Tried to make a payment over phone at end of day. Office closed so Automatically went to a call center. This is how I have paid for over 10 years. The person who answered the phone said that she could not take my payment by phone which is completely contrary to how I have been paying for the past 10 years. I have spent an enormous amount of money storing items at this facility. I have grown weary of changing standards and expectations. I will be giving notice soon.
The Wichita Falls TX location is so badly managed… reporting fraud to my bank because I did not give authorization to withdraw double the monthly fee. To top it off, no one ever available to speak with… especially since no one is in the office. Extremely disappointed in very unprofessional service.
