Mancini’s Sleepworld was founded in 1969 in Sunnyvale, California, by Carl and Patsy Mancini. The company operates a chain of mattress and bedding stores. The original store is still in business.
While the company started off as a full-service furniture store, in the late ’80s a decision was made to focus on one room of furniture; mattresses and bedding. Today, the company has more than 33 locations, most of them in Northern California. The company has a 100,000-square-foot warehouse, so most items can be delivered the next day and items rarely need to be ordered.
Mancini’s Sleepworld is still owned and operated by the Mancini family.
In September 2022, Sun Capital Partners invested in Mancini’s SleepWorld, although the details were not disclosed.
In November 2022, Mancini’s SleepWorld announced the opening of its 35th location in San Ramon, California.
The company has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and has headquarters in Livermore, California.

We are on our third bed from Mancini’s, All three have had failure issues, This time they sent there truck to our house 10 days ago 8/11/23, the driver barely spoke english, But he wanted to take the bed, he could not tell us what would happen after he took the bed. We refused and have since left numerous voice mails with no return calls. I’m reporting to Consumers affairs.

I purchased a $1700. extra firm twin mattress in July, 2021; extra firm because of back ache. Worked fine for a few months. In October, 2021 the mattress was tested. Mancini agreed it sagged more than usual for a 3 month mattress, but not enough to replace. They offered me the opportunity to buy a new mattress or get retested in 3 months. In February, 2023 it was determined that the wrong box spring/foundation was provided!! In the last 3 weeks I have contacted and left messages for customer service 5 times; they have never responded. Meantime I continue to wake up with back aches. I am trying to reach someone at corporate.

We will probably have to take them to court. says
We are waiting for a chair to be delivered since May 2 021. Mancini store manager in Alameda is annoyed when I ask when the chair will be delivered. We called the warehouse in Livermore they transfer us right back to the Krabby store manager in Alameda. The chair is paid for we have no idea when it will be delivered and as far as we know it will never be delivered and Mancini will have the payment for the chair whatever without ever having delivered it to us.We will probably have to take them to court.

Trying to get my warranty refund on the adjustable bed frame. It has been nothing but problems with the Store at 2828 Sisk Rd Modesto, Ca. I have been promised by Bill- the manager of a return phone call, Rob Salkow saying that he had called me and left messages but I have NONE on my phone at all. Rob says the Corporate office is closed today, so I called and was told that I had to talk to customer service and left a message to call me back. I have a week to get the refund back as stated by Guardian. All I want is the $ 179.99 for the warranty and will not bother anyone again. Bad Service is not a good thing and this is all I have gotten, broken promises is all I have gotten along with lies.. Diana Belk 916-838-XXXX
