Your latest TV commercial is disgusting and gross… Everybody spitting all over the place… What marketing buffoon thought this was a good idea? We run for the remote every time it comes on so we can shut it off. You people are disgusting… How do you not know this?

I was recently overcharged $40 after your agent agreed to cancel my service after the first 2 month free offer. Below is a partial transcript of the chat I had with another agent trying to resolve this overcharge. He was pleasant but could not solve the issue. Sling TV partial Transcript. Please scan ******************for where the first agents agree’s to cancel after the initial free period.

Customer service is about useless. Signed up as the system was coming up and never received welcome email. Now that I can call customer service, they say that I can not take advantage of promo offers shown on website. I never received a welcome email which I had thought would give me the information that I needed to take advantage of the antenna offer.
Seriously considering cancelling service after 1st month due to “problems”.

I have tried by chat, email.and phone to reach you. I can’t reach you by my account because I don’t have one. I tried a 7 day trial in September 2022 and canceled 2 days later. Have not watched Sling since. Due to some careless bookkeeping on our part we just discovered you have been taking $49 a month from my account since September. According to your website on our first several attempts neither my email or my wife’s email exist so it’s no wonder this has happened. I tired of companies that isolate themselves with technology and can’t provide a live person to talk to. You owe me $294.00. I expect a response. If it is not to my satisfaction I will pursue further action.
warm Regards,
