After working my way up the escalation chain, I wrote a letter to Mr. Robert Beaver about a serious issue I was having. Never a heard a word back from him. Not even an acknowledgement from an assistant that my letter had been received. I couldn’t believe it. When I email Jeff Bezos, the response is immediate and problem is solved within 2 weeks. I suppose that’s one reason Amazon is 100x more successful than Zazzle.

I have had so many problems with Zazzle’s shipping and delivery policy but this recent screw up has caused me much frustration, embarrassment and most of all a broken heart. My aunt turned 80 on June 18 and she requested to celebrate her birthday in Myrtle Beach,SC. So I decided to go way out for my favorite aunt and customize her entire 80th Birthday Celebration. So I customized and ordered labels to put on the guess bottles of sparkling cider, and tags to match to go on the favor bags that I had to give out to the guess. I also put together a large gift basket with all her favorite gifts and snacks and customized a trinket tray to match everything else that i wanted to place in the basket. However, none of these items arrived on time for this special event, even with the zazzle black membership of 2 day shipping, which this is a rip off and false advertisement.
I notified zazzle customer support and they insulted me by replying with an offer to give me 25% off my NEXT order. Can you believe that? I had to write back and demand a full refund although they have this wonderful disclaimer on their website and phone stating “If you;re not satisfied we’ll refund your entire order no questions asked. That’s not true. Although i received a full refund, but that’s not enough ,considering I will never be able to redo her 80th birthday celebration and the fact of the matter is none of these items arrived in time for this birthday celebration and at the last minute i had to go to the dollar store to try and make it work. Then zazzle came back and offered me a 50 % discount for the trinket tray.
I asked the support staff not to send out the initial customized trinket tray that was not received but that i wanted to send another one that i had to redesign and they had the nerve to say it had to be the same. well because i couldn’t present the tray during the actual birthday celebration which had the words “Cheers to 80 years” on it, so i had to reword it to something else since i now had to give it to her when she returned from myrtle beach.
i really like zazzle designs and products but they have got to do better with their design team and delivery.
I then wrote an email to the CEO Robert Beaver and of course never heard back from him. Because I certainly want zazzle upper management to know how this disaster had ruined my aunt’s once in a lifetime 80th birthday celebration that i will never get another opportunity to redo thanks to your design team.
If i don’t hear back from anyone i am not done with this issue

As a prior customer, I thought it would be a good idea to search the zazzle site to find a sweet 16 invitan for my African American daughter. Instead I came across a racist invitation entitled “girl dark.” I would like to know how a racist invitation is allowed to be uploaded to a reputable company that I know does a lot of business with African Americans of all shades? I would like someone to contact me to co firm that this invitation will be pulled, before I do any more business with Zazzle.

I have a permanently broken back and do all my gift buying from Zazzle. Because I probably have a larger purchase history than anyone else of course I’m going to have more service issues. I have found out I have been tagged RMA Abuser and now find it difficult to get fair service. Last Friday I reported an ordered that was reported delivered but was not received. I got an email saying I would get account credit by the end of the day and a 50% off code to use. It is now Sunday night and I have not received my credit and my code expires at midnight. I have sent emails reporting my situation and the go unanswered. I think they see my name and ignore me. If that label is not remove from my account and the service does not improve I will have to find another online source for gifts as I can’t drive or walk through the stores. I would appreciate a response to this email from someone in charge. Or I can be reached by phone at 210-497-XXXXX.

I have waited two months for an order of cards that has been misprinted twice. Ironically, it is just a reprint of four other orders, but you keep getting it wrong. Your customer service number says to call during business hours, which I have done FOUR TIMES and gotten the same message – to call during business hours. I have sent my number three times so that you can call ME, since a conversation is necessary. You have my money. I want a phone call. 301.732.XXXXX

Boycott Zazzel. They are selling items that are offensive and insensitive to people with mental disabilities. The caption on several items say di sparing comments such as “Support Mental Health or I will kill you.” Another item(s) has the caption “I can’t go to work today. The voices told me to stay home and clean the guns.” These offensive remarks perpetuate the negative stereotype of the mentally disabled and reinforce the stigma as well. It is this type of merchandise that is making employers discriminate against people with mental disabilities. Another offensive item has the caption ” Liberalism is a mental illness. Liberalism is NOT a mental illness. It is a belief not a health condition. Besides that calling Liberalism a mental illness is an insult to mental illness. Please boycott their products so the mentally disabled can get jobs.

Dear Sir or Ma’am:
I am writing to inquire about the possibility of a potential leggings manufacturing company to cover more ground for customers.
Currently, on your website, leggings sizes only include 4 sizes, small, medium, large, and extra large. I would like to make those sizes, but expand the customer base by adding other sizes. Children are often put in leggings on their daughters, and super-sized women have trouble finding clothing that fits and makes them feel good.
I don’t have a factory yet, but if you are interested in a potential maker business relationship. A letter of interest from Zazzle, would help me acquire the investments I need.
I am located in Morganton, NC, where there are plenty of textile workers without a job.
Thank you,
Brenda Coffey
