I have an issue with the seat of my Brezza desk chair. I went back to the store that it was purchased in, in Aventura, Fl.. There I spoke to a young lady who was not familiar with the chair, but did show me how to adjust the chair using the levers, I was also told about a video to watch. When I discovered that there was an issue with the levers, I attempted, more than once to contact the store, leaving messages and getting no return calls. I then called the Coral Gables store and was helped by Mr Carlos Villaquiran. the first thing he did was to go into the computer to find the original purchase information. That gave him the details he needed. We discussed the issues and I sent him a photo of the chair levers. He knew what the problem was, requested the id tag on the chair, ordered the part and told me that when it arrived to get in touch with him and he would arrange for installation. He was knowledgeable, informed and direct in what he needed me to do. In no time the part was ordered and I now await it’s arrival. As a retired furniture store employee and part of the management team, Carls Furniture, I know what an efficient, knowledgeable and well trained staff member means to the company. My experience was a good one. I was helped quickly and courteously, and in the end felt that I was important to Mr Villaquiran as a customer. You are lucky to have him, and need more like him. My Mom had hip & knee replacement surgery & I took her to Relax the Back on Hurstbourne Ln. in Louisville, KY. Tyler was the salesman that helped with the process & not only was he professional & patient he was kind & caring. I will refer the store to anyone having back problems. My mom loves her chair and considers it her best friend.
