In 2013, the tribe invested $45 million to expand both the casino and parking lot. The casino includes three full service restaurants, as well as video gaming.

Grants from the Nasqually Red Wind Casino are distributed between agencies and organizations within the tribe. In 2016, more than $841,000 was distributed to approximately 100 organizations.
