paid for non-stop round trip from philly to Austin…they changed my itinerary to a 1 stop (Orlando) lay over and the return flight was changed to a 5 hour lay over in vegas..with out my permission, or notification. I ultimately found out about the changes when i checked in online the day before my flight. All of this caused a ripple effect on our first 2 days with our military family that we were visiting and see our great grand children for the first time in 3 years and the last 2 days of our stay at Fort Hood Texas. we feel cheated out of money, cheated out of time with our family and over all just disrespected as consumers by CHEAP O & FRONTIER AIRLINES.

CheapoAir, Inc of New York, raised the price of an advertised price in the middle of booking a flight, and over-charged my credit card for a round trip flight. They sent me a confirmation for $491.58, and then charged the credit card $881.11.

This is theft.

1. Lecia couldn’t help me. She thought I was calling the wrong company. She sent me to a travel agency in the state of Virginia, who couldn’t help me;
2. Ahmed said this was normal procedure and that I didn’t understand how airline booking worked. He sent me to a travel agency in New York;
3. Benjaman said because I made the reservation so close to the travel date(4 days) that this was a protection against cancellation
4. Thomas said it was an “Oft code” that the bank took out of my account. He blamed the bank;
5. Zuzanna said she couldn’t help me, switched me over to Kat after forty-nine minutes, and ultimately hung-up on me;
6. Sam said I have to wait 3 to 5 days for a refund, but noted, laughing, “…it usually takes thirty or more days at which time they’ll probably hope you’ll forget about it;”
7. He switched me back to Zuzanna who went through all of the standard company lines, how they don’t make mistakes, and that I should call my bank, and then said I should have only been charged $439.55. She said I needed to go back to the department that sent me to her twice. I simultaneously was on hold by two customer service reps, while Zuzanna wanted me to hang-up and wait for a call back.
8. Ultimately, both lines, after over two hours, were disconnected;
9. Arabella answered and said it should have been $410.60. She said she wanted me to send her my bank statement. She alleged fraud—she was right, on behalf of Cheapoair.
10. Arabella started listing charges: $25.00, $3.95 that didn’t tally $881.11. She said Spirit Air made the extra charge and couldn’t help me. She then said she would call Spirit Air and put me on hold for another half hour;
11. What started-out at 8AM, was never resolved after dealing with this past 11AM.

This is my confirmation code: U987PY

I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General’s Office in the state of New York

I checked in in Phuket, Thailand and airlines would not check my bags all the way to my destination Toronto, they told me there is no agreement between the two airlines that I have booked my Cheapoair to check them in to your destination Toronto. I had to go through customs and immigration in China to check in my bags again to Toronto and by the time I was cleared by customs I missed my flight. The airlines would not help me and wanted me to pay triple what I paid and leave the next day and I had work the suggested day. Cheapoair did not have any better options for me and I had to pay a whole set of tickets to get home. I was humiliated, stressed and my daughter was screaming and crying and begging me to get her home. Cheapoair cares about how they charge you money and once they do that, they are useless and will not give you your money back for any flight interruptions which is not the traveler fault that missed the flight. Agent and airlines should be the ones to protect their customer but NO. Their last concern is their customers. Will never ever use them again and no one should be using them ever.
I will write my review everywhere in the net to make sure no one uses Cheapoair

I too am going to file in small claims court. They are scammers and they will pay me after my judgement that I will win I will have the Sheriff go and collect. Just a matter of time.

On hold with my cc to get out the pending airline tickets, 37 minutes on hold with Creepo Air. Call back, 18 more minutes on hold and cut off by the survey machine. I call back and the women wants to put me on hold again as she can do nothing but transfer me, why not have the correct number to take customers directly to someone that can help. She wants me to call back in an hour, its not 10pm or tomorrow are you freaking kidding me? She was useless and kept trying to talk over me. Not a good idea especially when their error has not was 45 minutes or so of my time from my kids.Prior to this I had booked the trip, then they call me wanting more money . Thats bait and switch and is illegal, so I had agreed to for the hotel now they think they can hold me ransom for more hotel money as I just purchased 4 first class tickets out of country. You can’t do that. Creepo air is a disgrace. They charged me 2x for the hotel then they pulled the deal ? After they tried to charge me extra. They actually called me to get more money and after all this today I get an email saying the airline could not confirm the tickets. Really? it was the airline and hotels fault or Creepo Airs inability to perform their job. Thanks for wasting my time, tying up my money for a double charge and pull back and disappointing my wife. I will never ever consider you in the future as your service is horrible!!!!!!!!!!

John K July 17, 2019 at 10:39 am

I have my paperwork ready for the judge and will be filing tomorrow. You all can do this.
Go down to your local district court and file a judgement against them. Each district allows for a different judgment amount and will charge based on the claim amount. About 100 dollars. Then the defendant in this case Cheepoair will either shown up to defend and you will be notified with a court date or you will win a default judgement against them. Once you are awarded the judgment you contact the promontories office and the sheriff’s department in their county in New York and they (after charging a small fee) will go and seized the monies owed, or property to pay you your judgment. Don’t let scum bags like them rip you off.

I booked a flight to Tampa Florida on July 27 2019 . I would have flown out on July 29 2019 , when I went to check in was not able to.. I called cheapoair they said I was flying on August 29 2019. I had to fight with the service department for over an hour. now the want to charge me three times the amount for the tickets. I don’t have it what should I do . please help if you can

Brandi July 11, 2019 at 11:30 am

I purchased two tickets for my children to visit me in Memphis. In the mean time my work transferred me to Tampa. When I called to either add an additional flight or change the flight there was no service or option given. A few weeks later I started receiving emails with my booking number attached asking if there were any changed I would like to make. I thought maybe the policy changed or maybe customer service heard my concern and decided to allow a change. I called and of course there were no exceptions to be made or refunds or even a discount on rebooting a different flight. FALSE ADVERTISING and a waste of time trying to understand what the customer service reps were even speaking about.

Unless this poor customer service can be corrected my family of 7 will no longer fly through any 3rd party vendor.

I am at a complete loss for words. As a preacher of the Gospel, this is a strange occurrence. I have decided that the best way to solve the issue is to take it to court. I am filing a claim to recover my money and time. I am having my daughters file as well as we have spent a minimum of 4 hours a day dealing with the most horrific customer service I have ever encountered. Thank God that I know that I win before the battle has begun.

I have used Cheap o Air for years, and know for sure this will be the absolute last time.

Grace and peace

I booked a flight from Seattle to Delhi with Jet Airways, I was notified via email that Jet Airways filed for bankruptcy and I would be issued a full refund., I have not received any refund nor can I get through to customer service day after day being on the phone for 1/2 he is ridiculous. I realize that they are busy with the mess from Jet Airways with affecting a lot of people. It comes to a point where enough is enough. I want my refund. I want a response. Thank you

This is regarding the subjected Booking # 56505303 and the call I just had with your supervisor with Calling name – London & Real Name – Praveen Karn.As per the below mail Jet Airways says they are suspending all its domestic and international operations effective immediately. With this my current booking has a local domestic leg while my family returns from India on 19th Aug’19 (Mon) from Chennai to Bangalore which is getting impacted due to Jet airways suspending their domestic operations too.Since this is only a local leg and  myTicket Stock belongs to KLM as per my conversation with Praveen I would need Cheopoair to coordinate with the Airlines and look for a different airline option only for my local leg i.e.,19th Aug’19 (Mon) from Chennai to Bangalore.

With the rest of the International leg is via Airfrance which is active I would request Cheopoair to get this local leg rebooked with a different airline as the earliest and send me the revised Itinerary as the earliest. This is really causing a mental and physical stress to me and everytime I call your customer care I’m on hold for 2-3 hrs with being hanged upon. With my Family travelling alone and ticket is booked via cheopoair I’m expecting a quick and positive response from you as the earliest.

CHRISTINE KAILIPAKA April 17, 2019 at 3:30 pm

I booked 4 tickets home to England on 15th April 2019. I have been loyal customer of this company for past 10 years and never encountered one problem until now. When reviewing my itinerary i discover that my infant granddaughters name had been spelt wrong. Two letters had reversed themselves but all her passport details and spelling were correct. I called CheapOAir straight away. They informed me that there were going to be a $50 to correct this. I reminded them this was within the 24 hour window and there was no way these tickets had been issued yet. Then started the saga of offering other flights, price increases and being put through to different departments. If I was so much as to complain I was cut off and then informed I terminated the call. I have tried customer support and doing the chat online and still have no solution to my problem. Even though I have been assured this problem was corrected. I have now just received another itinerary and low and behold no correction made but it now shows infant as passenger 3 not passenger 4 as she was before and now her middle names have been omitted. So someone got in the system and did this!!! I have contacted both British Airways and American and informed them of this problem and they say this only can be fixed by CheapOAir!!!! I am to inform them if this is not fixed. To say I am frustrated is a understatement, I will never never use this company again and will make sure all my family and friends are aware of this treatment. I have a list of names of people I spoke with and have kept copies of emails and responses.I got fed up with being told well you are only basic economy, like I had some kind of disease .Or you will get updated corrected itinerary in next 24 hours or I will call you back. I just spent nearly $6000 and this is the way I am treated. Thanks for spoiling our family reunion . I wish I could speak with the CEO of this company but you cannot even get to speak to a supervisor when you request one thats a automatic cut off !!!! Booking 58744848

It seems to me that not only myself, but several other people have had serious issues with Cheap-o-air. October 2018, I booked a flight to Florida but never received my itinerary. Calling back to see what was going on, the agent told me I never booked that flight yet, money was removed from my account. The agent went back and forth with me until I just surrendered and he offered to book another flight again, which meant being charged again. I was offered to file a complaint, which I did; however, the end results was disastrous. After speaking with several different agents who could hardly speak fluent English, I started feeling as if this company was trying to bamboozle me. Basically they did because I was told there is nothing they could do. I will never use Cheap-o-air again to book a flight every again. Customer service sucks and after reading some of the other complaints, so does Mr. Jaine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mirtha March 26, 2019 at 10:46 pm

I bought two tickets on October to flight to Rome, Italy on Spring Break. On February I realized my husband name was misspelling by inverse the letter his name is Rafael and the agent wrote Rafeal. As soon I realized the problem I called Cheapoair to make the change. two day later they responded telling me the airline denied the require. Next day I contacted the agency looking for a solution for the situation. Cheapoair called British Airline and according the agent they agree to make the change charging me $200 dollars. I accepted the charge since I have everything paid in Italy. I paid On February 26th and they told me this change will take between 7 to 10 business days. On March 15th. I called Cheapoir again since I never received the ticket with the correction and they just gave me excuse after excuse and sometimes. They didn’t respond my call when I identify myself with my name. After all this experience I decided to complain with the Better Business Bureau. After my complain someone name Georgia reached me telling me they will resolved the problem. However, a week after I continue with the same problem and my trip is coming soon. I called several times to British Airline and they said there is nothing they can do since I bought the ticket with Cheapoir. My wedding anniversary has become a nightmare just because this situation without an answer. I hope someone can take care this situation as soon is possible.

James Frye March 18, 2019 at 5:50 pm

I saw a CheapOAir ad for tickets to Hawaii for under $300 per seat. I called and bought the tickets for more than $2000 for two people. No complaint I agreed to the price. I am 83 years of age and understand that it is entirely possible that I would be unable to make the trip and purchased trip insurance for $135. The ticket was purchased on Sept 30, 2018, and the flight was scheduled for June 30, 2019. In January of 2019, I discovered that I have a knee that might need to be replaced. I am currently undergoing treatment that might save the knee however the condition is serious. To provide maximum time for CheapOAir to find a traveler to purchase the tickets I canceled my flight in January 2019. My call to CheapOAir met with complete disinterest in my request to cancel my ticket. My letter to CEO: Sam Jain was returned Undeliverable.

CheapOAir is made up of two divisions. One Travel sells the tickets and Seven Corners sells Trip Insurance. When I contacted One Travel they were not helpful and directed me to Seven Corners. Seven corners provided me with a raft of paperwork most of which they had available in their computers and was difficult for me to obtain. All the requested paperwork has been completed now, after two months of frustration. It has been a short time but I haven’t heard back as of yet. I presume all the roadblocks were simply a rouse to prevent me from receiving what I paid for. If my funds are not returned, I will sue them for relief.

A total fraud company. Ripped me off my hard earned money. Save yourself the nightmare and never purchase from them. Tell your families and friend about their horrible customer service and how they ripp people. Tell them to stay away from Cheapoair.

TitaGanda September 12, 2018 at 11:25 am

Dealing with this agency is a the WORST HORRIBLE nightmare. I have paid Cheapoair in July 2018 and up to now, I still do not have a ticket, despite being with them on the phone almost everyday and sending relentless emails.

While Cheapoair provided me with a booking confirmation and an e-ticket, the actual airline carrier, China Southern Airlines is claiming that this is fraudulent since NO TICKET has been paid for by Cheapoair in my name. China Airlines is further saying that the e-ticket number provided by Cheapoair is not something that came from them. I am still fighting them until now.

Richard September 7, 2018 at 10:52 am

Horrible horrible customer service they are not human they will burn in hell for the wrong things they are doing robbing people their money the day is coming they are like pigs and dogs from the top to the bottom will burn in hell ask to speak to a supervisor she say supervisor is busy

Yiza M Garcia August 2, 2018 at 1:16 pm

I have been on hold waiting to fix a mistake the company’s representative made and I can honestly say this has been the most frustrating horrific experience I have ever encountered. 5 hours later trying to rebook my orderly aunt had ended in absolutely nothing…making me stay with a ticket that i tried to fix in the same call…not a later call!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. THERES NO SUCH THING AS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CLIENT SATISFACTION!!!

Ambreka July 15, 2018 at 2:05 pm

I have had the worst experience of my life dealing with this company/agency. I have gotten better service at Mcdonalds. The staff is very unprofessional, unorganized, and unsympathetic. I tried to book a flight and hotel 16 hours ago (which was taken out of my account) that never got confirmed because 1. The hotel room I selected was no longer available (but the website showed they had 8), and the flight I selected went up in price so it never got confirmed. I called the day before to see what the issues were and I got 3 different excuses (It was no longer available, the price changed, my bank held my account because of suspicious charges), in which I am still not sure what the issues are. I spent at least 8 hours on the phone (at least 3 of those hours on hold collectively). I finally speak with a supervisor and she is very rude and tells me to “stay professional”. I WOULD NEVER book ANYTHING else through this company!! RUN RUN RUN RUN !!! I am out of $700 and still have no hotel or flight! Save yourself the time, money, and energy!!!! PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE YOU GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

Tom July 12, 2018 at 3:11 pm

First of all been trying to correct my problem for over a month. My pointsd disapeared called them to find out where they are. was transfered to 3 different people and each told me after being on hold for at least 10 min. not there job. Then was told an email to the rewards department would resolve it. After 2 weeks it was resolved and I requested to use for airline tickets and they said only for hotels and cars. They procedded to transfer me to the car group and was told no cars only hotels. Called back again and said I can use but I have to book it my self ask what the value was and no one new.
The worst part I have never delt with people who are so rude and don’t want to listen at all. They listen with there mouth. I asked for supervisors and told hold on and for 20 min ni answer.
This company is a scam and should not be allowed to do business in this way. I don’t know what it is but they are a scam.

I just hung up and was told that points are only can be used for hotels. False advertisment.

Amy Ellis June 29, 2018 at 10:53 pm

Do not ever book with this company, Horrible Customer Service. Take your money and leave you stranded and will not give you your money back for a flight that they canceled. If you book with them, you will have a horrible experience. May be cheaper at first but in the long run will cost you double.
Do Not Ever UseThis Company Ever

DENNIS LEWIS August 22, 2018 at 7:44 pm

Totally agree with this comment, we have experienced the same problem, arrived at the airport to be told there is no ticket and certainly no support from Cheapo

Richard September 7, 2018 at 10:58 am

Greg June 11, 2018 at 5:57 pm

Tried to book a flight but cheapoair told me my card was declined so booked with another agent, three days later cheapoair gave me a ticket and took the money from account! Have sent thirty emails and had six chats. No one replies. Spreading the word on social media and already had many replies saying thanks . This company has already lost more than my $271.

Orlando R Rivera June 7, 2018 at 9:59 am

on Tuesday June 5th of this year I decided to book a flight for my son Orlando Rivera Jr traveling from Atlantic City New Jersey to Atlanta Georgia I booked it at 11 p.m. that evening and I could not understand why the payment of $153.38 for that flight was not taken out of my card so I came into work June 6th the next day and still the money was still on my card so I decided to call the 1-800 number to make sure that my flight was still booked, I was told by the young lady in customer service that was helping me with this problem she found out for some odd reason my flight was cancelled and had to be Re- booked after 3 hours on hold going back and forth I was told that my flight ticket would now be $193.38 versus what I paid when I first booked it 153 .38 and also she could not seem to fix my problem within the first half-hour maybe to 45 minutes I would have accepted that and then she told me that my card was not the same card that I used which she was wrong it was the same card and then she put me on hold again she came back online 20 minutes later and told me that my son would have to present the Visa credit card at the Atlantic City Airport in order to receive his flight tickets which was round trip from Atlantic City to Atlanta from Atlanta back to Atlantic City his flight schedule was to leave Atlantic City June 11th and return back to Atlantic City from Atlanta June 19th and then she went to tell me if the dates were flexible I explained to her that my son only gets one week vacation from his job and that was the only week he could get so it was not flexible and because of that my price went up $50. This is the worst experience I had booking a flight with this company it was my first time giving it a try and it will be my last time I do not recommend anybody 2 book any flight with this company thank you.
From Orlando Rivera out of Calhoun Georgia.

My very first experience with cheapOair was horrible and I will NEVER use them again and I will spread the word !!!! I’m a single mother on disability I could not afford the ticket for my son so he worked so hard and long hours to pay for his ticket that cost $349.00 I also took out the insurance for $21.95 just in case we had to make changes … we’ll we did a few days later my son stated he could not fly out on the date and wanted to change the date to earlier and they stated that it would cost another $300.00 😡 REALLY!!! What happened to the $349.00 I already paid ? The person I spoke to did not give a feesible reason except that was their policy!!! I’m still waiting for an answer and not getting any !!!! How can they do this to inocent people especially ones who work so hard to get the money and then by no fault try and change the flight or try and get back the money they won’t give it back !!!! We don’t have a tree in our yard with money growing on it so we could use it!!! I always used Alkegant and they were so helpful as to give the money back !!!! NEVER USE CHEAPOAIR EVER !!!!!!! They are crooks and mislead everyone!! I just want to know where that money went and why it can’t be returned

I purchased two tickets for my wife and myself for March 12th, 2018 from Manila to Tokyo on Cebu Air and received confirmation via email. This would have been in late 2017. On the day of the flight, at the Manila airport, upon checking in I was told that the tickets were issued to me but instead of my wife, the second passenger was shown to be an unknown, female Filipina. When shown my confirmation from cheapo air, along with what should have been a simple explanation of a mistake obviously made by someone, Cebu Air would not issue my wife a boarding pass and instead forced me to buy a THIRD ticket. Upon returning to the USA I pressed cheapo air, asking for a refund of the third ticket, I was told by cheapo air that the fault was not theirs but instead was Cebu Air’s. However, having spent over five hours at the Manila Airport trying to get Cebu Air to use some common sense, they told me that the fault lay not in their mistake, but cheapo air’s. Either this situation will be resolved by cheapo air and Cebu Air mutually finding out culpability, or there will legal action taken.

STRANDED IN BANGKOK !!!! I have used their service before without problems, so naturally I went to their website for this trip as well. I have traveled all over the world for 36 or so years and never had a problem until now. The flight from Chicago O’Hare to Podong Shanghai, then on to Bangkok was fine. But on the return flight I was not allowed to board. Reason given, that the flight would go from Bangkok to Ningbu, Ningbu to Pudang, Pudang to O’Hare…with layovers in each stop. Was told I needed a visa to be in transit at the airport….that’s not true, and even if it was the Chinese embassy said I could have gotten a transit Visa on arrival. China Eastern check-in counter was wrong. In any case, while at the airport I contacted Cheapo right away to ask their help. I paid extra money for ticket insurance and trip interruption as well as medical. The customer service representative said I would need to pay additional 365 dollars and could I give my credit card number….lol . Why the hell should I pay? This is not my mistake. I paid extra on my ticket already to have a false sense of security. I have called many times to resolve this, they told me if I wanted to fly right would cost me 1,000 dollars. Or I could wait 4 days and pay 365 additional. Wow, how the hell is this my issue?
Where is the customer service here? I got stranded in Bangkok for days trying to solve the problem on my own.
More hotel fees, taxis and an additional ticket. This time I flew through a privet travel agent and found a flight$800.
I was not willing to trust Cheapo air rep in India with my card info…no way . But the point is they should have warned customer about the need for visa, which in this case was not needed because I would not need to leave the airports. Therefore not entering the country. I have paperwork and copies of everything that happened. All they need to do is refund half my ticket and that would be fare, since I only got half a flight. My original ticket was 500 or so,and adding all the bougas insurance new Total 720 dollars. Still waiting to hear back from them.
I fly often, seems you guys not care about customers.

This is the WORST booking service I have ever encountered. My husband and I booked a flight, was told and WROTE it down that we had 24 hours to cancel without charge. We had to move the date out due to grandson’s graduation date was same day we were leaving, unknowingly. I called a couple hours after the initial booking to cancel & they said there would be a cancellation fee. So I asked to move it out 2 weeks, they charged 200+more per person. I said NO. I called back got another agent, they said it would be 89.95 for the date change. Then upon confirming they changed it to 89.95 x 2 = 179.90. I agreed just to get this done. Then my credit card was put on HOLD a couple of days later, they charged my credit card 8 TIMES for 8 different charges. When I called to find out what the charges were they were RUDE, charged 120.10 for 3rd party agency fees, 29.90 for Travel Assist fees. I tried to get the fees taken off they he said they couldn’t because it would change the price of the flight. I hung up on him the rude jerk. I checked United Airlines for the same flight numbers and the fees were 615.00 x 2 = 1,230.00 for the same exact flight. They charged $1,843.96 with a difference of 613.96 OVERCHARGES. I WILL BE WRITING A LETTER TO CORPORATE AND WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN. THE ONLY REASON WAS THEY KEPT POPPING UP ON THE UNITED AIRLINES WHEN I TRIED TO BOOK THROUGH UNITED. HATEFUL COMPANY.

i transposed to letters on my last name without knowing so i called customer service. They charged me $35 to correct the spelling of my last name.I booked this myself if you have a better system so we can correct our own errors or mistakes i would not have to be making a complaint.i was on the phone for 1 1/2 hour just to get my last name spelled correctly and charged $35 for a simple spelling correction.REALLY, MY MOST HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE.

I booked a flight on dec 30 2017 for an april trip using a cheapoair gift card. The card covered our flight with money left over. Cheapoair asked me for my credit card incase additional charges arose. Within 10 min of booking my credit card was charged for the full amount not gift card. After 27 calls 13 emails i was told my credit card was refunded. I sent them 2 credit card statements showing noooo refund. They replied by email it was refunded and it wasnt. Very unhappy with customer service. Each email was the same signed by a different cheapoair agent. I will be reporting cheapoair to better business bureau if no refund to my credit card by end of week. Your agents said refunded on jan 13. It is now feb 13 no refund of $336. Terrible company. I want answers and credit for my troubles. Conf # 47329444. Ps maxim your agent was verrryyyy rude…

Mayra Prado-Pagan January 30, 2018 at 5:14 pm

I have called and spoke to rep on 1/28/17 to request a full refund after booking 2 tickets. The airline that they work with Volaris, clearly states on the website they accommodate Passengers with a wheelchair. However after calling to make accommodation as instructed they confirmed to both CheapOair and myself on the call they DO NOT do full accommodation. They do not do a FULL LIFT for a paraplegic person meaning no one can help him transfer him from his wheelchair to the airplane seat. So I told them well he can’t walk so he can’t do it himself and with the side rails there is no way he can transfer himself. They told me that then he should have someone pay and travel with him to transfer him… I WAS OUTRAGED. CheapOair was on the phone with Volaris and they heard they can’t accommodate him… So then I have to cancel because he can’t walk and he can’t transfer himself to the seats as they don’t have an area for handicapped people.
I Purchased with CheapOAir and they are telling me it’s my problem and to work it out with the airline when I booked with the and al this was raised 10 minutes after the booking happened. No one wants to help.

“Wheelchairs have no additional cost, but please inform a member of our staff that you will be flying with one so that everything is ready to transport it in the plane.
You must require a wheelchair when booking your flight or upon arrival at the airport counter, where we will provide the necessary assistance to transport you inside the airport, towards the boarding gate and until your entrance to the plane.”

Below is what the agent online is telling me.. NO help and the phone call was the same.

Mayra Prado-Pagan • 4:00 PM
I need my issue escalated
Adken • 4:12 PM
It is non-refundable as per the Airlines and the supervisor will also be advising the same.

Danielle January 1, 2018 at 7:58 pm

Is there anyone who can assist me with a one time courtesy waiver of my cancellation fee?
When searching for a discount fair to Florida to visit my parents, I was pleasantly surprised to see discount fairs offered only at Cheap-O air.  I could not duplicate these fares on any other site.  I booked the flights with the understanding that I had 4 hours to confirm the details with my parents.
I did not realize that there was a cancellation fee or I would not have booked.  Airlines offer a 24 cancellation. I assumed this was similar and did not notice any indication of a cancellation charge listed where your site mentions 24 hour cancellation.  I feel that this is misleading even though I understand now that it is in the “small print” under Taxes and Fees.
While reviewing my itinerary, I realized that even though my search was from Boston to West Palm, my tickets were booked from West Palm to Boston.
I do not understand how this has happened.  I entered BOSTON TO WEST PALM in my search.
You are even sending me fare watch emails that reference this search. Please see below:
I do not understand how this error occurred.  To correct the flights adds thousands of dollars to my trip, which is not an option.
I  am very surprised that there is not a customer service agent available that can offer a courtesy fee waiver.  I only booked this a half hour ago and am only cancelling due to the backward booking that I do not know how this occurred.
Cheap-O Air has decided to charge me a hidden fee due to an error, instead of waiving the fee and keeping me as a customer.  That is not a good business decision.  Negative word of mouth carries much further that positive. By waiving a $75 fee, you could have had a completely different customer experience.
I spoke with Colt and Samson, and was very disappointed with the accusatory tone taken.  This was a surprising error.  I did not simply decide to cancel my trip.
I would very much appreciate it if there is a way to credit the $75 fee charged by Cheap O Air.  This was a very unfortunate error.

Deceptive, Rude, Unhelpful.- Do not book through Cheap -O – Air!!!!
This was the worst customer service experience ever. My booking was made backward in error- I called immediately to cancel – but was charged a cancellation fee.

I requested a courtesy fee waiver – but was rudely denied.

The pop up says 24 hour cancellation, but to find out that they charge a fee, you need to look at the bottom of the website under taxes and fees. This is ridiculous, and deceptive.

I am cancelling my credit card that I used with this company. I do not trust at all!!!!

Claudia Figueroa November 18, 2017 at 3:43 pm

REAP OFF COMPANY MAKING MONEY OUT OF PEOPLES CANCELLATION POLICY when the airline directly never charge the customer for cancellation! NEVER AGAIN WILL BOOK WITH CHEAPOAIR. Travel Agency very sneaky and greedy! NOTHING IS FREE…I will recommend to go directly with the hotel or the travel agency!

Nick November 5, 2017 at 4:40 pm

Booked a flight, and was told by the group we were planning to travel with the flight they sent us wasn’t the one they actually booked. We immediately canceled the flight (within minutes). We saw the 75$ cancelation fee a few says later, a day before we planned in meeting with the group to book together and eliminate any additional confusion. We called customer service twice so far, once was basically laughed at because we were concerned with the 75$, and told by the rep they think it’s BS as well. The second time we were guaranteed a call back from a supervisor which we have not recieved (no case number, no email, no follow up at all), not to mention the rep basically said you are free to go elsewhere! It’s amazing the 75$ charge for a booking for a flight that was canceled with minutes of booking is more important than future business… I’m not even disagreeing if the flight was canceled weeks after booking, but within minutes?!?!? C’mon

Tammy October 13, 2017 at 7:07 am

WOW after reading all of these reviews, I felt I needed to add to the list……I have to say FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!! I received a pop add that said I can book a flight for $197.79, and mind you my husband and I have been watching this flight for a couple months now. So I called immediately to book the flight, speaking with the customer service gave me a price for over $500.00 I said what about the ad she asked me for the reference # which was not attached to the add so after 50 minutes and 2 customer service people which one was to be a manager(??) I finally gave in to not having a reference number but went on about FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND THE BAIT AND SWITCH THING…….Next morning another ad same thing with a reference# this time called and tried to book again same issue with being on the phone with 4 different people and 1 was to be a manager and another a compliant depart just to find out they were all customer service people…..I explained to them that I have been watching the price of this airfare and it never been or ever was $197.79, and they could not prove to me any different I told them I do not know what country you are in but in the United States there is a thing of False advertisement and fraud!! I will go to whoever would listen and I can report to for their not so fair business practices and their ad scams they have on the internet and I noticed today the airfare for the trip I was looking at is for $264.00—STILL SCAMMING!! CHEAPOAIR is a scam!!! Please don’t be sucked in by these people…..Thanks!!!

Marjorie Campbell October 17, 2017 at 1:30 pm

Yep!! They are very sneaky.
Never again I book with them!

custsupport October 19, 2017 at 8:34 am

Tammy, each ad should have a travel date and black out dates listed. The fares are not for all days, months, there could be 1 flight that is offering that fare, so that would not be considered false advertising. We will be glad to look into if or you,. forward the add you are seeing and the city pairs, and dates so we can compare the information., Send it to randrews@

My apologies for the inconvenience.

Joshua Allore January 5, 2018 at 1:22 pm

Booking number 47434379. Feel free to pull it up CHEAPOAIR. You will also see there is a recording.

I have had the same issue in the past. I chose to give them another chance. I booked a flight yesterday and saw the 24 our cancellation as well. I called to cancel because of a billing issue. 75.00 per ticket!!!!! The issue came when My parents purchased a trip to Ireland for my Girlfriend and I. They paid for a majority and I added my card to the transaction to cover the rest. What they don’t tell you upfront is that the cards will be charged different amounts to equal the total. I was to only pay 3.87 as a joke because my dad is kind of overboard sometimes. ha ha I was charged 515.44 on one transaction and 31.90 on another. My parents paid the rest on their credit card.
Very misleading and unprofessional. They said that there was a spot to specify how much is to be put on each card. This was also false or we all just overlooked it. I find that hard to believe though. This company sucked me in again. Will never happen again. SCAM!!!!!! No sympathy for a customer at all. No exceptions made ever either. Even though we were the ones inconvenienced. Totally inconvenienced us all and had to wait on hold for over two hours to try and fix this. Ridiculous!!!!

Mel October 12, 2017 at 2:22 am

I booked my ticket 3 weeks ago, first they overcharged me to which I fought and fought for a refund. Then last week I noticed the agent had misspelt the last name on the ticket, they wanted to charge a fee however they realized they cant because after listening to the call it was infact the agents fault!
Now 6 days later (5 days from date of travel) I have made over 20 calls in 6 days totalling 16 hours on the phone and I get told just 24 more hours, just give us another 24 hrs, another 24 hrs and your case manager will have it fixed….STILL NOTHING!!!
Qantas have assured me there has been no name change received by CheapOair and if they don’t fix their mistake then I wont be boarding a plane.
I have made numerous attempts via social media and consulted a lawyer…because they believe I was threatening a lawyer the lady who is incharge of my name change decided she no longer wanted to deal with it.
I have apparently 4 supervisors in India working on my case…the stress this company has caused me you will never imagine and I don’t wish it on my worst enemy.
Booking: 44976878

Mel, did have a delay in getting things rectified with the name, but in the end it got resolved, and she will have no problems with her upcoming flight.

Marjorie Campbell October 17, 2017 at 1:32 pm

You can dispute with your credit card company. I would!

Marty Benner September 13, 2017 at 10:10 am

I called to get a refun on my tickets to St. Maarten from Tampa, the customer service rep said the flight has not been cancelled and she was unable to refund my money. SERIOUSLY, there is no airport left in St. Maarten not to mention there is no place to stay. Blithering idiots. I will call the state attorney and file a complaint.

custsupport October 17, 2017 at 8:58 am

Marty, the airlines at the time were not refunding tickets, they were allowing changes to be made and waiving off the $200.00 airline penalty. As a travel agencies we must follow the rules the airline put in place, now if you want to check back and see if they have lifted the restrictions, feel free to do that. You could have also checked the airlines website for the policies regarding cancellations, and rebooking of tickets.

Ramesh Sapkota September 12, 2017 at 5:15 pm

I was faithful costumer for such a long time until now (at least 4/5years) and now found it this is total fraud system with glitch in it, I booked ticket for a date and ticket was issued for another date and as i immediately noticed and trying to cancel it, only I hear this or that and each agent speak different thing and different price. Very unprofessional representative!! I will never use their service nor I recommend any one to use it again.

custsupport October 17, 2017 at 9:02 am

Ramesh, very sorry to hear of your recent experience with our website. Our website does not make changes to ones itinerary once they have chosen the flights. What you had done was chose an flexible date that had a cheaper price, and we show those options first in the availability. It was the first choice and that’s what was selected. We do advise the customer in 3 different spots you chose and alternate and saved $$$ would you like to keep this, or book your original dates for more money. You kept the cheaper price that had different dates. We do allow you to cancel within 24 hours for a fee, this is for the processing of the cancellation, and setting up the refund. We will also assist you in rebooking for the actual dates you want, but you must pay the applicable airfare, and at times it’s usually more expensive, so that’s why it wasn’t chosen first.

JOANN GARCIA August 24, 2017 at 9:45 pm

DO NOT BOOK WITH #CHEAPOAIR !!! Twice this month that I have issues with them, called the Customer service within 24 hrs of the booking and didn’t go nowhere. Spoke to Supervisors and id not go nowhere except for fees and more fees.
The second time, I booked my Dad’s flight from Manila to LA. My Dad’s name usually have the Sr after his last name, because my brother is the Jr. However his US Visa does not have the Sr in his last name. So I called 5minutes after I booked when my Dad noticed it in his Visa. We are so accustomed to his name having Sr that we didn’t even think it will just disappear. When I called and explained the situation to 3 representatives, all they said is to pay the $50 change of name.
When I wanted to cancel the booking all together because it says in their false advertisement “24 hr cancellation” did not specify there’s also a $50 to cancel a booking within 24hrs, I was so upset. How can the #Cheapoair be in this business. It’s like they can offer price guarantee but hoping customers makes mistakes and charge them $50 for every mistakes they make. I tried to look them up in #BBB #betterbusinessbureau but they’re not there. Where else can we complain? Obviously this is a huge company taking advantage of middle class and even with these much complaints nothing is done with this company. This is very sad

custsupport October 17, 2017 at 9:06 am

Name changes or modification is not allowed once tickets are issued, those are airline rules, and FAA policies. In some cases if it’s within 24 hours we can request a waiver from the airline to modify the booking, and they have a charge to do so. We do not have “false advertising” it states 24 hour cancellation with a fee. That;s the part the customer over looked. It taking one step further and reviewing the policy that was attached with a link, the customer would know there is a cancellation fee. However, the error was not caused by us and we tried to assist the customer to rectify the error, so he didn’t loose out on the entire ticket. Before anyone books, you should check all doXXXXents first to make sure you putting the name as exactly as it appears on passport, drivers L, what every ID you are using, just don’t assume!

Joshua Allore January 5, 2018 at 1:30 pm

Or CheapoAir can make it blatantly obvious to its customers! I have done some research and noticed that your complaint percentage is over 30% higher than the next airline company or booking service.
Customers are how you make your money. Time to treat us better. I for one will never buy from CheapoAir ever again. Just had another issue today.

Michael Dionne August 18, 2017 at 12:47 am

Such a bad experience with CheapOair! I booked a flight and received conformation right away with all wrong dates. I called right away and was told I had to pay $50 to cancel. What a scam. After speaking with 4 people I was told not to worry I could cancel and not pay fees. Then was told I had to pay even after saying I was just told I did not have to!! What a bad service! I have called the news and in 1 week have an interview to tell the world how terrible I was treated….can’t wait to tell my story. Shame on you CheapO…. shame on you. You would think the people in charge would care

Amasjai Williams August 14, 2017 at 12:05 pm

These people STOLE MONEY from my account over 600 DOLLARS .. I filed a policed report .. They have extremely horrible customer service .. They hung up on me multiply times ! Very angry

Robert Love August 1, 2017 at 12:30 pm

I just experienced the most unprofessional person I have ever spoke with I needed to make a change in flight time for my return flight only and was told that i would have to pay extra to do so when it plainly says on Cheap O Air website that to make any changes to just call the 800 number which I did. I also tried calling to speak with someone in the united States and could not so I called the Corporate office and got a message and the call hung up. This is the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with all i NEED TO DO IS CHANGE FLIGHT TIMES. We as customer’s should get together and file a law suit against this company maybe then they will correct their wrongs

Victoria August 5, 2017 at 2:13 pm

So far, I have been on the phone 4 times with service reps from CheapOair to get the Exit Row seats I originally requested and was told I had paid for. That was on June 24, 2017
I received my seat assignment on July 3, I realized the discrepancy on the 17th and called. I was assured it had been fixed. I called back on Aug 2, 2017 because it was not fixed. I was told they would get back to me in 6 hours. I called back on Aug 5, 2017 and after being on the phone for over 35 minutes I was told they would call me back in 2 hours and I could have any seat I want. One hour and 30 minutes left and still waiting?????????????????

Victoria August 6, 2017 at 6:36 pm

Nora Byrd August 14, 2017 at 11:51 am

norabyrd678 at This company is a scam and needs to have legal action taken against them. My honeymoon was from August 7-12 in Cancun. I went to a link my sister gave me for Priceline and somehow ended up on this ripoff site. This is my first time booking airline tickets and so I put in my information, and my departure date and return date. I was able to get two round trip tickets for $634 and when I put my card information in to pay they sent me a flight itinerary and the date had changed to Wednesday August 9 returning Thursday August 10. I immediately called them about this happening. The man I spoke with told me if I wanted to change the date I had to pay $200 so I’m pissed. I tell him I don’t have a extra two hundred dollars to pay for something I didn’t do and I told him to cancel the tickets and I will look elsewhere for flights. He told me fine he will return my money back after I pay $150 cancellation fee. Now clear as day it says you can cancel for free if it’s 24 after the booking. The man said yes you will get your money back the full amount after paying the $150 and now I’m livid. Who pays $150 up front to get back $634? Free is Free you have gots to be kidding me. So I ask for a supervisor and she’s the worst thing I’ve ever heard of. Rude and very nasty on the phone. Now I have to cancel the resort because we wasn’t going to be there the next day and lose money on that, then I reach out to United Airline who is now telling me that because we didn’t take that one day flight and didn’t pay this hustle company the $150 we lost our whole $634. I can’t believe this has happened to us. Oh and by the way, common sense is free. Who goes all the way to Cancun for one night?

custsupport October 17, 2017 at 9:09 am

Robert. sorry that you had a misunderstanding about changing tickets. It does not state any where on our website that you can call and make a change with no add collect. The airlines automatically have a penalty that we collect for them, and if your new date is more expensive you have to pay the difference. It would make no sense to buy a ticket for July to florida, and really want to go at christmas, where it’s peak travel, and the prices are double the cost, and not be expected to pay the applicable price. We are sorry that this transaction was not fully understood, and we did try and assist you the best way we could. But we could not waive off the fees, and airfare difference.

Carolyn Zuttel July 7, 2017 at 4:40 pm

CheapOair should be sued by a class action law suit for the way they have treated me and the many who have complained here. My situation is not unlike theirs. The seat I can no longer use 23 days from now is free for them to resell, but I do not get any portion of a refund.
Booking: 42864460

cheapoair July 27, 2017 at 8:54 am

Carolyn, as discussed with you, the ticket that was purchased is non refundable, and those are the rules put in place by the airline. Whether you have 23 days or 2 days before the departure the policy is the same. The airline may be able to resell the seat, or they may not. Our apologies for the change in your plans has caused an inconvenience. Our terms and conditions are listed on our website for your convenience to review.

Marcela Aguilar Shepard June 29, 2017 at 6:51 pm

My Booking number: 43161303

My disaster story is below.

Marcela Aguilar Shepard June 29, 2017 at 6:46 pm

I have been treated with the most utmost disrespect by your customer service agents. They had me on the phone and on hold today since 7:30 a.m. until after 6:30 p.m. and still I have not been helped.
I had originally made a round trip booking with Cheapoair from Fort Myers, Fl to Silver City, NM. First mistake was Cheapoair charged me twice for the flight. That mistake has been costly for me since my credit card was in the negative & got charged for an over-draft because of it.

Today, my June 29th Boutique Air return flight from Silver City to Phoenix got cancelled due to mechanical reasons. Silver City is 5 hour drive to Phoenix. Boutique Air offered a refund and to pay for a car rental to Phoenix. Since I could not find a one-way rental car to Phoenix. This caused me to miss all the rest of my United Airline connecting flights.

Bob, your Cheapoair Manager responded to my call saying that he would take care of my reschedule with United Airlines at no cost to me due to the fact that the cancellation with Boutique Air was not my fault. He called me back saying that I had been given a new booking keeping everything the same as before, except we would change the date to June 30th (tomorrow). He said I had the same reservation number and all. No cost to me. He asked for my phone number and said he would call me back with a confirmation number. This never happened.
I called back and Darin, your other agent took the call and said that IBob was still on the phone with Boutique Air. Darin told me that I had to call Boutique Air and get a confirmation flight for them to take care of the rest of my flights with United Airlines. I called Boutique Air and they said they could not do that because they would need to have someone pay for that new flight reservation and they advised me to call Cheapoair once more or have them call and do a 3 way phone conversation to take care of the booking faster.
This time, when I called Cheapoair back, a girl with a Russian accent answered the phone and I could hear the other agents saying my name, laughing and making fun since they didn’t realize I could hear them. This girl put me on hold for another very long time before she came back to say that she had made a request for someone else to call me back. It is now 6:26 p.m. and I still haven’t been helped. She told me that I had two options, one to cancel the flight and only get $129 back from Boutique Air. I paid $780+ for the United Airlines and would have to pay about another $1,000+ to rebook.
This girl told me she had put in an emergency request and to wait for them to call me back. she said to go and wait at the airport. Boutique Air’s next flight is tomorrow at 7:30 am and Phoenix is 5 hours away. I cannot wait at the airport.

I will never again book with Cheapoair and will tell all my friends to stay away from this horrible airline with no sense of customer service or respect for their clients when they call.

Victor Scena June 14, 2017 at 2:41 pm

SXXXXbag is to mild of a word. I am sending the a 30 day demand letter and if they do not refund fully. I will sue for triple damages and I will win. They will wish they never heard my name

Ruth Andrade June 3, 2017 at 12:38 pm

the worst customer service i have ever experience, i will not ever buy another ticket from this company. Believe when i have made a promise like this i have kept it.

Michael May 9, 2017 at 1:45 pm

This is a disgraceful travel agency plain and simple. They are evasive and will flat out lie to you. Logic and facts (dates, times, and conversations) do not matter, accountability is not a company attribute. In my lifetime I have never come across a company that will blatantly lie as this one has. Never again will I book through them, and I will make a concerted effort to push people away from them. Absolutely disgraceful.

Pauline April 4, 2017 at 12:25 pm

We have booked for a flight to Kuwait leaving from Manila Philippines on April 2. We booked on the phone with a travel agent. We asked several times what is the allowable luggage , if it’s 2 30kg EACH and was told yes.

At check in with Emirates, we were told only allowable is 1 30kg per passenger. We called the customer service while at check in and talked to someone and was told to pay for excess baggage fees first then we can have it refunded .

We called back and decided it was a risk since we did not have receive an email confirmation and was put on hold for more than an hour and missed our flight . We have a separate ticket connecting us from Kuwait to Budapest as our final destination which we missed as well.

I was on the phone for 6 hours total that day till 10am and was told in the beginning that it should be sorted out after an hour or 2, they just needed to listen to the voice recording or conversation .

I have been on the phone for hours trying to get this sorted out . I was told by Silis, one of the managers, that latest we will fly out is Wednesday . He found another itinerary which would allow us to fly with 2 luggages and take us to Budapest . It’s already Tuesday and nothing has been sorted out . It is unfair that we have to be on the phone for 9 hours with barely any sleep and be put on hold , to miss our flights while it’s your agents fault for giving us the wrong information and be put in a lot of stress .

We need to be in Budapest for work . Please give us a call as soon ASAP so we can finalize this . It is taking too long .

I would like to request the contact information of higher management please as well . I have the right to follow up and contact them myself .

Thank you.

Worst experience in my life. Cheapoair is a ripoff. I booked flights from Cleveland to Orlando, American Airlines, after returning from trip I found additional $183.00 of charges added to my Credit Card. Naturally, I disputed them with card company after getting run around by the folks in India who are the “customer service” people for Cheapo. I was told that they where charging me $61.00 in fees and taxes and another $123.00 for seats, these charges where paid to Cheapo, the original tickets where
paid directly to American.
I was told that by selecting seats (none of them I chose
had an additional fee noted) “online at time of booking…they where subject to additional charges by Cheapo..”. I talked to American and was told that unless the seat chart indicated an additional charge , and some of the available seats at the time did, there should not have been any additional charges. To add insult to injury one of the five people I spoke to said that he “realized that I am a senior and my not understand how it works”. Which
In turn infuriated me. I am still trying to resolve the issue.

Hi dear,
I bought 2 tickets back in july from Lax to IKA for march 2017 but because I couldn’t get the day off I called to exchange one of the ticket’s date but they told me one of the ticket name’s is wrong. I wonder how possible to I bought 2 ticket and I put my last and first name wrong??!! Instead of Morvarid Namiranian the in website shows namiranian morvarid, after waiting 5 month I called because I saw a lots of good deal on your website to exchange one of my ticket but they said they can’t until my name get fix and finally today I got email but they ask for $25.00 per ticket it means $125.00 just for that and again if the flight will charge me separate. I’m not crazy that pay that much money and then cancelation fee that means more than the ticket I bought and this is not right. I want to change only one of my tickets that is under my name morvarid namiranian, even the return date is good I just want to chang the date from LAX. I really hope you can help me ….. please understand that I trust your website and I just get frustrated with this and nobody answer me right.

Thank you

Booking # 38615745
I booked a flight for my daughter, son-in-law, and my two granddaughters from Las Vegas to Columbus OH. on Nov. 5th 2016. The flight was to leave Las Vegas on De. 19th. The flight was cancelled at the gate. I understand that the cancelation is not your fault. The airline refunded their fees on the spot, your company however doesn’t seem to want refund what is owed in a timely manner. I have made 3 phone calls so far was informed that I will only get $884.80 of the $1056.60 that was spent on the booking and that I will have to wait 30 to 60 days foe it to be returned. I can understand waiting a few business days for the refund but this is ridiculous. I have already spoken to the airline and they informed me that they refunded your company the next day. When I booked the tickets your company didn’t wait 30 to 60 days for your money you took it over a month in advance. The flight was cancelled, you were refunded in a timely manner, now do the same for me and refund the money to my account. It belongs to me not you, give it back

WOUNDED WARRIORS AND DISABLED VETERANS CHRISTMAS RUINED BECAUSE OF CHEAPOAIR… According to the New York Attorney General It is AGAINST THE LAW for anyone to withdraw money from your account without your prior knowledge or consent. I authorized you guys to withdraw 311.48 dollars to fix a ticket to make up for a ticket that I had to change, but you charged me twice in the amount of 339.20 dollars. You can not take money out of my account without my authorization and your company did it anyway and admitted it, but all you can do is apologize and say sorry for the inconvenience. I was blown up in AFGHANISTAN and I bought the ticket after making it from over seas after many years of rehabilitation and therapy so forgive me if I do not understand why your company is telling me that a error that your company made will take you 7 to 14 days to fix when you know that my son KOBE HOLT who I booked a ticket to see after being away from him for 7 years is such a big deal. I receive 80% disability from Veteran Affairs which equals up to about 1600 dollars a month, but I was still able to sacrifice and buy him a round trip ticket through your airline. When it is all over with you can say I am crazy, but your company has already admitted the mistake. I was supose to buy a Christmas tree and your telling me to be patient. Do you really think I want him to see me as broken and disabled. You people have no heart. Yes I have PTSD, Depression, 6 screws in my neck due to me being blown up by an improvised explosive device and I survived; my dignity was never in questin because of my service. Some same this is the second Vietnam, because even in AMERICA WHEN WE GET BACK they still don’t care. I am not asking for money back that I authorized; I am asking for money back that I did not authorize and still all I get is apologizes. It’s Christmas and it was supose to be wonderful. Your business don’t even know what you have done. 339.20 dollars may not be much to you, but it was a lot to me. I could of bought food and a Christmas before he flew in on the 19th now along with the other things I have to figure out how not to put my head down. The sad thing about it is a know your company doesn’t care is because I called 4 times begging and crying to your officials and telling them the situation and it’s on recording that it was a mistake, but their is nothing they can do and on top of it when I sent an earlier email the company sent me a confirmation of supposedly my complaint that belonged to someone else and their personal information. I sent them a response back telling them my name and that the acceptance email for the complaint was not me. What kind of company are you people running. You can call me crazy, but when the transcripts are made to be released their will be no shadow of a doubt that the gentlemen asked me if he could authorize my card for 311.48 dollars not in addition to a second charge of 349.20 dollars. I am not upset because you overcharged me I am upset because although your company does not care I needed to pay a bill, I needed gas, I needed food, I needed a Christmas tree for my son, I needed a gift to give him on Christmas. I paid the extra although I did not agree, but your company still took advantage and took what you were not authorized to take. For the guy who sent me the wrong complaint confirmation earlier of someone complaint here is actually mine from earlier. MAY GOD HAVE MERCY ON YOUR SOULS:

I am looking to speak to the CEO of this company, but I can’t seem to get his number and I keep getting the run around. I am very disappointed. My congressmen will be contacting you along with the Better Business Bureau and along with the Wounded Warrior Project. I am a disabled veteran who just spent 7 years overseas. I booked with CheapOair and it has been the worst experience ever. I have cried for 3 days and I am still crying I booked a flight for my son to come see me who I have not seen in 7 years since being injured in Afghanistan. I put in my dates and little to my knowledge they say I checked a box called flex dates that sent me a ticket with the wrong dates. I did not check a box and if a box was checked it was done automatically. CheapOair Booking: 39317201 I called to have it fixed and they did then I checked my bank account to see that I was charged twice and the only thing they can tell me is that I will receive a refund for the repeat charge in 7 to 14 business days. I receive VA disability in the amount of 1600.00 dollars a month and they think that being charged 339.20 dollars charged from my account TWICE is no big deal and saying that their sorry for the inconvenience is o.k. Now I have to go borrow money just to buy him a gift for Christmas. Thanks for making my holidays a little more brighter! At least I did get him the right ticket CheapOair Booking: 39317201, but I will never use you services again. Thanks for taking care of your service members!!!!

I know Trump is the new elect president, but I am sending this with all my doXXXXents to every media outlet I can find in New York, New York that I can find. Maybe one will give a XXXXX about a disabled veteran!

This is the WORST BOOKING AGENCY EVER!!!! I will never, ever book with Cheapo tickets again.
I needed to change a departure flight from a morning to afternoon flight, and they wanted to charge me DOUBLE what I originally paid.
What a rip off. Not to mention you are forced to talk to someone in India or the Philipines.
I called what was listed as the “coorporate office” that was listed as being in New York, guess what??? it took me to India.
Word of mouth is the worst and believe me I will let friends

We had booked tickets through cheapoair. We decide to upgrade tickets only to discover that they dropped the tickets for our connecting flights for our final destination. I guess cheapoair thinks that we should walk to the connecting airport. They also claimed I was being dishonest. I told them it makes no sense if had flights to connect why would not have that when I upgraded. Still waiting hear back.

first of all i would like to introduce myself. I am one of your regular customers. I have been booking my family flights through your website.
today I had the worst experience ever! i booked tickets to my sister in law Amina Kraima and her daughter who were supposed, at the time that i am writing this complaint right next to me in my living room having dinner with and my family.
the booking number is 35095475, if you go to my account and look at the booking number you will definitely find out how many times i have called to find an arrangement. i kept trying and stayed positive hoping and saying perhaps they will understand the situation. i know that your representatives did the best they could but unfortunately the solution they provided me each time wasn’t helpful.
well the situation is that, i called cheap o air customer service to confirm the tickets as i was talking to that representative who mentioned that i havent gotten the seats and he was willing to do it for me. the line got cut and i haven’t gotten any call back knowing that they ask you for a phone number in case you get disconnected. i had to cal couple days later and i have been told that the airline stopped are my sister in law has called virgin atlantic priorly to make sure the reservation was fine and to make sure that she is not missing anything and she has been told that she needed to provide with her passport number in order for her to proceed to the checking online and that s IITTTTT.

now the problem is bigger and beyond anything. today she has been dropped by her husband 3 hours before the flight time. her husband had to drive back home which is 2 hours away from the airport. knowing that everything was all set. wishing his daughter and his wife a safe trip. while Amina had to call her husband back after being stock at the airport running from an office to the other and from an agent to the other and was provided with the worst customer service by the virgin Atlantic and felt nobody was willing to help or even paying attention to her or concerned about her all they will tell her you need to call the airline and to see with them a solution to the flight she missed.
she missed her flight not because she got late to the airpot it was simply because she did’t know about that us requires ESTA knowing they have passports from Netherlands we haven’t ever heard of this ESTA only by the time she went to check her luggage. by the time she started filling and ready to pay for the application online and ready to submit it knowing that she has been told she gets an answer right the way and that was a lie because you dont get an answer for at least 24 hours. i call that misleading the customers. i was hoping to get a solution since she has been told she can check with website to reschedule her flight for the next available without additional fees. and thats a lie!!!!
I had to call the cheap o air and the representative will tell me i had to contact the virgin Atlantic instead! called the virgin Atlantic at least 100 times and the only answer i get you have to check with cheap o air, and again i have called you an other 100 times! Im honestly extremely confused and feel extremely offended. and i don’t think it’s faire to lose the whole flight just because of this immigration matter and just because you couldn’t catch the first flight . it wasn’t because she got late to the airport or she got distracted at the duty free shop and missed her flight! and she couldn’t attend her brother s funeral and we booked her a flight hoping he would be still alive after her daughter finishes school and her training!!!

I haven’t felt that anybody was helping and supporting me emotionally and mentally except for Zam Lun one of your supervisors. well she did try to call the airline to explain to them the situation and she got to the point of providing me an amazing fare for only 2300!!!!!! seriously that is a bargain isn t it! had to call virgin atlantic back and they told me that i had to deal with the travel agency or the website i have booked with the first time but again after understanding the situation they told me well the only thing i have to do is to book a new ticket because the other even if i wanna book just one way from amsterdam to orlando anyways the return is not available anymore!!!! what a good help!!!! i just feel like again i was dealing with salespeople not agents who obviously are supposed to help instead of selling!!!!

Now I am writing this hoping for an answer and a solution either to get money back to my credit card or to be rescheduled for sometimes next week. /after getting an answer from the US Custom

Thank you for understanding

lamyae laghrissi

I am sincerely looking forward to get an answer from you as soon as possible and if you don’t mind. she filled for that ESTA and the first opening was for the 22nd of july. meaning she will get and answer according to the website between 24 and 72 hours.

I just felt today each time that i was contacting either your or virgin Atlantic i just felt like they trying to sell me not to help me

It would be difficult to receive refund from them. I have been trying for 2 month since July 26.
The plane was ground delayed for 2 hours at their fault, meanwhile my next flight departed and the whole root was broken. I wanted just to receive a refund for not provided service.
They made up I did not want to use next suggested flight 4 days later because of my medical condition while it was inconvenient for me. Now they demand “medical doXXXXents” to refund my money. It is unheard-of! Unprofessional and lying customer service. They are fooling me not to return money back.
