I have tried to email you, the link uh oh something went wrong…call the operator is unavailable.. mailbox is full. Par for the course for Southern. I actually thought, my experience in Illinois…was isolated. I have owned and been a customer for 20 years. The last 2 months I have reached my threshold of aggravation with Southern.
My salesman Justin was replaced without any communication with me. Placed order through customer service… order delivered, but only part of it. Delivery said warehouse didn’t put the rest on the truck…delivering on Friday…half the booze I need couldn’t come until Tuesday… no delivery on Monday. New salesman Reggie, in training couldn’t help me. Placed order with Reggie, doesn’t get delivered, was $4 under minimum, wasn’t communicated. Next time I try to order I’m informed salespersons check voicemails 24-48 hours. WHAT?!? salesperson was changed again to Amarilys. Will send contact information. Nothing provided. I try Proof, complete disaster, no confirmation. Then I talk to customer service, no order in? What I tried Proof, because no communication with salesperson. Oh, I see it now. Wasn’t the complete order I had entered with two bottles of tequila I don’t even carry. Under minimum, my subtotal was $299, saying it was $276. Obviously, there is a disconnect. Called the salesperson and her manager.. they just don’t care… an over write was supposed to be entered to deliver my order and instead it was scheduled to go on the 19, ten days after.
Furious customer of 20 years. The definition of insanity is doing things over and over and expecting different results. I’m not insane. I wish your company could have been contacted more privately, but you could not be reached. In Illinois I can pick up the bottles at restaurant depot legally without having to deal with you, and that’s what I plan to do.

I have been a customer for several years. .
Have been trying to get a few promotional items for my small restaurant / bar. I have been as polite as I can be with my house account sales rep and all I have received is lip service and excuses. I no longer feel like begging him for items so my only recourse is to switch products to my other liquor supplier.

My name is Jason Hooper and I’m the restaurant manager for the Conch House Marina Resort in St. Augustine, Fl. Last year we had revenue of 4.4 million in sales in food and beverage. Sorry to say that because of the disrespect that we have received from your local sales representatives we last week have deleted 32 of your products from our wine and spirits. Our relationship with your local representative is at a all time low and not in repair at this time unless corporate takes action to mend this broken relationship. Sincerely, Jason Hooper and Jason Barone
