I’ve been buying newports for over 20 years and I just bought a carton on Friday the first 3 packs the cigarettes where split down the full seem of the paper due to the fact that your cigarettes are just about 10 dollars a pack I’m asking for my money back for the 3 packs or coupons for 3 free packs I’m a loyal customer and I hope to remain one thank you

Let me Begin by saying this may seem trivial. I have someone who resides at my house who also smokes Newports. I get coupons at the house and so does he. Last month he claimed that two coupons came for him and none for me. I want to prove that he took the coupon that was addressed to me as well as the one that was addressed to him. How do I go about doing this?

I’ve been a loyal customer ever since Newport brought full flavor non menthol out.
I even stopped buying Camel cigarettes because I enjoyed the taste your brand better.
I’m complaining to you because the last two years of buying your brand has been disappointing and yesterday was the last straw. I purchased 3 pack of non menthol Newports wall green on coffee rd in Modesto, California and to my dismay they we’re stail and left a terrible smell that lingered. I’m asking for a full refund and for a loyal customer such as myself I don’t think I’m asking for too much.
