I booked the flight ticket through flight network for Calgary to Auckland. I asked to cancel the return ticket and change the date for flying out form Calgary to Auckland, at the first every time I called they keep me on hold for long and nothing changed the problem is unsolved at the end of the called even on the date or after the date I have to fly they keep telling me my ticket will be changed don’t worry someone will call me to confirm the change in two days.
But after two days no one calls then I call again they still saying someone will contact me in another 1-2 days. Today is third day already no one call. And no any refund details for my return ticket. So I guess all the money just gone because this company just a scam.

I refer to all the previous emails and phone calls i have made regarding which no response has been received. As advised earlier trillion times, my ticket was cancelled due to your consultant’s mistake (Listen to the call recording i have emailed and you should have one of your own). I was advised 20 days ago that supervisor will sort this matter & give me a call back. Till date i haven’t received my ticket back home (from dubai to sydney). As it was cancelled due to your consultant’s mistake i need my dubai to sydney ticket as soon as possible, compensation for all the mental stress you have caused, compensation for thousand calls i had to make because i never received a response within the given timeframe and compensation for my cairo to dubai ticket. This is the last email & a notice of intention to sue if i don’t receive my flight confirmation for (20th july) and compensation within 24 hours. As i have given enough time to your supervisors to review this matter in detail.

My flight was changed by Air Transat yet no communication was made to me of this change. I stumbled across it myself. I have now been calling to solve the issue, and everyday I am being told that I will receive confirmation in 24 hours. This has been ongoing for 12 days with ZERO resolution. I’ve asked for guarantees that this will be confirmed and got hung up on.
I’ve now paid for another flight – $1000 more in price. I would like both my refund and compensation to cover the additional $1000 that I had to pay because your company did not resolve my issue timely and couldn’t be trusted to

This is by far the worst airline ticketing company I have had any dealing with. They should be reported to the Fair Trading office as they fail to meet the most basic of standards of customer service. A boycott of this company might make them aware of the dismal service they provide.

Order date 15 Oct 2021.
This is flexible ticket and unfortunately my dad passed away and I can’t go travel on booked tickets. I tried total 7 attempts to you staff to assist me to reschedule the tickets. I really get connected to your service member, once it is connected it take nearly 1 -1:30 hours, while talking all the times call disconnected and no one call me back and once simply send an email they tried calling me but I never received call from your support staff. I have all my received call data ( stored) I can pull that data anytime if you required? Now I called again but after .20 mins call got cut manually by other side. I am in the call right now again nearly 20 mins but still I’m in the queue, I don’t mind waiting but calls are disconnected when I talk purposefully is not tolerable. I understand all call are going to India but I never seen any company operating this bad.( I’m really sorry to say this). This morning I spoke yo Thai airlines and they said that my changes dates are 8th April 2022 and return 28th April 2020 tickets are available and they said that A86 fair difference, I don’t know how to reach your team. I hope someone will look after this matter asap because my original travel dates 1st January 2022. If nothing happens I can launch this case into fair trading, I do have all records , now also I m recording my call for proof of my self for future communications. If I haven’t heard anything I can contact my credit card team and put this transaction in the dispute due to services are not provided as per regulations. I also sent couple of email for re schedule my travel dates but no response. I put my full affords to reach your team by phone and email but unfortunately no success. I’m waiting for your reply asap…

I have requested the re-book of my flight since April this year(2021). I have called your customer services employees on no less than 10 consecutive times and they simply kept me on the phone each time for more than 2 hours and keeps hanging up on me. My trip is for November and you are yet to rebook my flight. Please do not think I will give up on this. I have emailed you non-stop and two weeks ago you sent me a list of available flight and asked me to pay additional $1,100 of which I agreed and I did not hear from Ankur anymore till date. I have followed up three times, with no response. I think someone really needs to stop this. At this point, I just need a refund of my funds. I am prepared to pursue a legal action against your company if I do not get my refund. I really don’t need a lawyer because I can represent myself.

Your company is the worst travel agency. I didn’t get a refund from Flight Network and when I asked LOT to issue me a voucher for the ticket that I bought from FN, it was 250 dollars less! When I emailed you to return the money, your agents didn’t even bother to answer my calls and emails. I will never ever book any tickets from this agency and advise others not to do that. Their service is horrible!

Worst company ever, I’ve been calling them for hours and hours to get a refund due to covid19 and when I finally got the line the guy just hang up the phone not just one time, but two times. they cancel 2 tickets because of covid 19, i have been calling them since april 2020 to rebook the flyghts and always send me to talk with the airline wich asked me to talk to flyght network , after all this calls and hours lost , they asked me to pay again more than $1100 , they are a scam ,

Good afternoon,
I booked a flight for my son through Flight network for September 1st, back in June 2019. In July, he lost his job where he was living and had to move for another job. I initially requested a full refund due to his circumstances which I was denied. I understood that was the policy and was ok with that.
On July 18th, I asked to cancel the flight and get my 50% refund since I was in the time frame allowed. The rep that I spoke to said my refund would be processed that day and it should take 2 to 3 weeks to see the funds put back on my credit card.
On August 15th, I still had not received my refund so I called the Flight network to inquire. The rep that I spoke to said she saw that it was cancelled on July 18th but could not tell me the status of my refund and I was told that I had to send an e-mail to the claims department.
I sent an e-mail to the claims department and received a reply on August 16th to say thank you for cancelling and that my refund was approved and it would be processed that day.
This is unacceptable service. It took 4 weeks from the day I cancelled just for someone to tell me it was approved and would be processed when I was initially told that it would take 2 to 3 weeks to receive my refund from the day I cancelled. If I had not of called and followed up, I don’t feel certain that it would have been processed at all.
I called again in August 16th to find out why it took so long for it to be processed and the rep I spoke to couldn’t provide me an answer but did tell me it does not normally take that long.
I’m seriously disappointed in the level of service I received.
