Hotel Zetta opened in February of 2013 in San Francisco, California. The original building was the former Hotel Milano, built in 1918. The hotel is owned by the Viceroy Hotel Group, LLC.

The hotel is located on 55th Street, in downtown San Francisco. It is an upscale, 8 story, 116 room “retreat”, which mixes modern amenities with old world style. Listed as being Eco-friendly, the hotel also boasts a Plinko game in the lobby, where guests can win real prizes, a 15,000 square foot “man cave”, with pool tables and arcade games, a gym on the fourth floor, and tablets for Skyping.

Hotel Zetta has a 4.5 star rating on TripAdvisor and Yelp. Headquarters are located Los Angeles, California. Parking is available, but at a substantial cost.

Peppertree Ocean Club Corporate Office

Peppertree Ocean Club was founded in 1987 in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The company operates a hotel and timeshare directly on the beach.

The company is best known for its timeshares, but does rent out rooms as well. The Better Business Bureau currently lists the company as a C+ rating, but Yelp has ratings of 3 to 3.5 out of 5 stars. Most rooms are suites with an indoor Jacuzzi and small balcony. Peppertree Ocean Club is owned by Festiva Development Group.

In December of 2015, the parent company, Festiva Development Group, announced a $3 million settlement with the attorney general’s office after a class action lawsuit was filed on behalf of timeshare owners who claimed that the company misrepresented the costs and benefits of owning the timeshare and experienced high pressure sales tactics.

Historic Jacob Hill Inn Corporate Office

Historic Jacob Hill Inn can trace its roots back to 1722, when the building was constructed by the Allyn family, looking to house their 10 children. The building was eventually purchased in 1991 by current owners Bill and Eleonora Rezek, who converted it into a bed and breakfast.

The hotel has 12 rooms and suite, varying between nostalgic comfort and luxury revisited in size. There is a minimum stay of two nights, year round. The rooms have private baths and are beautifully furnished, with some suites having fireplaces and Jacuzzis. The hotel still retains some of the original pieces, such as the kitchen fireplace and door knocker.

Nisqually Red Wind Casino Corporate Office

Nasqually Red Wind Casino was founded in Olympia, Washington, in 1997. The Nasqually Native American Tribe owns the casino and land that the casino occupies.

The casino offers more than 150 slot machines, as well as gaming tables. Currently, there is no hotel, but RV’s are allowed to park on the spacious parking lot for no charge. In 2013, the tribe invested $45 million to expand both the casino and parking lot. The casino includes three full service restaurants, as well as video gaming.

Grants from the Nasqually Red Wind Casino are distributed between agencies and organizations within the tribe. In 2016, more than $841,000 was distributed to approximately 100 organizations.

Kalahari Resort Corporate Office

Kalahari Resorts and Convention Center, more commonly called Kalahari, was founded in 2000 by owner and former CEO Todd Nelson, in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. The company operates a chain of indoor amusement parks, water parks, hotels, and convention meeting rooms.

The resort is named after the Kalahari desert in Africa, which explains why Africa is the theme of the hotel rooms and convention rooms, as well as mascots. There are three resorts, the first being in Wisconsin Dell, Wisconsin, the second in Sandusky, Ohio, and the third in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. The Sandusky location is billed as the largest indoor theme park in the USA. Hotels range in size from 750 rooms to 996 rooms, as well as multiple convention or meeting rooms for business travelers.

Kalahari Resorts also have full-service restaurants, and playgrounds for children, and include free tickets to the Timbavati Wildlife Park for customers who book rooms.
