service was quick and good when first installed and has been working well. However, recently I noticed electric bill doubling and more for no reason. I have had the system for over 2 years.
Called for information and after many tries was told that there is an Inverter Error and was told I would have to make an appointment to have it replaced. Tried that, and they do not have inverters in stock and don’t expect any until at least mid October. So now I have to wait until who knows when and my bill will keep being too high. They don’t care and they don’t discount to help pay the bills, even if they are at fault.
I would join a lawsuit.

This is terrible I’m getting the run around no one will return my call panels not working I’m paying high electric bill I’m so upset disappointed time to get an attorney they keep transferring me can’t get anyone in charge been on hold for 5 days all day until closing and then the AI says they are closed what’s going on we are talking about a 75,000 dollar system I’m getting in my suburban and I’m heading to their corporate offices now they are 4.6 hours away this is terrible

Same issues as all the above, salesman lied to us, $72,000 project, cut out sheets of drywall in the home to wire which remains unfixed, broke a water pipe in basement have not fixed the water damage, hooked up the wrong back up breakers, wiring did not pass local inspection, my calls get passed on to the next department with promises I will be contacted, no one calls, my calls now go unanswered, paying for electric and solar system that does not work. Has been a little over 3 months since install and nothing has been addressed. Time to also contact an attorney
Diane Crosier says
I am having the same problems. I’ve contacted an attorney but haven’t gotten an appointment yet. Received reply that they had a family emergency so I haven’t received anymore info. I was lied to and I’m very unhappy! Have you had any luck? Diane Crosier phone no. 540-309-XXXX.

I would like to join lawsuit as well this has been horrible doesn’t work I’m paying electric and solar and now they want 30,000 more on the 66,000 I’ve already paid
Jacqueline Todd says
Yes I would like to join in same situation with your attorney. I’m experiencing the same thing with power home solar . Stuck with a $40,000 plus loan and panels are not working no rebates as they told us at time of purchase and electric bills are even higher now with the panels

This company is ridiculous! They need licensed electricians, and roofers to do inspections not rookies. My install started last summer and didn’t get to it until this spring numerous issues to try and get it right. I want the thing taken off my roof. $41,000 for what? The sales rep gave me false information stating I would receive $10,000 at tax time. NOT TRUE!
I have an attorney also.
Michelle Wisdom says
I would love to join lawsuit
Dr. S Parker says
I would like to join your law suit as well!!

Our system was installed in 2017 at our home near Blacksburg, SC. IT HAS NEVER WORKED ONCE! Our power bills our the same or higher than before the system was installed. We called and emailed asking for a Technician to come and troubleshoot the problem in 2017, 2018, 2019 and gave up. They stopped answering our calls and emails. Our power bills have remained the same and even gone up several times. No money has been sent by the state or federal governments even though we were promised “no money out of pocket” by their sales rep. They dumped our account off to a financial loan company without even consulting us. In effect we are paying almost $200.00 more per month for power that was promised to help us reduce power costs! It’s disgraceful to do this to Seniors or anybody else!

Out install started the first week of April and is still not finished as or June 26th. Nobody at your company wants to take responsibility for all the delays. No one wants to make things right and help get out project finished. There seems to be nobody we can contact that can fix our problems in a timely manner. Our barn and yard have been almost unusable but nobody seems to care about us. We are currently delayed until at least July 6th as of today. We are the victims of bad planning, wrong and missing materials, double scheduling of work crew, a thermostat that was offered but not compatible to a two stage furnace. Your crew has been to our house 5 different days. At the end of each of the last three visits we were promised the next visit our project would be finished. There has been no urgency to finish or help us finish our project. The most frustrating part is there is no one department or person that we can get help form. Every department we are passed onto blames the other department. From scheduling to work crew Forman our salesmen to the Michigan office to the North Carolina office to your unhelpful customer service that only transfers us back to the pass the buck departments. Can you tell me how to put a end to this hell that was supposed to be a two day project that my wife and myself have more then two days of our time wrapped up in trying to get thing finished. HELP!!!!
