I have sent two emails to BBW with no response and I am very upset one of their Wallflower plug ins caught on fire in my bathroom outlet.
These are NOT safe and should not be on the market, obviously their safety mechanism does not always work. My 9yo daughter was standing right next to it and could have been burned!!
I’ve had the outlet checked, it was not the outlet but the plug in.
I would like to return all of my wallflower plug ins and have a refund, plus compensation for my daughter being traumatized.

Mena September 25, 2019 at 12:00 pm

you need to go on twitter as BBW customer service is nothing to write home about. i had a similar experience and i am going to take it up legally.

I send this email to you with utmost disappointment!!

I have tried three times to update the shipping address on an order that I originally placed on 8/18/19, of which I never received.

I called your Customer Care number to get a replacement order on 8/26/19.
Upon receipt of the order confirmation, I realized that the shipping address was incorrect, so I immediately emailed and called Customer Care back. I was assured that the address would be corrected. I received an email today that the order had shipped, and to my dismay, the shipping address is still incorrect.

I have been a Bath and Body Works customer for over 15 years and I have NEVER had this type of service from you.

I would very much like to get my order shipped to the following address at no additional cost to me:

Sheleah Wilson
Cedar Rapids, Iowa 52404

Thank you very much,
Sheila M Chapman

Had a coupon for free item up to $6. In apex store sign said 3 items on sale for $5. At register mgr said only bath gel $5. She also said free coupon could not be used on sale items. Coupon did not state good only on reg price. So false advertisement by the sign on the items and the coupon. BBW said sorry. Thanks for bringing to our attention. I will bring another thing to your attention. I will not shop with you ever again

I shopped at the Bath and Body Works in Columbiana Mall in Columbia, SC. On April 24, 2019. I was charged three times for one purchase! The staff was having trouble with their computers and even though I was showing approval on my end, after having put in my PIN number, the assured me the charges would not go through -that my bank would merely hold the funds for a bit…still not acceptable. The staff member told me that they had been going through troubles all morning, and they had calls into corporate. Well hopefully THEIR calls into corporate went better than mine this morning as I couldn’t get through at all! I am very frustrated as I am now having to deal with my bank and approx $60 of MY money is tied up…which may not sound like much…but the point is, that it is mine. What’s not fair is that I went there to purchase, and support their company, and yet my money was unfairly used in the process, and NO ONE at B&BW can even be REACHED to talk about this! I am so upset right now. Has anyone else had similar experiences? what did you do to get help with the matter. When I was in the store, the customer right next to me was having the same troubles with HER card. If you have had the same issues, please reach out to me…this is unfair. Thanks, Tammie

my friend gave me a wonderful foaming soap cherry blossom thyme. I have been trying to get some for over a year. cannot find it again. every time I find a good soap from your store I can never find it again. another example, beach life. why would you produce soap that you would never make again? for this reason I don’t shop at your store. Frustrating!

Sent 2 emails in the last 10 days. Get an email stating I will hear back in 24hrs. Crickets. When I try to log into my account, it tells me no such email is on record, yet they sure have it to bombard my email account try to sell their product. Also ordered a “buy 2, get one free product” & didn’t receive the free product. Piss poor customer service & done giving them my money.

Placed order on 12/01/18
It is 12/14/18. Still have not received
I’ve emailed three times and called once (waited 40 minutes to speak with someone)
She was not sure what was going on with my order. I asked her to cancel it and refund my order. She said she would.
Still no items and no return.
What the heck is going on. What terrible service. BBW just lost a customer that has been with them since the beginning.

I placed an online order 10 days ago.It still hasnt shipped and was really counting on those as some gifts before Christmas.Customer service is a joke because they wont email back and calling customer service is worse because they keep you on hold for 45 minutes to just hang up on you.Ive been a fan of bath and body works for a long time but this is my first time ordering online.I will never order anything again from this company. To be such a well known big company their shipping and customer service is a huge joke.

Uneala December 12, 2018 at 4:23 pm

I recently placed an online order for eight(8) Cranberry Woods 3 wick candles. After check out, I received a confirmation email stating that my order of twelve(12) wallflower refills and (1) candle is processing.

I immediately called customer service to inform Bath and Body Works of the glitch in their system and to ask that my order be corrected.

I spoke with a representative who informed me that I called in time to cancel and that I had only ten (10) minutes left before I could no longer cancel my order. I was informed that the mistaken order was canceled and that the pending charge for it would drop off once my new order was shipped.
I received my shipment of 8 candles, at which time the two charges were still pending. A day or so later, I received an email stating that the mistaken order is being shipped and the charge for it was no longer pending, but rather now a charge to my account.

After waiting on hold for 33 minutes to speak with customer service, I was informed that the first representative should have told me that cancellations are not definite…What???? Also, I asked to speak with a manager and while waiting on hold for one, I was disconnected.

Bath and Body Works, I am highly disappointed. I was shopping either online or in a store with you all about 3 times a month for a long time. Unfortunately, I am no longer a customer. I am rather an unhappy, unsatisfied former customer.
Business should not be handled in this matter.

I had a terrible experience on two different occasions at the Market commons, Myrtle Beach location. I should have called the first time, and reported the beligerant employee.
The most recent time, I had to call the police ! I recalled a very rude employee, that happened to be a black woman in there. It was either a year or two ago, and I had asked about return policy, and she managed to escalate it into an argument, and then called me drunk, which I do not even drink. And I have never had a DUI. I take that insult quite seriously, as I do not drink or do drugs. And I am a clean living person. I promised myself I would never go back to THAT location. On Thursday, December 6th, 2018, I happened to be parked near the store, and did not see that employee there, so I decided to look. There was only one employee on the floor named Angela. I though that was very odd. I saw Angela help, and ring up a male customer. And help others. I ended up spending at least forty minutes shopping, and was going to go to dinner first, but decided to buy my items then. I asked Angela about a specific coupon, and she said it was a tear off, so I told her I would go to my car to get it. When I came back, the pregnant black woman named Avanti, showed up from the back room. I had expected Angela to ring me up, and was taken aback, because it was the same woman that was so rude to me in the past. Of course, as I had anticipated trouble, Avanti made an error in the ringing up, and said the 10/30 coupon would not work. I said, Oh, no, I added it up, and it was $31.50 pre tax. She continued to argue with me, when I asked if she had rung up the item sitting outside of the bag. She insisted she had. But, later realized she had not. I asked Avanti to get the manager (Angela) to come and ring me up. Angela, however did not take over. Instead, Avanti kept insulting me and berating me right in front of the so called manager. Avanti called me “drunk” three times, and then used the word ” intoxicated. ” I called her hormonal. Sadly, it was obvious that Angela, did absolutely nothing to intervene, or de-escalate, like suggesting Avanti go to the back or tell her she would ring me up. Is Angela really a MANAGER ? Avanti was yelling at me the whole time, and by the fourth or fifth insult from her, I said, “You are a psychopath,” at which time she said that would be the last time I called her psycho, and she started towards me from behind the counter. She acted like she was on something, pregnant, and threatening me. That is when I called the Myrtle Beach Police. Angela gave me the poor excuse that she is a manager , and does not ring sales, when I asked her why she did not ring me up to begin with, since I had worked with her the whole time. I saw Angela ring up previous customers. And I know managers ring customers at other Bath ‘n Body locations. Since Angela saw me calling the Police, Angela then said call Security, who wasn’t really security. But, some worker nearby, who showed, and admitted he was not security. I then told the Police, no problem, but they said they had already sent an officer out. I politely and briefly told the officer what transpired, the things Avanti called me, the insults, and the things I countered back with. And how we were both equally loud. And how Avanti was threatening me in a violent manner, when she was coming towards me. I told him, “I would never touch a pregnant woman, or anyone for that matter, for no reason.” I told Angela to call the Coastal Grand Mall store, and have them pull and prep my products/sale, so I can finish my transactions there. Angela did. Tamara took care of me. The Police Officer asked if everything was all right on both ends, and if Angela wanted to trespass me. She said .”No.” I walked to my car, and drove to Coastal Grand Mall, where the Bath’n Body Works staff is pleasant, and I have been going to that Mall, since it opened. I have been going to Bath and Body works since the 90’s, when I lived in Massachusetts, and they were in the Emerald Square Mall location. This incident, took up my time, my energy, and my good will as a customer shopping at the Holidays. It completely upended my plans for the evening, and Bath and Body Works should put a camera at that location, to see what goes on there. There was no management response , and an educated manager would have stopped the escalation, and jumped in, to ring me up, instead of allow the other employee to yell at, insult, and berate a longtime customer. This should be a “Teachable moment” for all employees and locations. This was the first time in over 20 years of being a Bath ‘n Body works customer that I have had to involve the Police !

S Murphy December 6, 2018 at 6:47 pm

I normally shop online to purchase B&BW products and because of the situation that I encountered at the store in Town East Mall, Mesquite, TX; I will be shopping online moving forward. The energy from the employees in that store gives off a completely negative vibe. I believe it stems from the management team there. I watched how some of the employees were being treated and talked down on in front of customers. When I approached one of the managers about the price of an item that I thought was part of the sale (I believe she was a manager the name on her tag was Emily) she was very rude and not helpful at all. After speaking with her, she proceeded to talk to her colleague in Spanish. I understand that the stores get busy; however, it is still a customer service environment and customers expect to be treated with respect. I will absolutely never shop at this particular store again.

ANAICA J ALLEN December 8, 2018 at 11:55 am

Report it to BBB. These managers and staff members are ridiculous. I had a similar situation with my mother who is currently dealing with breast cancer.

I Johnson December 1, 2018 at 8:46 am

I was at the store for the annual day candle sale and a lady pulls out coupons that were sent to her by mail. Now I shop at bath and body works frequently during the annual days during regular days I HAVE never received coupons by mail but every time I go the the store customers always pull out the ones that were mailed to them. I spend my money in your store just like they do. I feel it’s unfair to mail coupons to some customers and not to all. I will be calling as well as writing a letter for a formal complaint. I do expect a response at my email address thank you!

I have always shopped at Bath & Body Works. It’s all my daughter and I wear but I am tired of orders never being filled or never showing up. Orders that no matter what don’t go thru and now I have a charge and I have no idea for what. My order shipped already and it was for $107, this is for $67. I have all the screen shots. I contacted them once before. This is getting really old.

Denise June 12, 2018 at 6:49 pm

The Manager at Store# 245 Peru, Illinois is a horrible human being. She goes out of her way to pick on and belittle certain employees. She continually looks for reasons to find fault with the job they do, constantly threatening to fire them. She puts blame on her employees for things she says they have done wrong, and when she finds out she’s actually wrong she does not apologize. She makes herself out to always be right. When she is asked to check into her accusations further (check the cameras for proof), she refuses to do so. Bath and Body Works is a great store, but she is just horrible. She lies all of the time, never wants to work her full shift, leaves early but manipulates her time in the computer. She has her favorites in the store (her pets) that will always back her 100% no matter what, (which means they lie for her, and lie about other employees to stay in her good graces), then there are those that she treats horribly. Today she fired a girl for an error she said she committed. When the girl said she didn’t do what she was accused of and asked the manager to check the cameras for proof, the manager refused to do so. She just fired her without blinking an eye. No investigation into the situation whatsoever. This poor girl has been treated unfairly for months, and it seems as though the manager was always coming up with new things to accuse her of. I can’t believe such a great corporation would not be able to see the type of person they have working for them, she sure has them fooled. I would not want her working for me. As long as she is still there, I will not shop there anymore.

Denise June 12, 2018 at 6:50 pm

Latoya Gallop February 27, 2018 at 8:45 am

My complaint is not against an employee, it is against the hiring manager of Bath and Body Works in Norfolk, VA. I received a call asking am I still interested with a job at BBW, I said yes. I told the lady on the phone when I can come in for an interview, which is January 22, 2018. On the day of my interview, got there early, had to wait because the hiring manager were doing something in the back. When she finished, she told me to come on. I sat down and she said tell me about yourself, I did. After, my interview was over, she told me that she would email me paperwork that I need to fill out and sign. I said ok, then she said I would have to fill out and sign some more paperwork, I said ok. Here is the problem, I had my interview January 22, 2018 and I still have not received any paperwork to fill out and sign. I guess this is the type of people BBW hires to be hiring managers and give potential employees false hope and lie to them in their faces. They don’t want to hire good honest working people who needs a job, they hire people who lie. I would like to know why did she waste my time? She keeps giving me excuses after excuses? Why? She was the one who told me she would send me the paperwork I need to fill out and sign, but never did. Even, till this day, I still have not seen an email by BBW, to fill out and sign any paperwork, but BBW can send me an email about their products. I would like to know what is taking so long for the hiring manager of BBW in Norfolk VA to do what she said will be done?

Shannon January 10, 2018 at 8:37 pm

1/10/18 approx 7:30p I went to the Bath and Body Works in Colonial Heights, VA. I went to return some items and exchange some items. My sister had given me the items from the thanksgiving tote to return but she didn’t give me the tote its self. Karen the cashier calls her manager on duty (Jennifer) over she says that I couldn’t return the items without the bag. I told her I used to work for bath and body work so that wasn’t true. She tells me “WELL WHY DONT YOU GO TO THE STORE YOU WORK AT THEN”! I tell her well I’m here in colonial heights so that’s why I came too that store. So then I’m like ok whatever and the manage walks off so I tell Karen the cashier I still have other stuff to return. She tells me that she don’t think I could return items that I order online and had the online receipt. I’m like since when is it you can’t return online purchase in the store. So she calls Jennifer back up and Jennifer returns the items and put it on a merchandise card which was right but she takes a piece of register paper and writes my name and address down. I ask her why was she writing my personal information down and she says in a very nasty tone if you work for BBW you would know we put the information in the system. I tell her it ask for my information (first & last name) is only required and you put it in the system at the end before a receipt is printed not write it on paper so what she was doing with my information. I tell her to give me the paper with my personal information on it and she says here I got your information memorize anyways. Even Karen says why I come there instead of going to the BBW I worked at as if they can dictate where I can spend my money. I never got to return my other items nor do my exchange. They are very, very nasty, rude and racist and don’t ever have to worry about me shopping in there again. I’m so mad with how they talked to me and do not appreciate the disrespect that was giving. And these are the type of people that Bath and Body work have working and managing their stores. What happen to excellent customer service.

renee December 30, 2017 at 11:58 am

Be careful Bath & Bodyworks…i’m hearing lots of complaints regarding the quality of your products. People are getting louder and comparing. Your prices have gone up and your not fooling us wirh your numerous coupons and sales. We are still paying more. I’ve shopped u for years and hope to continue but ultimately will jump ship for better quality and reasonable prices. Just a heads up….i’d like to see you around for awhile longer!!

Trudy Olsen December 28, 2017 at 11:01 am

I forgot to put the store name for my complaint. It was layton mall in layton utah. Cashier/ representative or whoever she was she acted like she had some power cuz she was telling other cashiers what to do hopefully she wasn’t a manager or assistant manager, that would be a nightmare! Please respond, thank you!

Trudy Olsen December 28, 2017 at 10:54 am

I went to annual sale, was in line with close to 100 dollars in items being purchased. Was not in line, was standing aside finding my email coupon on my phone when the rude cashier Brennan yells at me across the room, (are you ready?) I said no it will be just a moment. Found my email and got in line behind my daughter. My daughter was bring waited on with cashier, I was next in line. On other side of isle 2 people walked up and Brennan said to another cashier, open that register and assist those 2 people, which she did and the two people who just walked up, not in the line went straight to cashier for check out. I walked up to breannas area and sat down my bag and said I’d excuse me I have been waiting in line, I was next, why did you just do that? She replied no, they was next and scuzzed me off, including the big eye roll. I left the store so pissed off and spent a good 45 mins gathering all my buys just to be shut down by that RUDE cashier Breanna. My daughter said she con tinued checkout and when I left the Breanna cashier was asked by 2 other cashiers what just happened? BREANNA STARTED LAUGHING AND SAID I WILL TELL YOU IN A BIT. Breanna was asked by another cashier while my daughter was standing there, what time you get off? Breanna replied, 5 o’clock, and I’m not stying one minute after!!! Im getting the hell outa here!!! Wow, wow and wow is all I can say!! This so called bath and body cashier / representative needs to be removed. I will NEVER go in that store ever again!! Total XXXXXX is what you are paying behind that counter. I Been going to your store for ever and have never been treated so bad.

Janet Randall December 28, 2017 at 9:50 am

I placed a online order for several candles and a couple of bottles of hand soap. My order went through. The next day after I had placed the order I received a email stating that 3 of the candles I had ordered where being cancelled. First off I should have been informed of this when I placed the order. Then I had to pay shipping and handling fee for 6.00 worth of hand soap??. I learned my lesson I will never be ordering bath and body works on line again

Maria Shellhart December 12, 2017 at 12:56 pm

Had an order canceled and Bath and Body has not refunded my account after several phone calls and emails. Will never order online with Bath and Body again!!!!!!

Melissa Cerna December 9, 2017 at 8:29 pm

Please bring back Coco Cabana, cuXXXXber melon and coconut lime breeze. Please for the summer even if it’s only a one time thing. I will buy them all. I’m a regular so please take this into consideration. I really dislike when you guys discontinue scents to make room for new ones. Why discontinue them when you can have a wide selection to choose from.

Margaret dooley December 3, 2017 at 3:07 pm

Over the last 5 or 6 years, I have spent thousands of dollars in your stores. I had heart surgery in Sept so I had not been in awhile. Today I learned you have discontinued black current vanilla aromatherapy -my favorite I bought for myself and all my friends. It had to be a best seller. Needless to say. I feel very saddened and now have no reason to shop. I do t like the new ones

Ray Alexandet November 11, 2017 at 8:55 pm

My son is a first year college student. He is a special needs student requiring tutoring. However your store manager thinks it’s ok for him to work outside of his schedule which when he does,he can’t attend tutoring.Your managers should encourage higher education instead of looking at it as an inconvenience.I’m looking into a possible discrimination filing because of his special needs classification.Shame on your company for their managers behavior.

Denise. Robinson07 November 27, 2017 at 9:35 am

I have a daughter that’s special needs also. The store manager called out her disability and said she’s at risk of loosing her job. She’s 25 yrs old her first job. Really lives it and Customers do too. However she’s on blood thinners and using a box cutter to open boxes and climbing up on ladders isn’t safevfeir her. But the store manager taunts her. I’m decry upset.
Can u offer any advise? I’m thinking about filing a ADA complaint against the manager and Store.

Maribel Hernandez November 11, 2017 at 4:17 pm

I am very disappointed in B&BW for dropping the Wexler products from their stores. I will never understand why your company drops a product that is great and popular. I even called the the Wexler office in Manhattan and they have no idea what you are doing. And they have gotten many complaints about the same thing. I call your customer service online and they no nothing and I even called your corporate office and they nothing and say it is not discontinued in stores. Your out of most items online and won’t give the discount for the serum that was available in stores but not exclusive to stores. I am complaining not bc it’s a horrible but that I want to buy it. If I were Patricia Wexler I certainly would be angry if customers were asking for a product and couldn’t get it. So unbelievably disgusted. Shame on you for lack of communication with your stores your company and customers. I will move on to este lauder products.

I am an employee at Bath & Body Works in Valencia California, store 267. I have been there for two years and I have kept my mouth quiet until now. My manager Lisa has every time talk down to other employees and she has threaten employees of their position at the store. As an employee I have never had a manager make myself and other’s feel like we are not good enough. We should be treated with respect, I really hope this issue is resolved , as an employee I don’t want to feel uncomfortable at my own job. Thank you

I have written Bath and Body Works Customer Service three times and have visited four stores to get an answer about a product. No one can answer my question and the website has auto respond saying they will get back to me within two days. Not so. At the last store I went to I asked to speak with the manager. She wasn’t available. Too busy. The assistant manager didn’t have the answer to how I could contact corporate. Then the manager came out and joked with the assistant manager but when I asked if I could have a word she said she was too busy. I have to believe that Customer Service at Bath and Body Works falls under the statement, “The light is on but nobody is home.” I don’t even have a complaint but just a question about buying a product that was just on the shelves a few weeks ago. The rudeness of the manager is unacceptable. The floor sales people were so much more caring than any of the managerial staff, when I could find them. What is going on at this company? Why are they afraid to talk with customers? Are they failing? Are they fearful of law suits? Or are they just a terrible company that could care less about its faithful customers? Corporate people, I just have a question!

Here is a response from a Bath and Body CSR that I received when I inquired about a favorite lotion that has been discontinued. I want corporate to know what happens when they make changes in a product that is highly popular and affects the consumer who has been very loyal several years.
Here is the response I wrote back to the CSR. ********

Thank you for the information regarding the body lotion. It is the Black Currant Vanilla in the Aromatherapy series. It really bothers me that internet sites such as Ebay are selling this product on line at very high prices. It ranges from $30 a bottle to $150 for 3. It is a shame that Bath and Body would not want to keep making this lotion and not let the scalpers charge this kind of price to people who really would like to purchase it from where it originated. You can find this online, but at the price people are charging, I will not be purchasing any of this. I will be sending this information on to the headquarters of Bath and Body so they will be aware of what happens when they discontinue a very profitable fragrance.

I did not find any other fragrance that would come close, but I will hope that this fragrance is brought back into production.

Thank you,

Bonni Owens

I was in your Brandon store on October 8. I was in line with my daughter we each had separate purchases. There were only 3 customers in front of us, it took 30 minutes to finally make it to the cashier. When the cashier was finally done with my daughter, she started ringing me up. Customer behind me gets in my face complaining how long it’s taking. I proceeded to tell her their were other lines if she wanted to check out. Of course after going back and fourth my daughter explains to her it’s not us, its the cashier.
I’m writing to you today because it’s not the first time I’ve had issue’s shopping at your store. When your cashier realized what was going on then she shifted into hi gear.
No need for me to shop at your store anymore. THE AGGRAVATION is not worth it.
In this world that we live in not worth me getting hit, stab, shot for a lousy candle at your store.

I have written to the Customer Service Department 3 different times asking them for a date when the Holiday Fragrances are going to be released. Specifically the fragrance I am waiting for is Vanilla Bean Noe which is my absolute favorite and I buy for the entire year so I don’t run-out at anytime. According to your website you are to receive an answer within 48 hours. Well, I am still waiting for someone to take the time to answer me. Perhaps now that I am writing to Bath & Body Works Direct I will receive and answer. I have to say I am highly disappointed, I did not expect this kind of treatment from this company, that I have loved so much and have spent so much of my money on your products. Please, answer my question that is all I am asking for show me a little respect and courtesy. Kind Regards, Erika Huete

Erika Huete October 11, 2017 at 9:30 pm

My goodness how long does it take to read and answer a simple question. This is just as bad as your on-line Customer Service Department whom never answer me, even after I wrote to them three different times. According to automated email you receive once you write to them their supposed to respond to your email within 48 hours. Well, if my life depended on their answer I would be dead. Your corporate office is doing the exact same thing. Are you aware that we all have friends and those friends have friends. Even if you think my complaint is insignificant well it isn’t because I am going to continue to write to you and to tell my friends not to shop at your stores nor on-line. All I wanted to know was when your Holiday Fragrance line was going to be released. Specifically the Vanilla Bean Noel collection. I don’t think this is so difficult to answer not a top secret date that you can’t release. I need an answer even if it is just out of courtesy. Erika Huete

I laid a wallflower in a basket on my end table while I cleaned where it was plugged in. I went to put it back and it had leaked all over my table and taken both the varnish and stain off the table. My end table is ruined. I have used wallflowers in my house for years, til now. Not a happy camper.

I got refragrance refill from the store and my kids was trying to smell it , when it spelled out just small drops in the my new car cup holder. I had tissue paper in there, at beginning I thought it just the tissue stuck and I have to clean it. But turn out this refregrance eaten my the tissue and destroyed my new car. And the smell still in my car,
This made me very depressed and sad because my expensive car destroyed because of this cheap refill.
I was fan with bath and body work product, but now I have to warn all my family and friends.
I need my cup holder in my car to be fixed.
I have pictures too if you need it.

I am utterly disgusted and livid that you have discontinued one of your top-selling fragrances Forever Red. it is very difficult for me to find products in your stores that do not affect my allergies and sensitivities I previously used Cottonwood which was also discontined. I went without for a long time before Forever Red came to the product line. I have no idea why it was necessary to discontinue this product, when it was rarely on the shelves which indicated to me that it was a good seller. What is your marketing mix ?what is your strategy? Keep things that are standard and good…I just don’t get it!! If you have to discontinue products from the stores at least make it available online so those are us who wish to purchase it still can. Stick to the basic and leave all of that foo foo pumpkin spice and other seasonal smells alone…yuck!!

Kayla December 23, 2017 at 9:58 pm

They didnt discontinued forever red at bakersfield ca.

Kathryn Jamison September 5, 2017 at 1:10 pm

Good afternoon,

I am writing to you because of a problem that I am having as an employee at one of the locations. I am currently employed at the Sanibel Outlets location in Florida.

I had made a complaint to Corporate regarding the lack of scheduled hours that I am receiving at my location. Since then, I was asked into the office with the store Manager, Carol Davis Lee, and another person, Rachel. At which time, Carol expressed her displeasure regarding my call in to Corporate. I was written up, and now have ZERO hours in the store for the week.

It is my understanding of Florida Law, that there are a minimum number of hours that each employee should be receiving on a weekly basis.

I am seeking other employment, but that does not negate the need to have a cohesive and reasonably friendly environment in which to work, as well as expect to receive at least SOME hours. I am unsure if there others that have had similar problems, but that is frankly not my place, nor my concern.

Please let me know what is suggested as a remedy at your earliest convenience. Of note, I prefer email communication rather than the telephone, so that I may have an accurate and detailed account of ALL communications regarding this matter. Regarding same, when copied, I’d prefer to be BLIND COPIED.

Please know that I am writing this to you, not just to convey my frustration and disappointment, but also in the interest of doing what I believe is THE RIGHT THING TO DO.

Sincerely and respectfully,

K. Kathryn Jamison

Dear Sir/Madam,

I live in the Netherlands, and I am a regular user of your products. Most of the time I would have friends and family buy these products for me in the USA. I was very surprised to find one of your stores in Bangkok on my recent trip to Thailand. Since there is no Bath and Body works in the Netherlands, I was wondering what the procedure is to open up a franchise in The Neterlands.

Looking forward to hear from you soon.

I am extremely upset that the Jasmine Vanilla aromatherapy line was discontinued without any warning. I’ve bought all I could online and now it’s not offered at all. Is there any chance it will be restocked?

Tekesha July 4, 2017 at 11:25 am

I’m very very very upset!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have been using the wall flower plug-ins from bath and body works forever!! I recently moved and purchased a NEW dresser and bed room set!
I placed the plug-in on top of my dresser for a split second and it tipped over and spilled onto my dresser! I went to go get a paper napkin to clean up the spill, whatever in the plug-in took off my varinish and paint on MY NEW DRESSER!!!!!!
I need my dresser fixed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I visited the Macarthur Park store on Saturday 7555 N Macarthur Blvd Suite 100 Irving Tx 75063. 06/27/2017 4:19 pm. My friend attempted to use a coupon that she brought up on her phone. The lady told her she couldn’t use the coupon because it was for online purchases only, She also told us that the manager lived around the corner and watched the camera from home, At the bath and body works store Keller the lady let us use the coupon and stated it was good for 3 days after the sale. I had already purchased my item if i hadn’t i wouldn’t have because that explanation was completely and utterly ridiculous. and it cost your store a sale. I know your store has sales quotas I’m told 8000.00 for Saturday so why would you risk a 50.00 sale. The young lady wore glasses , long hair and
she worked nest to reg 4 cashier 1909315 store 81228. poor customer service and lame excuses is not good for business

What’s a girl gotta do to get some Breath Romance. It’s been YEARS.

Hello. I just wanted to know why I can use my Victoria Secret Credit Card in the Bath and Body Works store but I don’t have the option to use it when I’m purchasing at Bath and Body Works online. I’m wanting to purchase numerous items from online because those items are not in stores and are discontinued and would like to purchase before they are gone. I look forward to your response and hopefully help in my situation.

TIFFANY June 6, 2017 at 7:43 am

My wife and I were shopping at the Bath and Body Works (Northtown Mall Blaine MN location) on 05/17/17 around closing time. I can respect a good sales people! but to be followed around and pressured to buy more product by both of them! and then have them both bringing shopping bags to us and suggesting filling them. We where only there to purchase 1 or 2 things! but they kept coming up (taking turns and pushing sales to the point I was pissed!) It made my shopping experience at this location BAD! Sometimes enough is enough! But they didn’t stop there! at checkout They both started insisting that my wife come work for Bath and Body Works! and once again BOTH OF THEM WOULD NOT “STOP” It was a very uncomfortable situation! She even insisted that my wife give her phone number and email address to her!!! I have never experienced anything like this! This is the first time I have ever filled one of these out ever! I would imagine this will just fall on dead ears or swept under the rug! and the two “CREEPY” ladies will go on working there.

Dear Bath & Body works, I’ve been a loyal customer for over 20 years. Im writing to you to let you know my experience in those 20 years. I use your shower jell, after shower, matching lotion, then matching body spray. Your scents last’s all day and I have the most softest skin you have ever felt. Not a dry spot on me, I even get stopped in the streets, shopping, everywhere asking about my skin. Your products need to be more advertised on television with everyday women who experience your product as I do. I am 47 and my skin is as soft as a newborn babe. No wrinkles, no dryness, ever. Using your product Is what I tell people is my secret. You need a commercial on TV to show the world your amazing products and scent. I thank you for making my skin so beautiful!!

I was at your store on Sheridan st with issues of bags and presentation of damage bags I got along with poor service called your customer service to have a laughing background conversation with your representative as if today I will no longer accept or purchase any of your products your customer service leaves much to be desired

Bana May 8, 2017 at 12:28 am

Your online help center for “Product Inquiries” provided me with very unhelpful information. VERY disappointed. I will share my poor experience on Yelp and shop at my local Walgreens or Ultra Beauty store instead of Bath & Body Works from now on.
I don’t understand what the point of having a customer “support” center is for if they are just going to read/repeat the back of the receipt to me. I’m literate thank you.

I have a 14.5 ounce jar candle that literally caught itself on fire and was flaming about 7 inches up in the air. It got so hot that it cut itself in the jar into three separate pieces. I have pictures please contact me immediately, I don’t ever know that I will be able to burn your candles again.

Rebecca April 30, 2017 at 5:06 pm

Thank you so much!!!

To whom it may concern:
I’ve been a Bath & Body Works customer (soon not to be) for a lot of years. About two years ago I started receiving coupons to my address in someone else name. Now normally something like that wouldn’t bother me. However this does because of someone having stolen my identity. I called your corporate office to have the name removed from your customer contact list. I was told it would take about three mailing cycles before it would take place. I waited longer than the three months and still received the coupons. I called again and yet again still received the coupons. CalIed again and again and again, etc…… I think you get my jest. Not sure what it’s going to take to get Dana T Bates name off of your customers contact list associated with my address but IT NEEDS TO STOP NOW!!!!!!! I’m very uncomfortable knowing someone can easily use my address and your company don’t seem to care about honoring my requests. I will be going on social media to let the public know how disconcerning your company is when it comes to customer service. I am once again asking you to remove Dana T Bates name from being associated to my address. Having someone still my identity has been a nightmare. Trying to clear this up is not easy and this only adds to my frustration and concerns. I will no longer shop at Bath& Body Works. I can’t support and shop from a company that clearly doesn’t support its customers and their request.

Thank you,
Rochelle Schwable
