I do not appreciate having to leave a message for support assistance. I am needing to remove an employee as contact person and reassign another to this task. On the vendor site I am able to add a manager but not remove one!
This is a timely matter an having to wait for such simple assistance is not user friendly.
Thank you,
Chris Krouse

I am so unbelievably unhappy with Wedding Wire. I hired a wedding videography (Dallas Wedding Videography), paid him in full, confirmed he would be there before the wedding, and he never showed up. I have a contract, proof of payment, and an email from him stating that he did not show up. My review was completely honest, and Wedding Wire has the nerve to hide my review? I will take this matter to wherever it need to go to fight this. I have left messages for someone high up in the organization to call me, but have not received a phone call.

Please issue me 4 rewards for the vendors I hired for Katie Baggerly’s upcoming wedding. I did not correctly apply for these rewards. I did not know that I could receive them until after I hired the vendors off of your site. Thank you.

Please reconsider approving my receiving the $25 reward for each of the 5 vendors I hired on Wedding Wire. I hired 5 vendors and I was not approved for 4 of these because I did not realize that I had to message them on the vendor manager page before I hired them. I do not think it is fair to reject my rewards since I found all the vendors on your site. I am sorry for the confusion on my part. I am so upset here. I will definitely message any future vendors from WeddingWire so that I can receive the rewards as this would help me pay for my daughter’s upcoming wedding. Will you please reconsider? Thank you for your time and understanding in this matter.
