Vroom was listed in Forbes magazine in 2015 as one of the Hottest eCommerce Start Ups. In 2015, the company had $900 million in annual revenue. Vroom’s refurbishing plant is in Stafford, Texas, and headquarters are located in Grand Prairie, Texas.

Vroom shares continued to climb after the company announced on September 14, 2020, that they were offering an addtional 10.8 million shares for sale after a follow on offering. 

In January 2021, Vroom placed an ad during the Superbowl game for additional name recognition and awareness. 

Vroom clients who failed to receive titles or other paperwork are fighting back through arbitration.
