I went into Peet’s Coffee on Fruitvale Ave in Oakland (I’ve been going for years) however I have been seeing the bathroom door blocked up with tables/chairs for more than a couple of weeks I asked is the bathroom working now and they told me no it was having plumbing problems (I thought ????after two weeks they haven’t gotten it fix?however, I saw a girl go into and out soo because I had to use it soo bad I went in …the bathroom was clean and functional no problem at all. I said I didn’t see any negatives in the bathroom at all , I went on to get my coffee and was asked to leave in front of the entire coffee shop..WHAT?! ..I think I am owed an apology , For I am in my seventies and if a bathroom is out of order for more than two weeks they should not be open I’m insulted and Peet’s might loose me as a customer!

Super excited to see a Drive thru in Roseville. But I had a very poor experience with the person taking my order! Not a happy camper to say the least. I smiled and did my best to be kind and it felt as though I was putting them out and service was terrible. Please re-train your employees to honor the patrons and maybe smile or fake it. Especially when we fork out 4+ dollars for great cappuccino. My favorite is Peet’s but will continue to use Starbucks drive thru for now.

Attention Peet’s Management: I have yet to receive a return call from Peet’s Regional Manager to resolve my problem.
Last Friday, as a regular, loyal customer, I frequented my usual local Sacramento Peet’s. One of you baristas intentionally “stole” money off of my Peet’s app and claimed I had a zero balance which I in fact did not as my VISA showed I reloaded my card two days prior.
I was further humiliated by her in front if a line of customers as she blurted out “you don’t have any money in your account!”
My account history reflects she intentionally swiped two transactions and then, get this, forced me to pay with my visa and “take up my issue with Peet’s customer service.
If I do not receive a call today I will file a report with Sacramento City PD for petty theft and notify Sacramento Bee to run a local story and file a discrimination law suit (I hate to be like all the other sue happy people but I will unhappily have no choice!)

My 4 year old daughter and I went into the store on Mission St. on Saturday for the first time. I would normally go to Starbucks but Peet’s was right there so I went in. I have to say that the location was very nice, clean and put together well. but the same can’t be said about the staff. when we walked in the girl behind the counter could barley stand !! she looked a hot mess, like she just came right to work after heavy partying. when she took my order, she reeked of alcohol so bad that I had to take a step back so she wouldn’t smell her breath as she took my order. I’m not sure what her name was, I think was Courtney or Caitlyn or something similar. This girl went to work wearing a see thru shirt with her nips out and talked so loud that my 4 year old heard how she was going to ride that D*** tonight and she was going to get F***** up that night! I had to leave at that point! I have never in my life went into a place and have someone behind the counter be so unprofessional and disrespectful to their place of employment and the customers! my daughter should have never heard that coming out of an employees mouth. The guy she was working with was very nice! he was trying to tell her to shut up, that there people in here but she wasn’t hearing him and just kept on talking. The guy seen us leaving and told us sorry for her behavior and told her that we are leaving because of her. as we hit the door the guy told her to go home, that she is to messed up to be working right now. I think that this needs a good talking to or need to be fired! If she like her job she wouldn’t have came into work like that and she would have more respect for the company that pays her and the coworkers that are obviously embarrassed to work with her. I hope something get done about it. Bad behavior should not tolerated or rewarded.

I have been buying 2 lbs. of your French roast coffee every three weeks since you opened the Valencia location! For the past year on 4 different occasions Joe (now the manager) has had an excuse why they were out of stock! If you don’t have the ability to order customers needs, why is he the manager? I refuse to by my coffee anywhere else but I’m really tired of driving several miles and coming home without my French roast!

I love Pete’s decaf coffee I buy it by the pound for use at home. But almost every time I order it at the coffee shop I either wait for it to be made and it’s made too quickly and comes out tasting like water or it is too strong and taste’s like mud. Plus the people treat me like I am some kind of freak because I drink decaf. Lots of people can’t drink regular coffee for many reasons. My question to you Pete”s Coffee is Why do you have decaf on the menu if your coffee shops can’t or won’t serve it right?
I know deaf is not what everyone wants and you don’t want to waste coffee, so why can;t you have a smaller machine to make the decaf so it is made in smaller batches and not wasted.
Thanks

I went to your store on Westwood Blvd in West Los Angeles tonight for a ice blended chi This is the third time I have ordered this drink at this store
I love the drink. I’ve had it in Manhatton Beach and your corner store in Westwood. Here’s what happened:
Every time I order the drink it is1/12 inches short
The second time he said oh next time I’ll give you more. The next time was tonight. What amazes
me is there has not been one offer to fix the situation. So tonight it might of been even two inches short
Here’s the big part I asked for a refund
He said I had to give him five singles back
To get my twenty back. He ripped me off for $10.00
Dollars. Then he said I owed him $13.00
Really something. The reason I had asked for change for a five was to give a dollar tip
It’s acttually shocking. He is described as a clean cut white guy. He’s a real scam artist. I bet he does this all the time to your customers
