I am in a lapse of coverage because of Clearcover. All I wanted to do was pay on the app. The payment portion is inactivated. I have been in a cycle of misinformation. I call, get disconnected. Get a hold of someone, say will call me back never do. GA DMV was down. I was told I could pay by a certain day. On Friday, need to call back on Monday. Now I need a down payment. I have had insurance for 30 years, with a great driving record. It has become so complicated when all I wanted to do was pay. Because I was not on autopay, this nightmare began.

This company os full of people who are rude and wait til the last minute to ask for proof of accident when clearly I’ve stated and took pictures on your app where u told me to file the claim picture dates don’t lie and u can’t change a date on your Google pictures idk why u would email the shop I am having repairs at amd to me the estimate and prices of this repair so they can order parts amd pick them up and pay ahead for them if ur not gonna pay for my repair , you waited til the day I had to take car in to tell me u need phone records stating where my bf called my son to go check my car out from hitting the deer ARE U KIDDING ME ? YOU ARE GONNA PAY FOR THE DAMAGE I WILL NOT HAVE YOU TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THEY ARENT HONEST ITS RIDICULOUS WHY DIDNT U ASK FOR MILAGE OR PICTURES OF THE CAR THE TIME OF THE POLICY BEING PURCHASED LIKE ALL OTHER INAIRANCES DO ? A company with 50 employees I guess that tell me lot. And I should read the reviews first. Every site I see yall reviews are horrible. Cheap isn’t always better. After this I will pay higher prices get better services

If I wasn’t Christian I’d say I hate this company. But I can’t hate yall services, and how horrible yall are. Iv been treated not nice but I can deal with that I can’t deal i have been waiting on yall to finish helping me with rental “alternatives “, it’s been 3wks since my truck been reported stolen, I get there process and yall don’t wanna bite the bullet but u gotta and I pay for rental iv been waiting on yall to help what I pay for. Iv been profiled. Next im hiring counsel.

This is a common thing with Clear Cover. They do their best to stay clear from covering the damages to your vehicle. I would advise you to seek a better insurance company.

I agree these people don’t call you back don’t give you updates and it’s been 2 months since the claim but then day of taking car I they wanna say they need phone records stating where someone called so and so wth this is a joke don not give them another dime hire an attroney sur their butts they all can’t understand that they need to get more details of the car when time of purchasing policy obviously coz then they wouldn’t need any type of proof of my claim because they can see it was fine when I purchased but then when I cile the claim they wanna tell me this after the shop has ordered parts because they got an email from clear cover shoeing the parts needed and how much so they went and got the parts and now their out money too lol wow clear cover is gonna owe way more then what i claimed with the deer accident they will peolly end up going bank rupt by end of 22 watch these people are not professional at all
