my password. It never arrived. I agree completely with Bob that the products are good, but the customer service is HORRIBLE. I have never seen such haphazard, unprofessional service. RANK AMATEURS!

My February order for blades is way overdue. Emails to Harry’s Help have not satisfied me! I asked for a refund or a replacement shipment, to no avail. Part of the latest response on Friday – “We have worked with our carriers to put a solution in place, and your package should hopefully be with you by the end of next week or sooner. We’ve also been working hard to make sure this doesn’t happen again in the future.” No reference to getting me a replacement shipment or refund, as I asked. You are going to lose customers with this type of a response.
