Don’t buy Yankee Candles—their customer service stinks. Bought candles and candle came shattered that my husband cut his finger opening the box. Called, emailted them–no response. NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Order Natural Bayberry Candles on Nov 16, 2021 for my mother to give to her grandchildren for the holidays. On Nov 18, 2021 received an email for 50% off the same candles. Made numerous phone calls to receive credit to her account. Could barely understand the person. Put on hold for 45 minutes and then hung up on. Called back asked the same questions again and still no satisfaction. Waiting on return label to send them back postage paid of course. Sent numerous emails have yet to receive responds. Will not give credit to account or even return emails. They think it is alright to take advantage of an 84 yr old woman. Very dissatisfied with the way this company does business. Shame on you.

I had several candles I had gotten for my birthday just a few weeks ago and didn’t care for the scent and went to exchange them from the store!!! NO they ripped me off and gave me the last lowest price and charged me full price for the others I just want and even exchange and have had people buy me candles without receipts and always were able to EVEN exchange. The GENEVA IL store man named Michael is RUDE and doesn’t know how to run a store with Yankee. Get yourself some new help! Never going back to that store and I want MY MONEY BACK!!!!

I am 62 years old and spent thousands of dollars on Yankee candles. Last evening 11/29/2019 I bought 82 dollars of tarts and I needed them sent to a different address than was listed on my account. I finally changed the address and when I hit the purchase button the order was going to the wrong address. So now I tried contacting a live person to change the address and I was on the phone waiting so long that the company closed. Today on the phone an hour and nobody answered. Now once again I am waiting over an hour to get assistance. Whats the problem here? Your web site is ridiculous! It doesnt allow me to cancel or edit an order after it is purchased and if this is the way you want to run your business than have people answer the phone. This is ridiculous waiting this long to get my order shipped to the correct address. I am so stinking mad right now that I vowed to never vuy another Yankee candle! Please call me I would love to offer you some advice for your customers. My name is Crystal Mace XXX South Second St Lykens, PA. Phone number 717-592-XXXX. I beg you to call me but I know that is never going to happen.

I always have to learn things the hard way. If you ever order a Yankee Candle gift card on line you need to check if its activated before giving it to someone who tried to use it only to find out it was not activated. How embarrassing!

I’m retired military and shop often at the BX. I found the raspberry spray and bought out the display. This was about 18 months ago. I recently went looking for the raspberry spray and was told that it is no longer available.

Is it true? It was such a pleasant aroma.

    Awaiting your reply.

Many scents that are retired form Yankee “may” be found online via the main warehouse holdings should they have more in stock &/or possibly found in the Wood Wick (WW) collections that are also owned by Yankee!
My favorite of all time is the Fireside by Yankee! Upon it having been retired, I had one in my reserve stock that was lit and burned up absent my knowing by my brother when he and my nephew was staying here with me. Upon finding this out, I was livid upon finding this out. I wound up NOT finding the scent online from the warehouse site, but I did find one on Amazon. It was the only one I could find at the time, it was a little bit higher priced than what I pay for at my local store, but I still got it and it still, to this day, is on the top shelf in the master bedroom closet! ?
I had to let it be known that it was coming in the mail and upon finding it delivered by the front door to NOT light that wick! Since then, I have turned to WW for the Fireside is available in that lineup!
Hope you’re able to find your scent! I know exactly what you’re saying and meaning!

Bought your SH**TY Candles on Sunday. Went on sale on Monday. Company would NOT Honor, REFUND or Cance l or Match current pricing. I was robbed. They weren’t even shipped yet. Corporate Office never returned my phone call. Allison the Manager I spoke to from their online Sales customer service was RUDE, Nasty and not customer friendly. When these arrive – I will either refuse shipment or dispute the charges on my credit card. Got robbed. Exactly 1 large candle and $5 less today than what I paid less than 24 hours ago. Yankee Candle Co are THIEVES.

You fired my wife who had the number one store in 2016 and was entered into the presidents club this past September at the annual conference. You then fire her a couple weeks later without hearing her side of the story and proving she did no wrong, as the police report states. I hope your sales crash and burn and will do my best to help that. Thanks a lot Christa Helms district manager. You could have made this right, but you didn’t. I hope your job is next.

What does Yankee Candle do to prevent work place harassment. It appears they do not want to do anything. The district manager does not even show up to get to the root of the problem.
