Loot Crate Corporate Office

Loot Crate was founded in 2012 by Chris Davis and Matthew Arevalo in Los Angeles, California. This pair of friends wanted to create a “comic-con” in a box. The company offers a subscription box service which offers electronics, comics, and other “geek” related items on a monthly basis.

By 2014, the company had more than 200,000 subscribers in 10 countries. Subscription themes change monthly and range from electronics, to “The Future”, to “Anti-Hero” related items and more. The company also operates other subscription services, such as Loot Anime, Loot Pet, and Loot Gaming.

Loot Crate officially sponsored Dungeons and Dragons in 2016, and is an official sponsor of eSports Team, Optic Gaming.

In August 2019, the company announced that it would be filing for bankruptcy protection.

The company owed more than US$30 million in debt and US$5.87 million in taxes, while its credit card processor has withheld payments to the company. While under Chapter 11 bankruptcy, it plans to continue to fulfill orders but seeks potential buyers.

In October 2019, Loot Crate announced that it had been acquired by Money Chest, LLC. Money Chest has rebranded Loot Crate as the Loot Company.

Panasonic was founded in 1918 in Osaka, Japan, by K. Matsushita. The original company name was Matsushita Electric Industrial Company. The company is one of the largest electronics producers in the world.

The company changed its name in the 1960’s after Mr. Matsushita met with American dealers and manufacturers. The company began to make televisions under the Panasonic name.

Today, Panasonic is the 4th largest television manufacturer in the world. Panasonic has made numerous acquisitions over the years, perhaps the most notable being the Sanyo company in December of 2009.

In 2014, Panasonic announced that they were working together with, and providing funding, for Tesla Motors batteries. In June of 2016, Tesla announced that Panasonic would be the exclusive supplier of batteries for their Model 3 cars. The company also released a “transparent” television in 2016.

In February 2020, the company unveiled its OLED and LCD television models.

Also in February, Toyota and Panasonic announced that they were teaming up to prismatic batteries for electric cars.

The company maintains its corporate office for North America in Secaucus, New Jersey.

LG Electronics was founded in 1958 in South Korea, originally as “GoldStar”. The company manufactures and distributes a wide range of appliances and consumer electronics around the globe. GoldStar merged with “Lucky” and LG Cable to found what today is LG Electronics.

The company plays a large role in the consumer appliance and electronics world. It is the second largest LCD television manufacturer in the world, and recently released the world’s first 84-inch ultra-HD television for sale to consumers. The company also makes mobile phones, computers, smart watches, tablets, vacuum cleaners, washing machines, and refrigerators, just to name a few of their products.

LG Electronics announced the availability of its latest premium, high-performance LG gram notebooks for the first time this year, which had received high praise earlier this month at CES 2018. The new 15-inch model is designed for users who want a more powerful performance from their notebook.

In April 2018, the company announced that they were adding Hulu Live TV to selected smart televisions.

Although the company is based in South Korea, the company has established a corporate office in New Jersey. LG Electronics had annual revenue in 2015 of $56.5 trillion and employ almost 82,000 people.

Belkin was founded in Hawthorne, California, in 1983 by current owner and CEO Chet Pipkin. The company designs and manufactures connectivity devices, as well as covers and cases for consumer electronics. The company has headquarters in Playa Vista, California, and has more than 1,000 employees in the US.

The company has been listed twice in the Inc, 5000 list of Fastest Growing Companies in America. Belkin has major office around the world, including the UK, Hong Kong, and Australia. In March of 2013. Belkin acquired competitor Linksys. The company has received backlash for paying persons to write fake positive reviews on Amazon and other websites regarding products that have problems or glitches to lessen the negative impact.

However, the company has also won numerous awards, including the 2009 Best Multi-room audio/video product from FlyWire, Best Idea award in 2009 from Businessweek, and multiple IF design awards in 2007 and 2008.

Crutchfield Corporate Office

Crutchfield was founded in1974 by William Crutchfield, Jr., in Charlottesville, Virginia. The company operates a chain of consumer electronics and car stereo stores. Crutchfield was unable to find electronics or car stereos for a classic car that he was upgrading. He decided to create his own store for car and stereo buffs.

The company offers catalog sales, has an active eCommerce store, as well as numerous locations in Charlottesville and Harrisburg, Virginia. In 2008, Crutchfield launched their own DIY type of channel on YouTube to assist customers with installation issues. The company also states that it has the largest “Vehicle Fit” information in the US.

In 2007, Crutchfield was inducted in the Consumer Electronics Association Hall of Fame. The company was one of the first vendor authorized and approved online retailers. The company’s call center has won numerous awards by J.D. Power and Associates.
