I never had in my life had a problem with receiving my ticket. Seller showed deliver. However, I never ever received them in my email account went back-and-forth with vivid for days for them to tell me rest, assure rest, assure with me still having no tickets with technology nowadays if the seller shows delivered, they should be able to see if the buyer excepted the tickets.

Decorated Veteran with service related cancer traveled from Iowa to Nashville 3 days after major cancer surgery after purchasing 2 floor 4 night tickets to the 50th anniversary CMA’s from VividSeats. Denied access to concerts each night for invalid tickets. Have spent at least 20 hours on the phone with your worthless customer service with zero resolution. Refuse to give out a corporate phone number. Refuse to let you talk to a supervisor. I had to refuse to get off the phone yesterday to receive a form to “investigate” my complaint which will supposedly take 5 days. This is a form that customer service told me for 3 hours that she couldn’t send me. She eventually hung up on me as well as another customer service person hung up on me today. I will call multiple times every day until I have a $4,000 refund.

I purchased 2 floor 4 night tickets for the 50th anniversary CMA’s in Nashville. The tickets are invalid. I have repeatedly called your worthless customer service. After refusing to get off the line for 3 hours yesterday they finally sent me a form that they are going to take 5 days to “investigate”. I’ve spent at least 20 hours on the phone with your worthless customer service. I want my $4,000 refund NOW. I will be contacting a lawyer and the national media. This is how it will read in the media.
Decorated Veteran with service related cancer traveled from Iowa to Nashville 3 days after major cancer surgery denied access to 50th anniversary CMA’s. Purchased 2 floor 4 night tickets from VividSeats. Every night when tickets are presented at venue have been told the tickets are invalid. Stand outside of venue with 2 dozen other people who were scammed by VividSeats and are also on the phone with your worthless customer service. Phone number for corporate office is worthless. Routes you right back to worthless customer service.

My daughter got sick yesterday, concert which was canceled twice already scheduled Saturday but that’s not the problem. I call vivid seats customer service and I’m being denied the right to speak with a supervisor and denied the information to corporate office. One rep even hung up the phone “politely” as she states. This company is very unprofessional. The reps have zero information (Dorie and Christine from an escalation team that do not escalate anything). I will be sending an official complaint in writing.

I went to a concert in NJ. I paid a Dear Price for VIP parking. Due to a lack of signs or Employees to direct people. I d
was unable to use the pass I paid $!#).00 for. I asked 3 different people at the venue where is lot 1. One person had no Idea. the other 2 misdirected me. Ultimately ending up in a line for a different lot with no option to turn around. Another guest paid for that parking.
After calling vivid seats, the representative on the line put me on hold for a half hour. Then came back on and said he didn’t believe me. Essentially calling me a liar. I am APPAULED at such a practice. When asked to speak to a supervisor he put me on hold again only to come back on and say that supervisors aren’t taking any calls. Unbelievable BAD CUSTOMER SERVICWE. I will NEVER use vivid seats again and I will tell EVERYONR not to use vivid seats again. First they PRICE GOUGE you. Then Rip you off. Their REPRESENATIVE said he did not believe me. HE essentially called me a liar. UNBELIVEABLE BAD BUSINESS> Looking forward to the next class action suit.
I would Love a Call From the CEO since their supervisors are unable or unwilling to answer the phone.

I purchased tickets to Moulin Rouge in NYC for Sunday Dec. 19th. The show was cancelled. I provided to written notices that the show was cancelled and confirmed with the Theater Box Office that the show was cancelled. Vivid customer service (and you get a reply email from someone different each time you reply) tell me that their secret source (which they can not divulge) says there was a performance. I have given up trying to reason with them and will file a legal action to recoup the ticket cost and legal costs. I wish anyone luck in dealing with this group and their cancellation statement on the website is complete BS.

I purchased tickets to an event in 2019. The event was recently cancelled. I requested a refund of what I paid. However when I called for my refund they said that they would put it back on the original card used to purchase the tickets. It’s been 3 years I no longer have that card or remember what back I had. When I called them they refused to change the bank info and pretty much told me the will send the money to that bank and I needed to figure it out. So thanks to VividSeats I’m out almost $600. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told they are not taking calls. I hope this policy of theirs leads to another class action lawsuit. Thanks for the great customer service. I will spread the word not to purchase anything from this horrible and cheating company.

I purchased 2 tickets from vivid and they came from ticket city. Why I don’t know. But when I arrived to see Todd Snider he not the venue said I needed my vaccine card. I had a card and still have it. I paid 180.00 for 30.50 tickets. Also paid for the refund if you didn’t see the concert. I will take it to civil court just because it is wrong. Don’t you agree?. I have to work 10 plus hours just to get my money back . You can let my grandchildren know why I can’t get them the presents they want. They live in Las Vegas and I live in Des Moines Iowa. Please refund me the 15.00 I paid to get my money back if I couldn’t see the concert atheist that much x’s 2.
