Went onto the local weinerschnitzel ordered chili dogs. There was less than a teaspoon of chili sauce. I took pictures if I could post them I would. The chili dogs ate 2.79 a piece. I expect more chili on them. The lady at the register was absolutely wonderful greeted us genuinely happy and cheerful, place was also very clean.

I love the new vegetarian dog that you carry. I notice that there is only about a 50 cent difference between the regular Chicago dog and the veggie Chicago dog. Might I suggest that you offer any of your dogs as veggie dogs for a 50 cent additional charge? It may sound silly that someone would want chili on a veggie dog but many non-vegetarians are trying to reduce their meat consumption.
I went to the store in orange on Chapman I order a chocolate shake the girl gives vanilla and said that was chocolate that was 9/25/2021 serve Al times before me and daughter have gone before and the mess up our order it seems like they don’t cause they are busy talking amoung each other than they give us the wrong order and there chili hot dogs are horrible they got me sick for three day I have no ideal how a corporate office can continue to allow there store service be so bad

Ordered 4 Texas dogs and two polish Kansas dogs. And did not receive any of the items I ordered. Only received 4 regular chili dogs. Attempted resolutely by calling the store location 4 times and was unable to reach someone. Unable to leave a voicemail as the mailbox had not been set up yet. Spent too much money to not have received any items that I had ordered. Cucumber drink was received, however had too much drink concentration, which made the drink unbearable. The Watermelon Lemonade was watered down.
You need to build a restaurant in The Woodlands Texas 77380. It is a very diverse but rich area of the north suburbs of Houston and would be very profitable. Please consider building here.
I visited the drive thru at store number 762 in Mesa, AZ. I was NOT impressed and actually left there worried about the safety of my bank acct. I paid with my debit card and the cashier took my card and brought me back a couple of pieces of paper receipts and told me to sign one. I did and she took the signed copy. My problem is that she didn’t return my debit card until my order was filled (which took a good 5-7 minutes of sitting in the drive thru line). I received all of my food and had to ask the cashier if she could return my card. She replied at first that she didn’t have it then changed her reply to ‘oh it’s right here’ and grabbed it from UNDERNEATH the register. I don’t know what policy is for this but I see no reason that my card should have been put under that register instead of given back to me with my receipt. There were no other cars behind me so speed obviously wasn’t an issue. That was the main issue but the other issue was that I waited so long in drive thru that my 3 shakes that were handed to me first had already melted. The worst drive thru experience I’ve ever had and I won’t return!!
I do not know what to do about the owner of this restaurant, I think he said his name was Eric at 619-277-8477. Had a real bad experience a couple of months back, where I was over charged ( Up selled ) and I left a complaint. The owner called and was very aggressive about me leaving a bad review. He told me that it was his daughter that over charged me & all his children worked for him, ( Nepotism) ? He eventually calmed down and invited my wife & I back for a combo meal each on him because he felt bad? Just give your name at the window and he would make it happen. Ha, the joke was on us. today we thought that we would test his integrity & get some great food to take home. The employee’s did not even have on named badges & the charged us twice? After he poured our drinks & made sure we both took a drink we were told that it would be $6.47 more due to sizing ? That was odd & the we told him that the owner had our name in the book. He looked for a min. or two and said no you are not in the book? (Wouldn’t this have been the time to call the owner?) Anyway they had made fools of my wife & I again. So I went home a filled a online complaint for each of the two receipts I was given and in about 2 hours, just like before the owner calls and leaves a message on our machine saying sorry we couldn’t make it happen for you. I think I would have liked the honest approach better ( Ha ha, got you again fool, you didn’t think I was going to give you anything & this time I had them charge you twice. Took you both on a Wienie Ride again! ) Where was you follow through & concern when it was happening at the restaurant?

Im at the visalia location in California and the employees aren’t wearing gloves and one of the employees went the bathroom and didnt put no gloves we asked if he washed his hand and why they dont have gloved on and they said that they dont have to wear gloves. I dont find ot sanitary and i love wienerschnitzel but i didnt like that

Hi I went to hamburger stand on pacific ave in yuma az and the lady susan i guess she is a manager she came up to my kids, my husband and I and told us she cant serve us bacause my family keeps trespassing. I am extremely angry that she would discrimiate me like that I have no control on what my family does and nothing to do with it. That lady should be fired!!! There is an opportunity for Troop 247 to do a fundraiser raiser at a concession stand on July 4th, on Edwards AFB, where Troop 247 is located. The Scouts would like to sell BBQ hotdogs, with chips and a drink.

I visited the store in Anaheim on St College today, 07/30/2020 and was thoroughly disgusted!! The lady that helped me only had one glove on and was not wearing a mask. She had her mask when I pulled up to pay, but did not have it when I received my food. I was focused on her only wearing on glove after she handed me the order, which I spent $30 on my food for my family. As I drove off, I realized she smiled at me as she handed me my food and I thanked her. I was already too far away to circle back to mention anything and figured what would I accomplish complaining to her as she may have been the Manager. I threw the food away when I got home because I do not want to risk catching the virus, especially since it’s a t it’s worse in Anaheim. I just want a refund for my food and I pray no one gets the virus from that store!!!

I haven’t been to Wienerschnitzel since I was 19. I’m 28 now. And my first expierence back was AWFUL. Some where in Mira Loma off Mission… it was bad enough I had a hard time understanding the man working the drive thru (who is, I guess the manager) I wanted to order the ac on blazin guacamole burger with fries and a drink. Simple right? NO! He kept refusing to give me my order and kept trying to force me to get the combo 3 some classic burger… like he seriously refused to give me what I wanted and his ecscuse was that it was “cheaper” I DON’T CARE! If I wanted you’re classic burger that’s what I would have ordered!!!! This manager SERIOUSLY LACKS in customer service!! We sat in the drive through literally arguing over it. It’s like he couldn’t comprehend what I was saying. AWFUL MANAGMENT!!!! Who tries to force a customer into eating something they don’t want?? Absolutely RIDICULOUS. I’m diabetic… and was feeling awful… so thank you to Gus Jrs for not only giving me what I ordered without complaint but also delivering nice customer service. I think I’ll wait another 10 years before I ever go back.

I paid for an order that I did not receive and now it’s been two weeks and still no answer, I went up there to the location and talk to the manager and she’s as rude as her employees. I left countless of messages on they machine and no call back. I want a f-ing phone call from upper management so they realize what they are doing and that’s stealing.
I just visited your store number 459 in West Jordan, Utah. I ordered 3 corn dogs and 2 chili dogs on your 5 for 5.95 special. I was given 2 corn dogs and 3 chili dogs. I also ordered a small fry that should have been 1.29. THE TOTAL i WAS CHARGED WAS 8.24. I t should have been 7.33. That’s a difference of .91. I went back and complained about the bill and was told by the manager that the small fries was ringing up incorrectly as 1.69 and she could refund me the .40 difference. She did replace the chili dog with the corn dog I ordered, but I was upset she wouldn’t refund the whole amount owed. It’s not a big deal, but when I’m told “it’s just the way the computer does the taxes” I get upset. I enjoy your products and feel I should get the .91 overcharged or some kind of coupon for my trouble. Thanks, Mike.
I drove thru store #013 in San Diego. So after telling the employee that I had coupons, I ordered a polish sandwich, large chilil cheese fries & latge chocolate shake. At the window he told me it was $15.18 & when I handed him my coupons I expected the price to reduce by $2 (the value of my coupons). He tried to enter the coupon codes but the price wouldn’t reduce. He told me the order was put as a meal which reduced the price by $1.06 so ofcourse I asked him to fix that so I’d get a better price. He didn’t seem real happy but did it. The total was, after the coupons $13.17. He handed me my food & receipt but when I got home, I was charged an additional $3 for “misc”. All of the food charges seem accurate but what is available@ weinerschnitzel call “misc” for $3? I tried calling the store several times but there is no answer

I went to the Fontana, CA Weinerschnitzel store with my daughter a few days ago and the store was a complete mess to begin with and honestly idk how they operate there without OSHA not coming in to close them down. There was 2 roaches back to back up on the counter as one was eating the other one that was dead!! Besides that my order was completely wrong! I asked for the manager and here comes a young woman named Autum who introduced herself as the new manager there. 1st of all she looked a hell of a mess like she was up all night and smelled terribly of marajuana and my daughter noticed white crystallized powder. And that sure wasn’t any baking powder, when you smell marajuana that strong and look at a person as well as notice crystallized powder it sure doesn’t take a brain scientist to put two and two together as this is a major drug addict. Plus she was very ? angry when she approached us to the extent of arguing with me. I thought and said excuse me maem I’m the customer your not to say anything rude to me as the customer is always right as I’m only saying that your employee handed me someone else’s order. Before my road trip I went in the drive thru and ordered 2 corn dogs, 1 all beef kraut dog on a pretzel bun with mustard, and 1 old fashioned fudge sundae. About 5 min later I bit into one of the corn dogs and the dough in the middle was not cooked and was like raw pancake mix. Then I realized I had no mustard on my kraut dog nor was there any in the bag. I took a bite out of the kraut dog and realized I had a regular bun when I know I ordered and paid for a pretzel bun. I had one napkin in my bag and no spoon for my sundae. What the hell is going on?

Well I went to Wienerschnitzel and ordered my chili dogs with onions we got them through the drive-through we left after we got our order and then oh we got down the road about maybe 10 miles before I could start eating and my hotdogs or so overly cooked it looks like they were cooked in a microwave so tough and wrinkled could not eat sickening food when I got to Kramer Junction I had to go into Subway to get me something to eat because I could not eat their hotdogs we do end up throwing it away but I do got one hot dog with me I save that for evidence I want my money back but no answer at The Barstow or no answer at the cooperate office

Went to order food first time in a long time. Cashier took my order then went to make my food. I asked him why he wasnt wearing gloves…his redponse I was my hands aftrr handling money. I watched the whole time and called him on it. He washed his hands as did the other employees after hearing my concerns. He took out a new bun for me but put back the contaminated bun for someone else. I work in the food industry and GLOVES are required.
