Went to the Dairy Queen with the address that was listed on the coupon- Morrow Rd Medfored Oregon- with a bogo coupon- printed out- we picked out our smoothies- they made them, then refused to take the coupon- and we have NO IDEA why!! Please advise…as the Orange Julius other location @ the Rogue Valley Mall- they were berry rude to us in the past…

Two days ago, I was going to The Habit at Bakersfield on 5503 Calloway Drive and I was staving…But six years ago, I didn’t wake up at breakfast time. Ambulance was flatlined me and I went to Heaven for 10 days…My Grandparents and Dad we’re young. The children were playing, the trees were billowed & the waterfalls were crystal clear…The tenth day, my Dad told me your kids will need you (2 – daughter & son) & your book… I am back to earth & I am in a Coma & I am waking up and I am a bit nervous. I didn’t walk or talk, my right side is numb, Massive Stroke…Rare Mxyoma (Tumor is the Heart)-4 1/2 hrs Surgery…1 Month 1 Week in San Joaquin Hospital…3 Weeks in HealthSouth Rehab…2 Years in CNS Therapy (I didn’t talk, ABC’s, 123’s & Math) & Pair & Marotta Physical Therapy (Right Arm) & in is a Journey…God is Amazing???
I told my story for the Cashier, Brandon/ Customer Service, Andres & /Gen. Manager, Jazmin and they were floored by how far I have come… Andres told me the New Italian Chicken Ciabatta Sandwich was excellent…I loved it!!

Terrible experience at Orange Julius today. I get emails with promos and discounts and tried to use one today, a small Orange Julius for $2. The employee told me I had to have the coupon printed in order to use it. What is this, 1998? Update your system Orange Julius! Super disappointed.

Im just at your store in wilkes berry and when I order and about to pay ashelee Just told me no cash acepted why no sing on saying that ask for the Phone or supervisor to talk to rudely tell me go on the web very bad experiencia I Will not recomendéd this place. Thanks

Regarding your Sunvalley Mall store in Pleasant Hill. We have visited this location 3 times now and each visit has been unpleasant. The employee has been the same each time and has refused service 5-10 min prior to closing time his excuse,”we’ve put things away and can’t make you any blizzards or Julius”. You have 5-10 min left with no line and your refusing service for your own convenience. When asking him for his name so we can refer back to our experience with each visit his response,”I have another job and your harassing me”. We are in our mid 40’s and manage very successful careers. I am shocked at this mans response and his work ethics and having no remorse about his rudeness towards customers. It took us 3 visits to now pursue our concerns. Please contact me by email.
