Tello mobile dropped me in the process of activating my cell phone. I was almost through the process. I had an account, password, sim number, and entered the plan. they posted the amount I should pay, then suddenly I was dropped. When I tried to get back on the website, I was blocked. Four calls to customer service did not cure the problem. Actually, the customer service was really poor. As a starting experience with a communication company, this is really a terrible start, and I think everyone should think twice before committing to such a poorly performing company. If you have some problem with your cell phone connections, you have to go through the same customer non-service

My one comment about this company is that they lack basic respect for customers. It’s mind-blowing the extremely poor caliber of customer service
Never seen anything like it
I’m done and I will spend the time to vigorously deter people from joining their company

Why won’t Tello allow me to utilize an unlocked duel 2 Sim card sprint compatible phone? All you would have to do is charge me for a second line. I don’t want to be forced into buying a second phone to hold onto! Please call me ASAP at 561-629-XXXX
