I need to apologize for my previous email. My problem is that I thought I was emailing you when I was actually communicating with the manufacturer. That’s why the order numbers did not match up. The manufacturer of the hoodies I ordered let me know that I was talking to the wrong company. Sorry for the confusion.

Mr. Zhang, I am a recent customer of yours who ordered a pair of mens zip up hoodies at your website. Upon receiving the hoodies I discovered them to be too large and contacted your company via email asking for instructions so I could exchange the hoodies for a smaller size. A lady named susanna has been resisting my efforts by saying in emails I had the wrong invoice number that I had read to her from the invoice inside the bag with the hoodies. I than gave her the only order number I could find, but that didn’t work either. I ended up copying and emailing here my entire email confirmation from NYFifth, (Cool name, BTW). At that point susanna stopped responding to me. I don’t understand her resistance. I only sought and exchange and am not interested in a refund. I like the hoodies but would just like a size small instead of the medium sizes I originally purchased.
Can you help?
Thank you in advance,
Chuck Harris
