I received a call from one of the representatives today telling me I cannot put construction debris in my dumpster anymore because it was dangerous for the driver and the general public. I explain to her that I contracted with them two years ago for a dumpster. I could put construction debris in and that there has never been an issue before. When I asked for an explanation, she said she would get back to me. She called me back and said that was during Covid so they took the risk to the driver safety and the safety of the general public in order to keep me as a customer. I said that’s the most ridiculous thing I ever heard and asked to speak to a manager. I was told that is not their protocol. I think they are drinking bath salts there what a bunch of numbskulls.

Signed up years ago for the “lifetime” quarterly rate of $69. Due to the Chinese no longer accepting our recycles that $18 was added on. Also added were Environmental Regulatory fee and a Fuel Surcharge that continues to grow despite the fact fuel prices are coming down. You failed to honor your original contract and seem to be adding new fees all the time. I can’t tell my boss I need a raise as the price of gas went up!
How about some relief sir especially on the Fuel Surcharge?

I am one IRATE customer! As I’m typing this, I’m sitting on hold waiting for a representative to come on the phone, 37 minutes already, last phone call longer than this! My trash pick up is for Wednesday’s. I’m calling today because once again our trash wasn’t picked up….THIS IS THE 3RD WEEK NOW IN A ROW! This is seriously unacceptable!!!! Last representative I talked to, told me “ I don’t know why you’re getting upset, it’s ONLY TRASH! NOOOOOO ITS ALSO MY MONEY PAYING FOR SERVICE THAT HASNT BEEN SERVED IN 3 WEEKS NOW! Between my husband & I this is our 4th phone call that I’m on now(waiting like usual) since this past Thursday (16th). I soon will be forced to call the Better Business Bureau, and maybe go public since you obviously don’t care about your customers.

I have a couch waiting to be picked up for a week now. I have called every day since last Thursday, been on hold for HOURS and nobody ever picks up the phone. I have left several messages and only one has been returned. That was Monday when they told me another truck would be sent out ASAP to pick up the couch, it’s now Wednesday and it is still there. I am supposed to have the second couch picked up tomorrow but the first one is still there. I have also sent 6-8 emails in the past week with none of them being answered. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I KNOW THESE ARE BUSY, DIFFICULT TIMES, BUT A MONTH OF CALLING AND EMAILS IS DIFFICULT TO COMPREHEND. I AM IN THE RESERVE AT PENN CROSSING. ALL.
