Taco Cabana was founded in 1978 in San Antonio, Texas, by Felix Stehling. The original location was an abandoned Dairy Queen drive-through. The original design of the building gave it an open-air feeling, which Stehling continued to recreate at other locations. Unfortunately, all of the outdoor patio furniture was stolen after the first day. Stehling then decided to keep his locations open 24 hours to prevent this in the future.
Today, almost all 166 locations are open 24 hours and have drive-through service. The company focuses on preparing fresh food each day, rather than relying on pre-packaged food as many other restaurants do. The company was purchased by Fiesta Restaurant Group in 2012 and works as a subsidiary.
Taco Cabana opened a new location in Albuquerque, New Mexico, in May 2018.
The company is perhaps best known for its freshly made food, especially fire-grilled fajitas, that customers can watch being made, as well as their patio and open-air, semi-enclosed seating areas.
In March 2023, all Texas locations will have new items on the menu, including breakfast and Chocolate Chimis.

What a freaking disappointment at Taco Cabana on Coors by I-40 Albuquerque,NM. Messed up my order big-time, came out & gave me my orders just to find out only 1 rotisserie meal was in my bag I ordered 2, no white meat meal in bag and no street taco meal in my bag!! Now they ran out of white meat already so they can’t give me my white chicken rotisserie meal I ordered!! Got a refund on that meal!! Then I was getting ready to leave, they forgot to give me my drink that I ordered with the combo and paid for. They don’t have the lobby open it’s only 7:50 pm so I had to stay in line in the drive-through for flipping 20 minutes just to get my drink! I called just to see if they can run my drink out, but no one answered the phone!???????????????? It took an hour in total to fix my order!! Oh my God we can’t get good help nowadays.!! Geeeezz… and these corporations are paying these employees 15+ an hour for what they can’t even get a simple order right! It’s not tge 1st time they mess up! One time they were out of corn tortillas to go with my queso they gave me broken up taco shells who does that??
Train the employees and have the managers be accountable for the mistakes!! I drove way out of my way to go to this location just for an hour of Bad service.!! I won’t be going back!!

I live 45 seconds away from the Taco Cabana on Central and Eubank. I order food frequently from that location, so why is it every time I place an online order I still end up waiting for my order to be made. What’s the point of online ordering if it’s not even made by the time I get there 45 seconds later. It usually takes me several minutes to leave the house but once I’m headed over there it takes 45 seconds.

Who’s bright idea to take carne asada off thr menu of the TC on Coors BLVD Albuquerque NM . Have been eating TC for many yesrs when I lived in Texas now when i pass through any state that have them. But the quality of the food sux to be blunt. No carne asada , terrible fajitas . Doubt ill make an effort to stop next time. Another restaurant that will die a slow death of their own making. RIP

I am emailing re: a local Taco Cabana restaurant that I used to frequent, but for the last year, their team preparing the orders has failed miserably! I’ve gone there at least 6 times over the past 12 months, and each and every time my orders have been wrong ?! I’ve called, emailed, and gone back in person all those times, which the orders were corrected, but as a customer who enjoys your food, and wants it, is it up to me to have to go back every time when in fact your staff in this location should be taking the time to make sure they are preparing the orders correctly to begin with??
The location I go to is convenient for me, and the food is good, but this is getting ridiculous!! Is there something you can do to correct this problem!? Can’t imagine I’m the only one this is happening to…
The Taco Cabana I’m referring to is located at this address:

I went through the drive-thru of TC #20404 at 3905 Kirby Houston, Tx. 77098 (713) 528-6933 on 6/3/2021 at approximately 8:20pm. I ordered a personal chicken fajita quesadilla, chips and queso, a small sopailla with a medium coke. After receiving my food my husband realized that the queso wasn’t cold. I got the manager’s attention to inform him, only to hear him mouth off in a very rude manner. He took the queso back and had another employee to reheat it. He handed it back to me without a bag, I stated to him, “please do better when interacting with customers” he never apologized at all! He simply closed the drive thru window on me and walked away! This is unacceptable for a manager to act in such a manner! I would appreciate a call back or email regarding this matter.

I am a regular customer at the Taco Cabana on Garth Rd in Baytown Texas and have been for sometime. A while back while dining, I witnessed the store manager getting on to one of her employees what struck me is how loud and demeaning she was, I mean I felt bad for the kid, but just blew it off . However since then I have witnessed this type of very unprofessional and demeaning behavior more than I care too. It is sad to say in this day and time there are to many hard working people trying to get by to have to put up with this horrible harassing behavior. I will not be returning to this location.

I would NEVER advise anyone to Apply or Work for store 109 3303 Thousand Oaks. The RGM whose there have absolutely no morals.. She don’t know how to be a good manager.
Schedule for employees to view was an issue there probably still is NEVER had the schedule POSTED and on time so that one could plan around their work schedule.. Very unacceptable for an RGM…
I began working for Taco Cabana on 09/30 everything was going well at the same tome I was also hired on with Converse Elementary school. Coming in the door of Taco Cabana I was promised that I would be in transition for Assistant Manager position which I meet with the District Manager who also has less morals either.. I then quit the school b/c it was said that the district manager wanted TC to be my main priority. Boy was I so ever wrong about them both. I was never trained on anything but was told that no one was trained these were words from her mouth.
The beginning of November was a turning point in my daughter Life due to her suffering from major depression which led to her attempting suicide one night had to calling so because I had in on the shift that she was the manager for she took it PERSONAL this was also something that was said from her mouth.. I guess you all know what happened next: well I was told about the training that was to take place in Dec 18
I wasn’t INCLUDED.. I asked was I included she said that she did take it personal because she thought I just didn’t want to come in and work the mid shift.. I was blown away to think that you step in the way of my success because you got a personal issue with my daughter’s health in question.
I was sent home for not directly placing a headset in her hands as she stood behind me..
She began to cut my hours
And then the last finally straw was one morning I received a text about me clocking in 4 minutes even 11 minutes after my 5am start time..
which I would be there majority of the time walk-in in that early the system is not up. So instead of standing waiting on it I began to work and many days have forgotten to clock in..
I tried to contact the district manager to enlighten him on the details and soon after calling and sending a few text along with him rejecting my calls (iPhone) I knew that these two were just as Crooked as they look..
I had to really began to love my Job but I didn’t like to be harassed by this person.. things began so stressful I was breaking out in hives..
No one should have to be treated this way..
I would step foot in that store again..
But these two Individuals are the type of MANAGEMENT that TC Corporate office should be aware of…
And also not sure if corporate give a damn because I tried to contact all 3 higher up and none of them would answer the call

Taco Cabana delivered the worst customer service ever! Unfortunately, on mother’s day 2020.
I took my complaint to their regional mgr here in El Paso and got No Where fast! Who in turn provided me with their “supposed” corporate ofc in Miami, Fl.?? Which in turn offered no solution, no refund. (Which by the way, has not a thing to do with my greivance.) It’s been a week since I last talked to Gracie Hernandez at corporate, who offered apologies and a commitment to refund my money. To this day, No Refund! No response! No satisfaction! No responsibility on Taco Cabanas part! May I remind you of this important factor in the customer service industry. CUSTOMER IS KING! Without CUSTOMER, there is NO JOB! You at Taco Cabana have not met those standards,,,,with me! You have lost a customer.

I went to the 11722 IH 35 N location. I ordered what I always do. A Carne Guisada plate. Whe the food was brought out the young man asked if that’s what I ordered I said no. Not sure what it was. The cashier happened to come out. Explained to him I expected CG on. Plate. He said and I quote ” they (2 tacos) are on a plate, not trying to be a smart A**” he actual used that term! One we are not friends to talk to me like that. Could have been so different with a few better choice words instead of just put them on the tray and I’ll throw them away. What made it all worse was he (Benifacio) was going around asking everyone how it was and literally passed my table twice and nothing again. Yet another chance to fix this. Thst man should not be dealing with customers directly. But I guarantee I won’t eat there again. I also want to make it clear I remained calm the entire time.

I had most DEGRADING experience last night at Taco Cabana!! My boyfriend and I were staying at hotel, with a taco cabana right outside the parking lot. Since we took an Uber to the hotel, we had no vehicle with us, but since it was within walking distance,we decided to go get a very late (delayed due to flight delays) dinner. Not having eaten all day, we were both past the point of starving, so we were very disappointed to see a line of 3 cars in these rice through when we arrived. But since it was after midnight, our options were limited. We decided it would be worth the wait, so we approached the speaker box and simply said, “hello?” After a brief pause, we were greeted and our order was taken. After a 35 min wait, the car in front of us was finally at the window, at which point, the “manager”, Anna, looked back at my boyfriend and I, and asked if we had placed an order. We both replied, “yes”, to which she quickly replied, “ok, well I don’t think I can serve you.”
We asked “why not”, and informed her that we were staying at the hotel next door. The whole time, the car in front of us was still at the window, waiting for their order. Anna then looked at us with a smirk and said, “Well we’ll see what happens when you get up here…”, almost in a threatening tone. We continued to wait, hoping that since we had already waited nearly 45 minutes, that she would allow us to purchase our food and be along our way. For another, at least 5 minutes, Anna was nowhere to be seen, but employee after employee, came to the window, looked out at us, and stared, as if we were animals in a zoo. Finally, Anna came back to the window, gave the customers their food, and then turned tI us and said, “yeah, I’m not going to serve you.”, and closed the window. When I mouthed “what is your name”, she obnoxiously held up her nametag and shook it, saying “Anna”, with a smile
I have worked in the restaurant industry for over 14 years, and I have NEVER seen or heard a MANAGER behave in such a manner. The lack of basic professionalism, and customer service was disgusting, and I will NEVER be returning to the restaurant again!

One of the food preparation employees and Manage that was working at the 8101 S. Main location, on Sunday July 21, 2019 @ 1:20 pm are two of the rudest and hostile people I have ever met.
I ordered the three taco special with a cup of coffee. I go to get coffee and there was none in the canister, so I politely ask the young lady that was fixing my order if there was any coffee in the drive thru canisters. This seemed to upset her for some reason.
And she replied “we stop making coffee at 11:00am”. She then finishes my order and my tacos were literally balled up in a crumbled piece of foil paper. I then ask the young lady if that was three tacos .She stated “yes that they were just kind of ” then she makes a motion with her hands, making reference to the crumpled foil.
I take the order to my table, and when opened there were two horribly made tacos, one big, and one small. I take the order back and show her that there were only two tacos, she would not even look at the order, but kept insisting that there were three tacos.
The manager comes up, I ‘m thinking ok this should be resolved quickly. But she too starts saying that there were three tacos and not two. Then the manager states that “because we don’t even serve orders like this”. I ask her “so what are you saying I did something to the order” , she states yes.
In the meanwhile I notice the young lady that prepared my order, gesturing at me while talking to another male co-worker in the back near the drive thru window. He approaches the counter as tensions seemed to be flaring in these three individuals, the food preparation person, the guy that just walks up, and the manager.
At this point I truly felt that they were going to attack. So I say you know, “I just would like my money back”.
I have been visiting this Taco Cabana for years, but those three hostile individuals made it my last time, I know others have had similar incidents with this crew. I wish this post gets to the right person before someone else has to be treated this way, and possible even hurt.
Terrible Customer Service, this rude team will run this great Taco Cabana location in the ground. They are very bad for Taco Cabana’s image and business.

Worst customer service EVER! I work nights @ a nearby hospital. We collect orders and then send someone to pick orders up. Went to this location @ 23:45 (they close @ 01:00) with four orders. Three of the orders were for steak fajita meat. They took all orders and our money, then refused to fill the orders. The manager on duty, Jamarius Lee, refused to drop any more fajita meat. It takes 20 minutes to cook and you are open for another hour. I do not understand this. They offered for me to come back another day for orders instead of refunding the money on three orders. Are you Serious?
Thank you for your poor customer service and leaving us hungry. We will not EVER grace you with our presence at this location again.

I did seek medical attention was told to stay home from work. from that day to this day July3rd-July 7th I have lower back and leg pain.
The last call I received from Taco Cabana was July 4th stating he wanted to meet with me in person never saying the reason nor has he called back, If the call was a way to scare me or put fear in me not to sue I will seek legal advice on the matter.

Our bill came to Around $18-$19
One of the orders that we put in what is the large chicken quesadilla with guacamole and sour cream
When we arrived home and started to go into our bags we found there was no sour cream no guacamole just
Quesadilla that had very little meat or cheese on it
In a box
Could you please send me a coupon or something that I can redeem for the next time I’m in that area I just want to get what I paid for

So like my friends and I decided to stop @ the one on 410 and Babcock, as we were coming from our church service. We all could say the store looked amazing it was clean, it smelled fresh in there. First taco cabana that you can actually sit on the toilet sit. The food was fresh, but yet the only problem we had was the manager Lydia, some elderly lady and her husband had been waiting awhile for their food, and she did ask this young lady if she knew if her order was coming soon she dropped what she was doing which was cleaning tables and sweeping. I did not get her name until she came out to respond to the lady that yes her order was on its way ( the lady that was helpful her name is traci. ). The young man that brought out her food again I read name tags his name is matt, The elderly went up to the counter and asked for her money back that Lydia was not helpful and gave attitude. And them elderly people happened to be my grandparents. Therefore, I ask of you if she can be that cold blooded to my grandparents” how is she to your other customers?” Just because she is in charge does not give her a right to treat anyone like animals.. Its a shame that a store so close to my church and so clean we can actually enjoy our time together had to turn out ugly. The general managers, ceo”s and what not need to teach these so called leaders some people skills. We will not be returning until you take care of getting rid of that manager. And I will not allow you all to treat my grandparents in an ugly manner. I will let my peeps and friends and family know not to step foot in that store, or too bring their love ones there.

The Taci Cabana in Boerne Texas is a mess. It is understaffed and the staff don’t know what they are doing. I went about 2 minths ago and spent 45 minutes in the to go line. Last night I went an waited 40 minutes for food in the restaurant.
Also the tacos had very little in them because the staff did not know what went in them. They were asking each other how to make the food.
The manager ignored the situation and seemed to not care.

We went to the location of 12475 E. N.W. Hwy Dallas, Tx 75228. They didn’t give me 2 items that I ordered and ignored that when I got home even though I paid for it. I go to eat the beans and rice and put it on a tortilla and bite down on a screw. A screw that you screw into a wall, people! I called them 3 different times and spoke to the managers, they say they were managers, Elena and Vanessa and all they could say is I’m sorry and we have people here remodeling. I have them on recording. I said the food should be no where near a remodeling site. I got more sorries. They never once offered to give me anything. Replacement of food or my money back. The third time I called back, I demanded my money. I went up there. I don’t think they can count either. They tried giving me back less than what I paid, until I had to remind them I want all my money back, every cent. I have had a similar experience years ago with the same location. I found a wire in my food. I’ll never eat at another Taco Cabana ever! Disgusting! I’m calling a lawyer, the food inspector and I called tried their district managers phone and no call back. I called 4 or 5 times to corporate before I got a hold of them and they gave me a different number. Made a statement with guest relations and still no word. I have never had something this bad ever happen to me from food. I still taste the metal in my mouth. I could have swiallowed this screw. A terrible company with a terrible staff all the way around.

You all need to take a serious look at the poor management at the Taco Cabana in Boerne. The female manager is the worst manager – her name is Tammy?
Could Not make out her name tag. She made a customer very upset- she asked a gentleman who is obviously at least 60 for his id to buy a beer! While he was trying to get an explanation from her- she was just rolling her eyes and not paying attention.
Look I know it is hard to get good help- but she broke the camels back on this trip – not coming back

The application is very restrictive, such as limiting important questions to y/n. So the bottom line is, you only got my resume, which I hope you will retrieve. A brief conversation with the hiring manager for this position will confirm that I am the best candidate for the position based on my experience, and there are good reasons for my unemployment over the past year surrounding my recent move back to San Antonio. Please give my resume a quick look, and call me at your earliest convenience; you will not be disappointed. Thanks! Elliott

I work night shift. I got some food from the taco cabana located at 2117 W. Ben White in Austin, Tx. My co-worker looked through her enchilada and found the ground beef was red and undone. I ordered two hard shell tacos and had already eaten one before my co-worker made the discovery. I looked at the taco I had left and found my meat was also red and undone. I tried to call the location several times and no one answered the phone. I am very upset and will be contacting the corporate office on Monday morning.

I have communicated several times to the Baytown location and no response for them to pay me my paycheck. I need for me to get my direct deposit immediately.
The management is not attentive to serious matters like an employee not getting paid but does want the employee to work a lot of hours without the proper training

My daughter worked for Taco Cabana, for 7 days. Before she was given the job, her health limitations, were discussed, and agreed upon, with the manager. These limitations were ignored, again and again,
My daughter was forced to quit, due to her inability to perform her job requests, She was given pay for 4 hours, instead of the 28 hours, that she worked that week…. in late July 2017.
She was given a time card, to record, her last day’s
hours. Every time, before that day, she was told that she would be paid for those hours.
My daughter has never been paid, even after numerous, phone calls, to managers, represtatives at corporate offices, and the regional corporate office.
My daughter worked at the TC restaurant, near College Park Drive, in the Woodlands, TX.
It is difficult to understand, why TC, will not pay my daughter,

Hi,
I came into the drive thru at the Coors location of Taco Cabana in Albuquerque, NM 505-836-1650. I am very dissatisfied and very upset, I spent a lot of money for 2 items and it sucked. I ordered the half pound fajitas, didn’t get any garnish(sour cream, lettuce avocado..etc) I barely got any meat……it was gross. I also ordered the large queso and chips, I got maybe 10 chips. I asked for salsa…varieties please, I got 1. The food and service sucked…….Please have someone contact me asap.

This past Thursday I went through the drive-thru at the Pflugerville Taco Cabana.
It was 10:15 pm. I ordered a chicken fajita quesadilla and a 3 pack of Chichén flautas. I was told if I’d like to order from the breakfast menu instead since they only had breakfast at this hour. I left very upset. I have never ever heard of this happening at other Taco Cabanas. Most of them don’t serve breakfast until 6 am. I told them I was going to call corporate they just said ok…..

Now I was sleeping when I got a message from my mom around 4:46-47 in the morning saying she was in the hospital that she didn’t know when she would be out, shortly later I had an anxiety attack afraid for my mother, managed to calm myself down around 6:50 a.m. called work and told them I couldn’t come in at 9:00, I wanted to see my mother and if she was ok but she said no that I have to come to work it’s not option able that I should have called 6 hours in advance which was impossible. I told her I’m sorry I couldn’t come in my brother even said that I’m not coming in that we,’re going to see my mother she said if I don’t come in for work she would remove me from the schedule. Now I don’t know if that means she fired me I’ll find out tomorrow and call but if this is what I have to deal with when my family has a crisis then I think she needs to leave or change her attitude because she is having a bad day, please contact me my number is (281-299-XXXXX).

Went to the taco cabana at 19231 Stone Oak Parkway at 10:37 pm. We ordered 3 pack street tacos and received some left over very spicy fajita meat in tortillas. Not street taco meat with onions and cilantro as listed on the menu. We also asked for some limes and they offered lemons instead. We also ordered 3 pack of flautas with sour cream. The sour cream had obviously been re-used since it had rements of pico de gallo inside the container. Was not happy with the visit, understand they were trying to close at 11:00 pm, but this was not up to TC standards.

I had a horrible experience. I placed my order at the drive thru. I asked for a full order of steak fajitas. I asked if she had charro beans because the menu said beans of your choice. She said it comes with barracho beans only. She asked again what mine order was. I repeated my order but I was frustrated she said excuse me with quite a bit of attitude. I asked are you getting an attitude with me? She said no and I just left it at that and drove up to pay. She grabbed my card forcefully and said I hope you don’t think I got an attitude with you because I wasnt. I said that’s fine I just want my food. Because of our exchange I pulled over to check my food. It was packaged in a pizza box . Beans in a box not a cup. Half filled up container of rice. So I parked went in and said I need to speak to your manager. It turns out that it was the same lady that took my order and gave me attitude. I said Your the manager??? She said yes. I said I know I didn’t just pay $25 to have been shorted on my rice and my meal to be improperly package and beans all down the front of my shirt. She said she was sorry in a sarcastic way and said I’ll do it over. I said no because I don’t want you to spit in my food. She said oh I don’t do that. I said I would just like for you to fix this half a container of rice. I also sai why are you putting beans in a box she again said sorry I’m training someone. I asked what are you going to do about my shirt. She said what do you want me to do hand wash it. This was humiliating and shameful the way she treated me. Her employees laughed at me because I had beans on my shirt. I’m discussed. All I wanted was my choice of beans, and what I paid for. Not to be laughed at and humiliated because of how my food was packaged. Shift leaders name was Latoya Hunter. My receipt # is 442 the store # is 20177 I want her FIRED for this

I took my mother and niece to the Taco Cabana on 2507 E. Riverside in Austin, TX for lunch (around 12:00pm today, 07/12/17). The cashier greeted us okay but when ordering our meal, the cashier seemed to have a hard time hearing our order, seemed impatient. We went over our order several time and the cashier repeated what we ordered (1 cabana bowl – chicken fajita, 2 beef crispy tacos, 1 chicken quesadilla with cheese and a chicken taco plate). It took long for our order to be ready (15 to 20 min) first of all the when our number was called out to pick up, I went to the counter to find that instead of quesadillas we got a chicken nacho bowl and instead of chicken taco plate we got 2 soft chicken tacos only and instead of 2 crispy beef tacos we got 2 soft beef tacos. The only order that was correct was the chicken fajita bowl. I had started asked the lady behind the counter that called out our number that some of our orders were wrong and right away the cashier who was standing close enough to hear me say the order was wrong, she said that’s not what we told her when ordering. Implying we were lying…. We know what we ordered and we even went over our order several times with the cashier and she repeated what we ordered and still our order was wrong and for her to say I was lying about what we ordered in front of all the other customers was insulting. We took the order and as we didn’t want to wait any longer as it took too long as it was and my mother who is in her 70’s, I didn’t want her to have to wait any longer for her meal. Other people also seemed agitated because it was taking too long for their orders during the lunch hour. Poor customer service and I didn’t appreciate being called a liar.

katy texas store has 7 parking spots unless you park at the mall. 2 are for disabled but in texas that means squat for no hablo handicap sign. That leaves 5. Two employees take the 2 best spots for 8 hours each so they are gone for the day. Paying customers get whats left over.
just like the cilantro.

I went two weeks ago to Taco Cabana location fredericksburg/Wurzbach rd.
I was heading to work bought two potato and cheese tacos and container of pico de gallo.
Went thru drive thru paid $3 something cents. Took off quick to make it to work since I go in at 7am. Im about to pull to my work open one taco and super cold potato`s. They were like they had just taken out day old or dont know how many days old from freezer. I mean this cold. I checked other taco and same thing. And barely any cheese. I immediately called them and complained regarding there cold food. I showed all my fellow employees what i was given. Taco Cabana employee told me manager was not there to call later. I did call like at noon. They never picked up phone. So I called corporate and informed them of cold food. she apologized and took my name and number. Going on two weeks nobody from corporate has called at all to make it right. That is crazy, I want my money back for food that shouldnt be sold to humans especially from a establishment so well known. This was a very bad experience with them.

I visited the Taco Cabana on Wilctest and westheimer in Houston, Tx as I usually do in the morning. I purchased a to go order of two breakfast tacos. I left went to work only to find a hair in one of my tacos. I called an expressed my disgust an spoke to a manager who said to bring it back.I returned to the store a few hours later because I couldn’t leave because I was at work, an the manager asked if I had my receipt, I did not but why should that have even mattered considering the disgusting matter that there was a hair in my food. I asked for my money back (which keep in mind was all of $1.79 or so) She REFUSED an said she would replace the taco, I did not want or ever will want anything else from this place!! I left empty handed! Not to mention I don’t think they wear hair nets EVER an I’m pretty sure that’s a requirement in the food industry! I may have to seek counsel

I visited your location on I35 and William Cannon on Saturday 3/18/2017 around 8:45pm and the Assistant Manager helped me at the drive thru. He was short and rude from the beginning. I asked for extra hot sauce, he replies I put 6 in there. I get home and my plate was a mess. Beef enchilada looked like a soft beef taco with no enchilada sauce on it or even completely rolled up and the two cheese enchiladas only one has sauce on top of it. I call the store 3 times and they finally answer on the third try. I start to explain to him my issues with my meal, he then tells me to hold on and start s to take another customers order over the head set, while I am on hold. Are you serious!! That is exactly what I told him when he got back on the phone, at this point he has not apologized to me or even offered to remake my food, and is in hurry to brush me off and get off the phone. I told him to please shut his mouth and allow me to voice my concern with my meal that he had just taken my hard earned money for. He then tells me that if I continue to cuss at him that he would hang up on me and if I call the store back that he would call the police and tell them I am threatening him and harassing him. Is this how you treat a loyal customer that is only giving you the heads up and that your team members are not putting out quality food and giving you the opportunity to correct the mistake and make it right! Will never return to Taco Cabana ever again and we used to visit this location about 6 times a month.

First time ever at a taco cabana, SUCKED!!! Drive thru closed, no signs!! Over ten minutes into waiting, other customers walking out. Asked the customer still left in line, what’s going on? He replied, that he had not even been acknowledged yet. A male approached us, I asked for the district MGR’S phone number. He refused!! I then asked to speak to the MGR, he stated, I am the manager. I then admittedly replied, this place SUCKS I then walked out HUNGRY!!!

I had never been to a taco cabana. Even though I have resided in the Houston tx. area since 2005. My wife was in Saint Lukes Hospital, just off I 45 S. and 242 college parkway. Next door to taco cabana. All I wanted was four breakfast tacos. I pulled up to the drive-tru, only to be told it was closed! I then went inside, to find to customers in the order line. Both of them unhappy, having been in line over ten minutes. After the female customer left, disgusted! I asked the male customer, did he know what the problem was? He replied, that he had not even been greeted yet! About five minutes later, a male approached us. I asked him for his district MGR’s phone number. He refused to give it to me. I then asked to speak to the MGR, he rudely stated that he was the manager. Admittedly, I replied “This place SUCKS”. And walked out HUNGRY, never to return!!!

Hello, I am a current employee at one of the Taco Cabana locations, located in Euless. I wanted to bring it to your attention, that my coworkers and myself are not happy with our current head manager, Christy Williams. Many of my coworkers and even some of the other managers have voiced complaints in private to me. She makes all of us miserable, and you would not believe how many good employees we have lost because of her behavior. Thank you for your time.

I went through the drive through at your Dallas Texas location on I35 on 10-2-2016 at approximately 7:00 am. I was just getting off work and was on my way home. I ordered a breakfast taco in the drive through. When the cashier opened the window to give me the food, I heard loud music coming from inside. It was rap music that was saying profanity and using the XXXXXXXX word. When the cashier opened the window he didn’t try to cut the music down or anything. I would like for you to know that I was offended by this and I don’t care to go back there again. I am a loyal customer but after this incident I don’t care to go back. What is this world coming to. You cant get a taco without dealing with some form of disrespect or racism. I guess good customer service has gone out the window.

I have submitted information twice for someone to contact me about holding a benefit at the restaurant on IH 10 and DeZavala. I sent a request about a week ago and then sent another on 9/14.
I am on a retreat team for ACTS Missions ( a religious group, who is a 501c3) and we are looking for ways to raise money. We thought bringing customers to your restaurant to eat and we receive 20% of the proceeds would be a great fundraising event.
How much is the average amount that an organization can raise by doing this?
Please contact me as soon as possible. We are flexible with our date, but would like to do this in hopefully sometime in October or November. Thank you for your assistance.
