Hi, my message is for: CEO of Guitarfetish.Com Jay Abend, I purchased a Slick SL55 (Date Ordered: 8/19/2021
Order Number: AB-473956) and there are dead frets all across the fretboard. I adjusted the truss rod and action but the dead fret issue is still present. I contacted the returns department and Steve wants the me the “Customer” to pay return fees for a defective guitar I received. If I have to pay to send this defective guitar back to guitarfetish you will lose a customer today. If needed I can send email from Steve who is not helpful at all. Thanks
Hi Jay I got three Tele guitar body from guitarfetish body #2 was not good I emailed picture of it the man I was making the guitar for did not like it look at the picture body #3 was not the body I ordered. I order a XGP Professional Tele Body Dark Natural Swamp Ash I got a yellow body and it was not ash so shipped that body back you have it. I ask for
the right to be shipped but they said you are out so the man that I am making the guitar for said he would go with the XGP Professional Tele Body Clear Gloss Solid Swamp Ash
