To whom it may concern:
I am copying you on a note sent to Shannon at kayak.com
Hi Shannon,
Thank you for following up on the referenced reservation Justfly 065-846-482 for my daughter Elizabeth Ivanov and her children.
Your help in resolving the issue was invaluable and I believe without your intervention, we would still be spending hours on the phone with empty assurances from Just Fly.
I don’t know whether, George, Ext. 2809, accidentally disconnected me or merely hung up, but during our conversation had promised to call back within 3 hours with a resolution, but that call never came.
The carrier, Singapore Airlines supervisors, also reached out to Just Fly in an attempt to solve the problem, but they too, were met with a lack of responsiveness. It was only after your involvement that action was taken.
As I travel professional since 1985, I have been using Kayak as a valued resource since its inception. This is the first time we have ever experienced a problem with a site recommended Kayak. I have since read numerous unfavorable reviews for Just Fly and I sincerely hope you reevaluate your association with them.
We appreciate your effort to help.
Best wishes and thanks,
Carol
