Dear Mr. Brad Rixmann,
I writing to complain about the bad, poor, and disrespectful service that I received at your Payday America, Fridley, MN location today (2/3/2020) just before 3:00 pm. And also, later in the day over the telephone. The young lady at the counter is so rude and disrespectful! But not only is she rude and disrespectful. She also talked to me in a very condescending way, as though I am stupid or beneath her in intelligence and importance or something. In my opinion, no one deserves to be treated this way, especially seeing that we, your customers are your bread & butter… the ones that are making you money. Without us your company is nothing!
Your company needs to take an important lesson from my employer Lunds & Byerly’s. Their thinking, motto, teaching, and actions are that you treat EVERY customer like they are a million bucks, no matter who they are, or what their circumstances may be.
Mr. Rixmann, it is my hope that in the future that I will be treated and talked to with the utmost dignity, kindness, and respect that I rightfully deserve as your important and valued customer.
Respectfully yours,
Charles Shelton
