MinuteClinic account 866-389-2727 has $54.99 on it because MinuteClinic billed the SECONDARY insurance NALC instead of the primary Medicare. They did not care who the primary was and the secondary only pays bills not completely paid by the primary. There is a phone number 866-389-2727 that just repeats for hours that the reps are servicing other clients. No stinking telling of where you are in the queue nor what the wait might be. No way would MinuteClinic take the phone number and call back when free. Just a 10th rated outfit that CVS should NEVER have associated itself with. I am not going to keep spending hours each day just trying to tell MinuteClinic they tossed the coin wrong on which insurance to bill.. If I can not get through to this 10th class outfit, we will take our drugstore needs to Rite Aide, not known to associate themselves with losers like Minuteclinic. CVS has 24 days before my 10 Rx’s a day and my wife’s 23 Rx’s a day will see if Rite Aid can do better.
