Horrible company! You came in to replace two broken seals in to lower parts of the upstairs windows. Your employee broke one of the frames of the windows while struggling to replace it and in addition damaged the seal on the upper window, and didn’t bother to let us know. The employee they sent out to check out the damage was EXTREMELY rude! Constantly interrupting everything we said. He told us the windows are old and breakage happens, there’s nothing we can do but glue the piece we broke off back on (which conveniently his “worker” turned in to him this morning????). You’ll never notice the broken piece he said. Not only do you notice it, the glued piece looks horrible, the upper window also has condensation between the panes! Which this employee states is on the window screen…WHAT? Obviously you are a dishonest company because the workers who broke both parts never bothered to say “by the way I broke a piece off your frame, here it is.” They are not willing to replace the window they broke or fix the seal they broke, and only offered a measly $50 off as compensation for their dishonesty and negligence. You should be ashamed of yourselves taking advantage of an elderly widow. I will highly recommend to everyone I know DO NOT use this this companies services for anything. I will also be posting negative reviews about our experience on EVERY available website I can including a complaint to the BBB.
