We were so excited about our 25th anniversary trip to Cuba. We get the reason it did not happen. We asked for another $200 discount and were denied. Wow. The request was denied with a wish that we find another trip that will make us happy. Wow. This speaks volumes that we are not the demographic you are seeking these days. I wish Olivia gave us the decency to have a conversation instead of a denial with an excuse. We will find another travel company. I guess money means more than humans to you these days. Our first cruise was amazing our 2nd cruise was supposed to leave from New Orleans, then was changed to a listing ship departing from the Dole Pineapple dock in FL.
The food was amazing, but the ship listed in Cozumel. You really do not care
