Hello, I recently contacted you chat center when considering booking a Bourbon Trail tour in Louisville Ky. I spoke with someone name Rudy Jr. My concern was that the website was very confusing as to what tours would be offered on which dates. Rudy assured me that the three I was intersted in would be available on the day I picked and that he would put that in the special requests on the booking. I was then contacted by the original tour operator who stated what I wanted was not available. I contacted viator and was told to contact the tour company. The tour company told me I have to contact viator. I have requested an alternate tour which does not include one of the stops I was promised and therefore am requesting a refund of 1/3 of the tour cost as I did not get what was promised. Had I not been promised these tours I most likely would not have booked this unrefundable tour. I have researched and The three stops I am to make on the tour I am not forced to accept total a fee of $30.00 for admission and tastings. I am being charged 260.00 per person for this tour and feel that viator refunding me 1/3 of the this cost is fair, since they will still have quite a profit margin on this booking. I feel they used deceptive business practices to book this tour and make promised they can’t keep. Booking Reference BR-1063100147

    Hi,
I have now been both speaking and on hold for one and a half hours to a supervisor at your call centre! I originally spoke with a call centre handler to book a private transfer from Punta Cana Airport to my hotel in 2 days time, the operator completed the form on line and told us to log link to make payment, we explained several times that the final destination of the hotel was not showing and she advised us to look in the special instruction box further down where she had typed it in so we paid in full and assumed our booking with Viator was complete. However I then received a text message from a person in another company informing me I had to pay the same amount again as our hotel was 36 minutes drive from the airport and not in Punta Cana as the operator had inserted on the form!
I felt totally mislead, mis informed and cheated, so I phoned your booking no. again and spoke to another call handler who eventually passed me to a supervisor and basically I am still on hold over one and a half hours later and it is now 7 minutes past midnight here and still do not have my issue resolved! They keep telling me they understand but I must pay the extra amount at the airport and they will escalate my complaint but I can only receive an email with the outcome, no one can telephone me!
I may be sceptic but I am quite certain I will simply receive a generic email informing me for whatever reasons there will be no reimbursements!
I am absolutely disgusted with my booking and complaints process up to now and it has left a bitter taste to looking forward to my holiday.
The supervisor put me on hold again when I asked for the CEO”s name, email and telephone contact details approximately 30 minutes or more ago!
I received my initial booking confirmation from Viator at 22.06 hrs and contacted them immediately so it is now 00.15hrs and for the most part I have been on hold but have now been on the phone for 2 hrs and 10 mins!! Totally unprofessional and unacceptable service, i am appalled with my experience beyond belief!

Hi, I am really upset and disappointed in your company. I booked a limo service to pick me up at the airport on July 6th. Every communication I received from you guys stats that I will be charge on July 4th. Your company decided to charge me today July 3rd and since the funds isn’t there you guys canceled my reservation. Now you guys are saying I have to rebook and it’s going to charge me more. How is this my problem you guys said payment due July 4th not 3rd. Now you guys canceled and tell me I have to pay more this is not right.

It is really inconvenient and extremely disappointing to cancel my booking without any notification of cancellation as well as based on suspicion.

At least, I could be notified of cancellation so that I could visit citypass website and purchase it directly from there not to loose time. I am travelling all the way from Toronto depending on this booking of city exploration and to my disappointment, I get to know after the fact that my booking is cancelled WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. New york city attraction requires reservation in advance now i will not have such time. Why I was not notified about my cancellation? In the past, I purchased ticket for Chicago citypass and I was really happy which was the reason behind relying on your organization for another location. VERY DISAPPOINTED TO SEE SUCH ORGANIZATIONAL PROCESS!!! Thank you for such treatment and disturbing the tour schedule.

    Thanks,
    K
