The company’s distillery is Kilbeggan Distillery in Ireland, formerly called the Cooley Distillery. The whiskey is aged 4 years on average and is said to have a slightly sweet, caramel and vanilla taste. Kieran states that he got the name from the two gingers, his mother and aunt, who suggested that he bring the product to the US.
