Last Saturday, 9/28/19, I flew from Long Beach Airport to Phoenix (#5736) on one of your smaller planes. I was unhappy, to say the least. I am NOT a fan of little planes!!!!! (Note: My Grandfather flew in WWI; my Dad won a Navy Cross etc. in WWII; and I received a pilot’s license years ago.) However, there was one bright spot: Flight Attendant Dianne Myers #19249. Not only was she helpful, but she was warm, funny and very professional. It is because of people like her that I will definitely fly your airlines again…Thank you for hiring such special people.
