I am a very loyal customer to 6pm.com & always prefer to shop here before going to my local mall. However in the past year or so my experience with your out of the country customer services. Has been nothing but dreadful. The agents on the phone are quick to respond but slow to listen. Have absolutely no sympathy & are very un-kind. I honestly don’t understand why such affluent companies always sub contract their services out to other countries. Where the agents are 2nd language speakers & hard to understand. In the past when I had called an American Customer Service Agent. My issues were easily resolved but, now with these out of the country reps. I am forced to have to constantly repeat myself. Please bring back your previous American Customer Service Representatives!!!

Just wanted to give some kudos to your company. Anytime I have had a problem it was addressed right away and I have always felt that I was treated more than fairly. For sure one of the best companies I have done business with. Thank you!

I purchased sandals that arrived dirty. I complained, received shipping label, and were sent another pair, which were even dirtier than the first. You shouldn’t list things as though they’re new and in good shape when they’re not.
