I scheduled an appointment with a representative who came out and looked at my damaged door around 7-2-23
I was given brochures to look at .
The next the quote was sent for a replacement door. The next step was to do the work. No one ever came or called
I called after 2 weeks and was told every one was busy and they would call me back,
Nothing. It’s now 1 month later. I called this morning around 10 and they said they were busy with customers and would call me back . It’s now 5:30pm so
I call again and the call center says they can’t get anybody and she would put in the notes about attempts to contact.
I ask for a number to the headquarters,
It turns out she did not give me one ,but gave me a number to another precision door office ,
Keeping me in circles. Not sure why they did not want my business. The rep even left her loaner brochures to prevent coming here. Norcross Precision Garage Door., why not let people know up front when you meet them that you may not want them as a customer. Just a thought.

I paid up front for repairs then changed my mind and cancelled. It is now seven weeks later and after numerous calls asking for my money to be refunded I still have not received a check. Also frustrating is I have not yet been able to speak to a manager I just keep getting the run around. At this point I am now considering legal action.

On September 14 th I met with a rep to get a quote for garage door repair. I foolishly gave the rep my debit card number. The charge was 1123 dollars. I called a canceled the repair the next day. I have been trying for seven weeks to get my money back. I just keep getting promises that management will fix this. Can you please fix this problem and return my money. I would appreciate a response. My number is 720 557 XXXX.

Good afternoon… A week ago we contacted Precision Garage Door in Riverside, CA and had them come out and give us a quote for vinyl around our main garage door and small garage, an opener for our small garage, and a keypad for the small garage. We went with Precision and paid over $1,200.00 up front for them to come out and install. Today they came out and my husband called me very upset. He sent the installer away and took pictures of the work. There are holes everywhere in our ceiling and wall. He did not use a stud locator. The vinyl looks used and is curled at the edges and it isn’t cut evenly or installed correctly. There is black handprints and grease all over my house. My husband didn’t allow him to install the opener. If this cannot be fixed promptly, we just want our money back. We will pay someone to fix the damage if we have to. Our home is very nice and we did not expect this at all. Please advise me as to what I need to do. Josie Desmond
