The absolute worst! Based on how zendesk has been used via RockstarGames/Take2Interactive.. I will never buy any product EVER again that uses zendesk or thinks copy and pasting the same lines for 6 years is ever going to be ok. More over, your own chat bot is either programed to not know who CEO: Mikkel Asger Svane CFO: Elena Gomez or COO: John T. Keiser is, or you are trying to not name yourselves intentionally?
If zendesk is there… buy something else.
