I was missing part of a magnetic clip to the lid. Dealt with 6 different people-all had different resolutions which led to nothing. I was told I would get a lid, gave me an order number for the lid which was canceled. Told to send pictures. Told couldn’t get the skew number. Put on hold for 20 minutes and then passed to the survey section. One would think after the second time-give up. It is amazing to me how business gets handled. All I wanted was the top to the magnetic part to a 30 ounce Rambler-how hard is that? Very disappointed!

I placed a large order with Yeti back in September and still waiting for product. They are the worst company to deal with you can never speak to anyone, but a customer service person. They promised when I ordered that they would get the product to my office space, but when it came to delivery I received call and they dropped 1 ton of product in the lobby and I had to move to my floor.
Found defective mugs and they offered $175 credit for over $800 worth of product. Sent back to replace and still waiting and no one can help.
This is the second time with a bad experience – STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
ORDER FROM ANOTHER COMPANY THERE ARE PLENTY OUT THERE

I just had the WORST experience with a “customer service manager” who was rude and nasty. I was I was inquiring as to why my order was cancelled TWICE. He blatantly refused to let me speak to someone else. He was condescending offered no help as to why my order was not being processed. I’m so disappointed. .

I tried to send a message via your website warranty section and the warranty section doesn’t work. Initially tried to select issue: cap, but the form did not work. I then tried to select accessory and the form again did not work.
As such I’m now trying to use accessory send my message to you in hopes of resolution of my concern.
. I received this rambler as a present from my employees for Christmas. I really liked it and then, the cap jammed and no one in my family is able to unscrew it. As it is, the rambler is now unusable. My family and I have purchased many yeti products in the past and have liked them and have never had a problem until now. I’m hopeful that yeti will stand by its product and replace it because my employee spent a lot of money on this gift and I’d like to show them that I use it and am grateful for their kind gesture.

Please read original email from form on your website. My lid performance differs from that of multiple coworkers. My cup spills onto my clothing when tilted. I’ve expressed my complaint on Facebook, as well.
