I purchased a whole new heater/pump full pool apparatus. I paid for installation in full in December 2022 at the oldsmar store with Stephen King as the owner and installer. He installed the pool apparatus only to be non functional because he did not check to see if there was gas connection to heater.
After that debacle, we got a plumber to install a gas line.
A couple days ago our pool cleaner stated we needed a new salt intake sensor, since the equipment was recently purchased, it should be under warranty for replacement, how ever the owner sold his business in early Jan 2023 and no record of the purchase /installation of equipment. We have a record of the check he cashed. Unbelievable, this crook took the records when he sold the business and left us high and dry. Is this how independent owners operate? I expect a call back at 303-653-XXXX to discuss the matter

I have owned two homes in Florida in the past two years and have spent close to $20,000 in service and equipment in two pinch a penny locations. They both have very poor customer service, I see a trend here. I will never use them again.

I found an employee rude and interfering in my conversation with another employee. I reported him to the manager and she was very dismissive of the whole thing. The employee said I was only speaking to you. Why do he need to speak to me, he wasn’t taking care of me. I don’t like someone else coming into the conversation unless they are asked to. I was at the store on Northcliffe Blvd Spring Hill Florida. Thank for your help.

What is your policy on checking Hayward Salt cells still under warrenty? One store I called said no charge to test it but when I brought it into your Semiole store they said it would be $10. My pool cleaner thinks it is bad. Does Hayward send someone out to check it sa it is still under warrenty.
