I am a Field Ops Supervisor (K-9 Unit) with the National Disaster Response Agency. I am deployed at any point of time for durations beyond my control. In January 2020 I ordered Clear window clings and was very much satisfied with them. In June of 2022 I again ordered the window clings through a representative that looked at my old order. I placed the order but did not receive a confirmation email.
Two days after I placed the order I deployed out to the Texas border. I returned in September 2022 to a load of mail. When I opened the box from signs, I found that the order was wrong. I called and explained the situation. I was told It would be looked into and someone would get back to me.
I received an email on September 9 2022 saying I did order clear window clings and decals use the same material. I was also told that returns are only good for 30 business day and I was past so no return.
I called back the next day and explained my Military deployment and asked to be helped since $180.00 was a lot of money to lose on a product I CANNOT USE. I was told there was nothing they could do other then offer me a one time 30% off. I told themI wouldn’t buy anything from them again and I would call my CC company to cancel. I the started getting email every other day offering 30% off. I tried to cancel the emails but they still come through. I was screwed by their mistake on ordering, they used a return clause to void any kind of return and now they’re soliciting me.
