Here I am again making another complaint. So this is #4 that our roof that this company put on our home in order to have their solar panels has leaked and damaged a ceiling in my home!!! Like how many times do they have to come and repair my roof and ceiling to get it right?? At this point I want a new roof and not by the same people that keep coming that they send to fix the roof cause apparently they do not know what they are doing. I want a new roof cause we had NO a issues with our roof before they replaced it and actually the original roof that is on my enclosed porch that they said they would replace the entire houses roof but then said that was not included has ZERO leaks. But the roof they put on this is #4 with damage. I don’t want these solar panels anymore. Biggest mistake we ever make don’t save any money. All I get is hassle and bigger problems because their roofing company sucks!!!!!!!!!! Time to take this to the local news

Worse company to deal with. Big fat zero for customer service, I am paying more for my electric then ever before. The whole process was a mess from being told our monthly plan would be an the average $120.00 a month and just have to pay our taxes on our electric bill now my solar bill is $175.00 alone never paid this much with eversource! Then was told they would replace the roof on the house before putting the panels on, they only did 1/2 the house totally did not replace the roof on my attached porch and was told they never said the whole house, and was told I was just looking for a hand out and that was from management. Excuse me but if you replace the roof on a house it should be the entire house!! Then when the roof was put on they sent no-one that spoke English and months later we had a major leak in the spare bedroom where the ceiling fell due to them not placing the flashing correctly on the chimney when they did the roof. They did repair it but my wood floor is ruined in the spot where is leaked. I will never recommend this company and that is why when we had the family home done with solar we went with SUNRUN!! Sadly wish we never put panels on our home. But apparently the big guys do not care about us little people and how they screwed us over, It’s all about the $$$ that goes in their pocket.

They have been horrible to deal with ever since the installation on my roof ! Me and my wife were told that we would produce more than enough energy to carry over to the winter months . We were also told if we didnt they could reevaluate the data after 1 year and install more panels . Which was a lie now they dont respond or try to fix the situation and tell me to deal with igs solar cause they own the system. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY nothing but a SCAM!!

I have been with Momentum Solar for two and a half years. The performance of my panels have been inconsistent and for the last two months virtually no solar energy has been produced. I have called the customer service number twice and have been told that my panels are working fine. That is difficult to believe considering I had to pay PSEG for virtually all of my electricity the last two months. It is supposed to be the other way around. I am very concerned about the performance regarding the solar panels moving forward. When I signed up with the company I was hoping for more solar production from my panels.

I have the same issue with this company was told one price and now I am paying more then I ever did for electric. Have had nothing but bad experience from being lied to about replacing our full roof then being told they don’t do charity work so basically management degrading me. To delaying installation, to not properly putting the flashing back on our chimney causing a major leak in the spare room which cause a huge hole in my ceiling having to have them repair that. Wish we never went with this company biggest mistake, would never recommend them!

This is the worst experience that I had. As company values you have 0, because you lies to the clients, you are not honest, this company just wants to get contracts, given the clients more loan and the services are awful, I have been with my solar panel since december without service, doing both payment duke energy and sunlight. This the worst service in the world.

The receptionist I talked to at Momentum was very kind but did not know anything about the document I was trying to get. She said she would talk to someone in another department and get it taken care of but I have yet to hear from Momentum.

Afternoon Arthur Souritzids and Company,
Signed up for a presentation with Solar Momentum with the incentive of a Target
giftcard and $50 for yesterday’s Lobster Fest event. Sabrina McKinly was an excellent representative and took down my information and booked an appointment under a loud crowd cover. Vincent Hsiao, came today and did an excellent and very well prepared presentation in a little over 2 hours. We have an appointment on the 19th to give me time to process and talk to my adult children.
Vincent Hsiao knows nothing about the gift card and I did not bring up the $50 cash incentive. What is going on. Explain please. That was the deal!
